After a tiring but fun day out the gang finally reached the resort.
It was close to 11 when they reached.
They had their dinner in a classic Maharashtrain Dhaba..
From tomorrow all the wedding festivities were gonna start.

Shehnaaz and Madhu were continuously in touch with the Z Gill Events team throughout the day
None of them wanted any mistake.. it was Shefali's wedding after all.

Shehnaaz and Siddharth both had seen Ria on call with someone many times throughout the day.
They were very sure that she had someone in her life.

When they reached the resort Zoro and Zara were already asleep
Everyone wanted to have a special performance for Kushal and Shefali on their sangeet.
So taking the advantage of sleeping Zoro and Zara Kushal and Shefali were sent to Siddharth and Shehnaaz's room with sleeping Zoro and Zara and from there they could go back to their own room and rest.

Shehnaaz made an excuse of checking the arrangements and Siddharth made a excuse of a call to avoid going with them to their room.

Even Tara had fallen asleep so Jay and Mahi also bid them goodbye and went to their room.

Everyone else including Ria and Kartik went to the pool for the discussion .

Shivaay: yaar dance merese nahi hoga.. yeh discussion se bhi darr lag raha hai.. waiter... beer leke aao yaar.. this is too much.

Arnav: mere liye bhi..

Siddharth: mere liye bhi.

Girls were holding their laughter.. all of them knew how bad dancers they were.
Jasmine was just enjoying their company.

Asim: guys itna kyu dar rahe ho yaar tumlog?
Easy sa karenge kuch.. it will not be difficult.
Kar loge tumlog

Siddharth: par dance bithayega kaun? Kisse ata hai yaha?

Madhu: arey Vishal hai na.. he is a professional dancer.. kar lega woh..

Vishal: haan haan of course.. aap log tension mat lo..

Shehnaaz: sahi hai fir.. siyappa khatam.

Khushi: kaha khatam? Dance karna konsa hai?
Humare pass 2 hi din hai practice karne..
2 din mai toh sangeet hai.

Vishal: proper Bollywood karte hai..

All girls: haaan haan..

Boys: no way !

They said together

Shehnaaz: kyu?

Siddharth: Shehnaaz baby.. tujhe yaad na ho toh yaad karau? Hum 3 kitne ache dancers hai.. kaise karenge hum?

Shehnaaz: Bollywood sabse easy hota hai karne..

She said in a duh tone

Vishal: exactly!

Siddharth: fine

Vishal: so partners to sare fix hai.. Ria and Kartik tum dono partner karna.. theek hai..toh mai..

He was interrupted with a voice.

Sonia: kya fix hai? Siddy mere sath dance karega? Hai na baby?

Everyone rolled their eyes.. Shehnaaz was fuming.. she just wanted to break her botox nose.

Sonia ignored all their reaction and went and stood by Siddharth.
She held his arm in her hands.
Shehnaaz fisted her palms seeing that.

This time she had not come alone.. Maya and Buaji had accompanied her too.

Siddharth saw Shehnaaz's reaction and tried freeing his hand from her hold...but she did not budge.

Siddharth: no Sonia.. I will partner with Shehnaaz.
You can find yourself some other partner if you wanna join us.

Shehnaaz wanted to get over with her once and for all.

Shehnaaz: nahi.. if she is going to be a part of the dance mai nahi karungi participate.

Sonia smirked.. she thought that if Shehnaaz will not participate then she can have Siddharth for herself

Vishal: kyu Sana?

Shehnaaz: iss ladki ko na hi logo ki respect karni aati hai na hi apna muh bandh rakhne.. aisi ladki ke sath mujhe koi performance nahi deni.

Sonia: aisi matlab kaisi?

Shehnaaz: tumhare jaisi !!!!!!

By now Siddharth was successful in freeing his arm.. and he went and stood beside Shehnaaz

The smirk which Sonia had by now was washed away

Sonia: tum bolna kya chahti ho? Mere jaisi matlab?
Mai tumse 100 times better hu okay..

Shehnaaz just scoffed.

Buaji: chodo na beta.. kiske muh lag rahi ho?

Shehnaaz: excuse me? Aap kehna kya chahti hai?

Buaji: jiss ladki mai itni bhi dignity nahi hai ke shaadi tak sambhal sake apne pati ke liye woh batayegi hume ab ke humari beti kaisi hai?
Atleast she is pure !!!!

She said it with so much venom that it felt like a slap to Shehnaaz.
She froze whereas Siddharth's heart ached.

Ria: shut up !!!! Aap hoti kon hai yeh judge karne wali ke meri Di kaisi hai?
Meri Di pe question uthane se pehle apni beti ko sambhaliye.

She yelled

For Ria.. Shehnaaz was not only her Di but a role model as well.. she looked up to her.
And her some random lady was judging her purity.. how could she keep quiet.

Sonia: sach hi toh bola mumma ne.. I doubt that usse apne bacho ke dad ke baare mai pata bhi hoga ya nahi..

Siddharth was controlling his anger because she was Kushal's cousin

Siddharth: mere bacho ke bare mai baat kar rahi ho tum..tameez se baat karo.

Buaji: Siddharth tum ache ghar se ho.. tumhara dil acha hai.. isiliye tum uski karname apne sir pe lay rahe ho.

Arnav: Siddharth ache ghar se hai matlab? Shehnaaz meri behen hai.. dare you raise a finger on her

Buaji: pata nahi iss ladki ne sab pe kya jadoo kar dia hai.. woh sab chodo.. Siddharth mai kya keh rahi hu.. woh sab bhool jaao.. tum Sonia se shaadi kar lo.. bahut ache lagoge sathme.. and iss ladki ka kya hai.. tum nahi toh koi aur dhundh legi apne bacho ka baap banane.. tum kyu apni life kharab kar rahe ho iske aur iske bacho ke piche?

Shehnaaz closed her eyes.. she couldn't hear more..
What was her fault? Why always a girl was only questioned in such situations?
Didn't her life change after the kids?
Was she only responsible for everything?
Heck was she even responsible for the things which happened with her?
She was the one who was the victim here..

Siddharth from the corner of his eyes saw her reaction.. and lost it...

Siddharth: mere bache hai dono.. samaj aai baat?
And agar mai nai bhi hu toh unki mumma capable hai unhe bada karne..
Na unhe and na unki mumma ko meri ya kisi aur ki zarurat hai.
Sab aapki jaisi soch nahi rakhte.. and sab ladkiyo ko kisi admi ke naam aur standard k zarurat nahi hoti apni life jeene.. and Meri Shehnaaz usme se 1 hai..
Usse meri nahi mujhe uski zarurat hai.

Maya: agar woh itni hi capable hai toh kyu bataya tumhe unke bare mai? Haa? Jeene deti woh tumhe tumhari zindagi ache se.
Maine pehle bhi kaha tha Siddharth tumhe.. 5 saal gayab thi woh.. kuch bhi ho sakta hai yaar.

Siddharth scoffed.

Siddharth: kyuki woh hai hi itni achi.. woh mujhse aur mere bacho se yeh haq nahi chinna chahti thi..

Buaji: toh achi baat hai na.. Siddharth tum shaadi ke baad bhi rakhna apne bacho se contact.. hum bhi open minded hai.. mana nahi karenge.

Madhu: dikhi aapki open mindness.. itni achi soch hai na aapki toh zara apni beti ko bhi dijiye..

Arnav: and aap hoti kon hai yeh decide karnewali?

Buaji: Kushal ki Bua hu mai.. Siddharth bhi mere liye Kushal se kam thodina hai.. uski bhalai hi chahungi mai..

Siddharth: meri bhalai mai khud soch sakta hu.. aapki beti jaisa nahi hu mai.. apne decisions khud leta hu mai.
And mera decision yeh hai ke mai apni family ke sath rahunga..
Which is Shehnaaz and my 2 kids !

Sonia: kyu zindagi barbaad kar rahe ho tum iske piche? Aisa kya hai isme? Mere sath tum apni marzi se shaadi karoge and apne bacho ke sath rahoge... your real heir..

Shehnaaz was just gulping down all the allegations.
She could not react.. how can she prove that it was not her fault?
And why were the kids targeted here?
Real heir? Seriously? Now after her they were doubting her kids?

Kartik was quick enough to hug her.. he could see that she was breaking.
Ria also saw her and spoke

Ria: yaar tumko 1 baar mai samaj nai ata? Siddharth bhaiyya ne bola na ke woh khush hai apni family ke sath.. nahi karni unhe tumhse shaadi.. maza ata hai bezzati karane?

Buaji: aye ladki.. apni aukaat mai baat karo.. iss ladki ki aya ki beti hai tu.. know your place.

Ria was instantly in tears.. 1st time in her life she was questioned about her relation with her Di.
Why only blood relations mattered?

Khushi was quick enough to take her in her embrace.. hiding the naive soul from the world.

Siddharth was seething in anger

Siddharth: theek se sunai nai dia aapko? She called me Siddharth bhaiya.. matlab bhai maanti hai woh mujhe.. choti behen hai meri.. kuch bhi bol sakti hai woh mere bare mai.. haq hai uska
And kya galat bola usne?
Mai apni family ke sath khush hu.

Sonia: kaise Siddharth? This is not you.. tum 1 week se zyada kisi ladki ke sath nai rehte the..
Aaj tum iss ladki ko chodne ready nahi ho?
Jabki uske bache bhi hai?

Asim who was quiet till now spoke

Asim: you open your eyes!!!! Can't you see that he is in love with her.. and how many time you need to hear that Zoro and Zara are Siddharth's kids !!!
Itni baat samaj nai aati kya?

After listing to all of them Asim was feeling more guilty.. somewhere he still felt that it was his mistake that his friends were in this situation.

By now all the allegations which Sonia and her mother had prepared were over.. and none of them were useful because Siddharth had still not agreed to marry Sonia
But akkal kaha aani thi usme.

Sonia: Itni desperate ladki maine aaj tak apni life mai nahi dekhi.
Siddharth ko toh fasa hi chuki hai aur dekho kaise kisi aur ko hug karke rakha hai.. sabke samne..
Bacho ka use kar rahi hai kisi ladke ko fasane.

Khushi release Ria from embrace and gestured Jasmine to be with her.. then she looked at Anika she also had the same anger on her face.
Both of them went and stood in front of Sonia and her mother.
Shielding Shehnaaz from their bad eyes.

Anika: kya kaha tumne? Desperate?
Khudko dekha hai kabhi? Hein?
Na tumhe subeh kisine pucha tha na abhi kisine bulaya.. fir bhi aa gai na muh uthake..
Siddharth ne 1 nahi 10 baar bola ke woh tumhare sath nahi apni family ke sath khush hai.. fir bhi tum yaha khadi ho na.. iss umeed me ke woh tumse shaadi karega?
Abhi tak agar kisine desperate harkatein ki hai woh tum ho..

Sonia felt so embarrassed but still was about to say something but Khushi spoke

Khushi: aur kya kaha ke bacho ka istemaal kar rahi hai Siddharth ko fasane?
Yeh kaam bhi meri Sana nahi tum kar rahi ho..
Jabse aai ho 1 hi chiz bole jaa rahi ho.. bache hai uske tum door raho usse!
Bache sirf Shehnaaz ke nahi un dono ke hai..
Dono khush hai 1 dusre ke sath.. fir tumhe kyu itni problem rahi hai?
Kyu padi ho Siddharth ke piche?

Sonia was humiliated by now..

But it is not over yet !!!

A fuming Madhu came and stood besides them

Madhu: Paise aur standard ke liye!!!
Kyuki jaisi yeh hai isko pata hai ke aur koi achi family ka ladka bhav dega nahi.. toh socha kyu na kisiki personal life ka use karke usko fasaya jaaye?

Khushi: par iss amazing plan mai 1 chiz chut hai.. Shehnaaz akeli nahi hai.. uski family uske sath hai.. jo uske sath khade hai.. tum jaise logo se usko bachane.
Choti behen hai woh humari.. uspe uthi har 1 ungli ko tod denge hum.

Siddharth was so relieved that his baby who had always craved for a family finally has these people in her life whom she could call her family.

Siddharth: ab apni bachi kuchi izzat uthake niklo yaha se.. and mujhse aur meri family se door rehna.. apne bhai ki shaadi mai aai ho na.. toh khao piyo aur ghar chale jaao.. meri family se door raho.

Arnav: and I swear to God.. agar aaj ke baad tum teeno mai se kisine Shehnaaz ko ya mere baccho ko kuch bhi ulta seedha kaha hai na toh mai bhul jaunga ke tumlog Kushal ke rishtedaar ho and you will face ASR.

Siddharth looked at Maya and spoke

Siddharth: shayad tum bhul gai ho ke maine tumse kya kaha tha Shehnaaz ke ghar.. tabhi tum yaha aai and tamasha kia?
Do you want me to show you what I can do?

Maya's face turned pale.

Maya: Siddharth woh mai bass..

Siddharth cut her in between

Siddharth: toh yaad hai tumhe? Good. Ab Sonia ko bhi bata dena what I can do if someone tries to harm my Shehnaaz or my kids.

Maya nodded and dragged the mother daughter duo from there.

He sighed in relief and turned behind to check Shehnaaz but she wasn't there.

Everyone were so busy in bajaoing Sonia and gang that they did not notice when Shehnaaz and Kartik left.

Siddharth was about to go to his room to check when he received a message.. it was from Kartik

Message:

She is shaken with everything.. wanted to be alone for sometime.. isiliye I took her to the terrace.
Please talk to her.. she needs closure.

He said and ran towards the terrace.

When he reached there he saw her sitting on the ground...knees brought up to her chest.

He took slow steps towards her and spoke

Siddharth: Shehnaaz..

She lifted her face to see him and spoke

Shehnaaz: kyu kia tha tumne mere sath aisa?
