After a fun pool session Zoro and Zara were very tired
After showering them Shehnaaz tucked them in bed
She decided to let them sleep until dinner.

Now since the kids were asleep she thought if meeting Shefali
She has not met her since she has reached the venue.
She also has to check the arrangements. Madhu is capable she knows but still.

She was about to leave the room when Siddharth called her

Siddharth: kaha jaa rahi ho?

Shehnaaz got startled for a moment but composed herself

Shehnaaz: woh um Shefali se milne.. and arrangements dekhne.

Siddharth: chalo mai bhi chalta hu tumhare sath..
Kushal se mila nahi hu mai bhi yaha aakar
Fir tum chali jana arrangements dekhne and I will come back to the room
Zyada time akele nai chodna inhe.

All the questions which Shehnaaz had were answered even without her asking
She was somewhere relieved that they both think alike when it comes to Zoro and Zara.

She was the 1st to go out of the room.. Siddharth followed her.
She turned behind to re check the room's lock but she found Siddharth already doing it.

As small smile crept on her face but she hid it before Siddharth turns.

They both went straight towards the couples room
They were not supposed to see each other after haldi.. so they decided to spend most time together before that
Hence, the same room.

Surprisingly when they entered Madhu and Vishal were already present there.
Madhu and Shefali were looking very tensed.
Kushal had a puppy dog look and well Vishal had no clue how to react.

Siddharth: what's up guys?

Madhu and Shefali looked at each other and then looked at Kushal with an angry glare

Shehnaaz: okay okay usko apni aankho se hi maroge kya?
Hua kya hai?

Shefali: yaar iski Bua aai hai.. uski beti Sonia ke sath

Madhu: jiska US return accent hai.

On listening to this..Siddharth's expressions changed to the one which Kushal had

Shehnaaz saw the change and frowned

Shehnaaz: Yaar iski shaadi hai toh obviously woh ayegi na? Problem bata na?

Shefali sighed and looked at Kushal

Shefali: tum bataoge ya mai batau?

Kushal thought for a few seconds

Kushal (in mind): (agar isne bola toh obviously apne tarike se bolegi.. loud and angry.. nai nai Siddharth ki band baja degi.
Mai apne tarike se bland bland bataunga.. without mirch masala)
Mai batata hu.. matlab aisa kuch hai nahi par ha still.. hehehe.. batata hu...

Siddharth looked at him with "bhai sherawali mata roop aane se rokle" look.
And Kushal assured him by blinking his eyes.

Kushal: so yeh jo meri bua hai na unki beti hai Sonia.
Humlog jab college mai they tab humara group tha
Mai Siddharth..Asim..Shivaay..Arnav..Maya and Sonia.
Mai Siddharth and Asim zyada close they baki sab se..
But humlog sara matlab pura group hamesha sathme ghumte they.
Siddharth sports captain tha plus class topper tha so he had a fair share of women who had a crush on him
Sonia was one of them.

Shehnaaz knew that Siddharth was a player back in the days.
But she thought that it was in the past but now she was gonna come across his 2nd "admirer"
Just like Maya she did not have a very good feeling about her.

Shehnaaz: okay toh yeh dono itni sadi hui kyu hai uspe?
College ki baat hai na?

Shefali glared at Kushal and then looked at Shehnaaz

Shefali: yeh ladka bas apne dost ki bachane ki sochta hai.
Sonia is not like any other girl.
She is spoilt... she is arrogant and very very annoying.
And most importantly she was obsessed with Siddharth.

Madhu: you think she moved on?

Shefali: I don't think so.. she still thinks Siddharth likes her yaar.
Isiliye as soon as she came to know about our wedding she came back from US.

Vishal: toh kya ho gaya..aaj morning mai hi Shehnaaz and Siddharth dono ne announce kia na that they are a "happy"family.
Kisiko bhi samaj jayega ke Siddharth is now a family man.

Kushal: woh hi toh baat hai.. I think usko lagta hai that Siddharth just bacho ki responsibility lay raha hai..
Married nahi hai
So still there is chance.

Shehnaaz closed her eyes in annoyance..
Siddharth saw her doing that and he was more scared now.

Kushal: tu theek hai Shehnaaz?

She opened her eyes

Shehnaaz: dekh mujhe nai fark padta ke college mai kya hua tha.. seriously
Usko kya lagta hai woh mujhe koi affect nahi karta
But to be honest I think aise hi koi faltu mai nai hopes rakhta kisise.
Itne years tak 1 sided nahi hota
So agar Siddharth ke side se kuch nahi hai I think he should just go and talk to her.
Usko bhi closure mile..

Siddharth looked at her with pleading eyes.
He felt bad because she thought that he lead Sonia..
Which was not the truth
He never gave her any signs.
Being the player he was.. still he never lead her or Maya.
They were friends for heavens sake.. he would never do that to a friend.

Vishal: Shehnaaz sahi bol rahi hai.. Siddharth bhai 1 baar mai baat karke khatam kar do na.
Tumne abhi just family mili hai.. woh ladki ko samjhao.

Madhu: even mujhe bhi yahi lagta hai.. itna bhi koi pagal nai hota ke 1 family wale insaan se kuch personal umeed rakhe.

Kushal and Siddharth sighed. They knew exactly who and what Sonia is
And how obsessed she is with Siddharth
When she left for US.. Siddharth was the happiest person.
But now when his and Shehnaaz's relation is hanging on a very thin thread he cannot afford a storm named Sonia.
He will have to shut her up.. like he did with Maya.

Kushal: karle baat Siddharth.. mai bharosa nahi karta uska.
Bache bhi hai yaha

Realizing this that the kids were here Shehnaaz stiffened

Shehnaaz: tumhara past mere bacho ke samne nahi ana chahiye Siddharth.
Na Maya na yeh Sonia.
Agar un dono mai se kisine bhi 1 ungli bhi uthai na unpe mujhe nahi pata mai kya karungi unke sath.

Saying she got up and left. She did not have time for this.
She had to check the arrangements and she cannot afford to show Siddharth that somewhere this female attention still pricks her heart.

After she left Siddharth buried his face in the pillow and groaned

Siddharth: bheeenchood yaar.. 1 step aage badhta hu mai uske taraf waha pata nahi kaha se koi na koi past se aa jata hai.
Maya tak toh maine sambhal lia..par yeh Sonia bahut tedhi hai yaar
And mujhe sachi nahi pata ke woh bacho ke samne kya bolegi.
Uska aur Shehnaaz ka amna samna ho usse pehle I have to speak to her.
Not as Siddharth but as The Siddharth Shukla.

On the other side

Shehnaaz was in the lawn.
Today's dinner was gonna be served in the back lawn of the resort.
She was looking around the lawn when a woman in her late 50's came near her
She looked like a typical hindi daily soap mother in law.
Heavy saree.. heavy jewellery.. huge bindi on her forehead and a typical scowled face.

Lady: suno !

She said in a voice near to a yell

Shehnaaz calmed her nerves and went towards her

Shehnaaz: ji aunty?

Lady: tum kon ho? Mujhe yaha ke event manager se milna hai.. mere room mai problem hai.

Shehnaaz: kya problem ho rahi hai auntyji?

Lady: garam paani nahi aa raha.. yeh aisa kaisa management hai tumhara..
Mai dulhe ki iqlauti bua hu..
Ab mai thande paani se nahau?

It took Shehnaaz a lot of efforts to stop herself from rolling her eyes.

Shehnaaz: auntyji aap housekeeping ko call kar leti.

Bua: haan ab mai.. dulhe ki bua khud housekeeping walo ko phone karu?
Tumlog kyu ho fir?

Shehnaaz realised that she was the one regarding whom Shefali was talking
Oh god if she is like this then her daughter will definitely be worse.

Bua: arey ab kaha kho gai?
Yeh kaisi company ko shaadi manage karne dey di.
Hey bhagwan..  mere bache ki shaadi theek se karwa dey inlog

Shehnaaz mentally groaned on her drama.

Shehnaaz: chaliye auntyji mai aapki help kar deti hu

Shehnaaz followed her till her room and then straight went to the bathroom.
The resort was a 7 start resort and such errors were not gonna happen she was sure.

When she went inside she left a very annoying sigh.

Shehnaaz: auntyji yeh cork pe likha hai "hot" usko uss baju push karenge toh garam paani ayega.

All the attitude from Bua's face turned to embarrassment
She should not have listened to her daughter..

Bua: tum ho kon par?

Shehnaaz: mai Shehnaaz Kaur Gill..owner of Z Gill Events.. jo yeh shaadi organize kar rahe hai.
Shefali ki best friend.

Saying she left from the room without even glancing back once.

Bua: yeh toh wahi ladki thi.. Siddharth ke photo wali..
Yeh koi normal ladki nahi hai. Magazines main bhi photos dekhe hai mai iske. Queen hai business ki.
Sonia ko batana hoga.
Already 1 baat beizzati kara li hai maine isse normal ladki samajhke. Aage ka sab soch samajhke karna hoga.
