After Siddharth left Shehnaaz took sometime to calm her nerves.

She called Pammi Ji

On call

Pammi Ji: haan puttar?

Shehnaaz: bacche kya kar rahe hai beeji?

Pammi Ji: teacher gaye unke thode time pehle ab woh log TV dekh rahe hai.

Shehnaaz: zyada der TV nai dekhne dena unko..

Pammi Ji: bacche.. tu tension mai lag rahi hai.. kuch baat hui hai kya?

"Ab koi maa se kaha kuch chupta hai"

Shehnaaz: ji beeji.. ghar aake baat karte hai..
Mere pass waise bhi aap sabke liye surprise hai..
Aati hu ghar thode time mai.

Pammi Ji: Farhan bhai ke sath hi ana puttar

Shehnaaz: ji beeji

Saying so she disconnected the call

It gave her a sudden relief that her children were safe.

She called Madhu on her intercom

On call

Shehnaaz: Cabin mai aja.

After few minutes Madhu was in her cabin

Shehnaaz: Gill Mansion ke owner ka pata chala?

Madhu: not yet.. sirf utna pata hai that tune jisko becha tha he is not the owner
Unhone usi din wapas kisiko bech dia tha.
And he is not telling the name..

Shehnaaz: mere parents ka ghar hai woh.. Zoro and Zara ka haq hai uspe.

My patience is giving up.

Madhu: relax Shehnaaz.. we will soon find it out.

Shehnaaz: listen ab since Taneja ka event nai hai I will not be coming to office till the next event.
Gharse kaam karungi only if important.
I want to spend time with my family.

Madhu gave her an amazing smile on her decision

Madhu: yesss Shehnaaz.. bacche kitne khush ho jayenge.

Shehnaaz: unke liye hi yeh decision lia hai.
Ab since Siddharth wapas aa gaya hai I need my kids to calm my nerves.
I lose my mind seeing him.
(She said rubbing her temples with her fingers)

Madhu: why is he still affecting you? Why dont you try and forget him Shehnaaz.. bhulo usse and  aage badho.

Shehnaaz: kyuki mujhe nahi bhulna usko.. mujhe yaad rakhni hai meri mistake taaki mai same mistake repeat na karu
Asim ko bhulke Siddharth ko apnaya tha maine..
Dekha na nateeja.

Madhu: okay jaisi teri marzi.. just keep it in mind we all are with you.

Shehnaaz: I know Madhu.. chalo ab samaan pack karle apna.. mai bhi nikal hi rahi hu..
Dono se wada kia hai maine that aaj dinner sabke sath karungi mai.. tu bhi chal.

Madhu: aaj nai yaar.. Vishal ke sath jaa rahi hu.. mujhse zyada woh khush hai yeh 1 month ke working hours se.

Both the friends shared a laugh and left for their homes.

As soon as she reached home both her munchkins attacked her..
She also sat on her knees and happily opened her arms for them.
The three of them shared a very close bond.
They were the reason why Shehnaaz was living and they both knew it well.

Zoro: finally aap aa gsye.. aapko pata hai kitna miss kia humne aapko?

Zara: aur bhookh bhi lagi thi zor se.

Zoro was a mumma's boy but his behavior was the same as his father.
He was more then possessive for the ladies in his life.
Whereas Zara was like her mother.. bubbly.. happy to go and a big big foodie.
Shehnaaz was sure that if Siddharth was a part of their lives she would definitely be a daddy's girl.

Shehnaaz: awww meri princess ko bhukh lagi hai?

Zara cutely bobbed her head positively

Shehnaaz chuckled and said

Shehnaaz: theek hai tum jaao beeji ko table set karne mai help karo tab tak mumma fresh hoke aati hai then sab sath khate hai.
Zoro tum jaake bhooji ko bula laao.

Both her children obeyed her and immediately went to do what she said.

Shehnaaz went to her room.. took a warm shower changed into her pajamas and went down for dinner.

After a very long time the little family had dinner together and both the kids were more then happy.

After dinner all of them were sitting in the living room..
Zoro and Zara had kept their heads on their mothers lap.
She was brushing their heads.

Shehnaaz: okay so guys I have a good news.

This caught all of their attention and they faced her.

Ria: kya hua di?

Shehnaaz: next 1 month tak I will not be going to office.
Sara time aap logo ke sath spend karungi.

Hearing this both the kids got up and crushed their mother in their embrace.
Ohh how happy they made her.

Shehnaaz: chalo ab aaj mai aap dono ko sulati hu

Jaao upar jaake apne night suits pehen lo mumma aai

They both happily agreed and ran towards their room

Shehnaaz: aap dono please yaha rukiye mai inhe sulake aati hu..I need to talk to you both.

They both agreed and she left towards their room.

After so long she was going to patt them to sleep.
Usually they are already asleep when she comes back home from office.
She always felt bad that they already did not have their father and they did not have even have their mother to make them sleep.
But she is now gonna fill all the void in their life.
All her time will be the theirs.

She was patting their heads and was singing their favorite lullaby.. they slept within minutes.. she tucked them to bed and carefully and went out of the room.

She went down where Ria and Pammi Ji were waiting for her.

Pammi Ji: bol puttar kya baat hai?

Shehnaaz took a deep breath and told them everything from the time she met Siddharth in her office to the Oberoi's party to their today's encounter.

Listening to it Ria was angry whereas Pammi Ji was.. scared?

Ria: yaar yeh aadmi ko 1 baat kyu nai samajh aati..
Why cant he just mind his own business
5 years pehle jo hua woh kam tha kya? What does he want now?

Shehnaaz: I dont know what more does he want.

She sighed and sat down.

Pammi Ji: baccho ka kya ab?

Shehnaaz: bacho kya kya matlab? Mere bache hai dono.. uska unse koi lena dena nahi hai..
Mere bache mere sath rahenge..

Pammi Ji: woh pita hai unka

Shehnaaz: unki ma aur papa dono mai hu beeji aur yeh chiz aap gaanth bandh lo.
Usse mere baccho ke aas pass bhi nahi aane dungi mai.

Saying she stood up and left to her room.

Pammi Ji: 1 pita aur uske bacho ka alag bond hota hai beta.. tu nahi samjhegi..
Zindagi bhar yeh raaz nahi chupa paayenge hum
Babaji meher karna.
She joined her hands and prayed to the almighty for the betterment of her daughter and grand children.

At Siddhartha's house:

He was sitting in a dark room.. not even a single ray of light.
He was drunk
He had their photo in his hand.. he was laying on the bed hugging it to his dear life

It was normal picture where they both were having tea on the terrace of her home and Ria had taken the picture.

But it looked so complete.
His girl in his arms and smile on their faces.

But he lost both.. his girl and her smile.

He cursed himself every day and night for his stupid decision
For everything his baby had to go through because of him.
For her every tear he used to blame himself.

Tears were freely flowing from his eyes and he let them flow.

From the last 5 years he cries himself to sleep everyday.

Siddharth: I am sorry meri jaan..  I am so sorry..
Please apne bebu ko maaf karde..
Please please please take me back
Mai roz marr raha hu tere bina
Bahut badi galti ho gai mujhse.. jaanta hu..
Tujhe bahut hurt kia hai maine.. tu bhi bahut royi hai..
Sab jaanta hu..
Par mere dil ko samaj nai aa raha sab..
Usko bas teri chaah hai jaaaan..
Jal raha hai mera dil din raat...please aake sambhal lay na apne Siddharth ko..

He kept sobbing and did not understand when darkness consumed him.
