Siddharth watched both the videos over and over.. like he was trying to memorize it.

He noticed her every change of expression.

His restlessness increased with her every change in expression.

The eyes which saw him with love and later with hate were dead now.
He did not find a single expression in those eyes.
They were dangerously cold.
She smiled many times.. when she won the award.. when she acknowledged the crowd but none of it reached her eyes.
It broke his heart.

But he noticed a lot of other changes as well.
The way she graciously carried herself.
His once clumsy baby turned into a woman in these 5 years

She no more had that innocence.. her aura now screamed elegance and demanded respect.

He was proud that she rose like a phoenix but somewhere seeing the drastic change in her personality ached his heart.
He once wished to hide her in his embrace and protect her from cruel world which would snatch away her innocence.
Irony laughed on his thoughts because he was the one from whom she needed to be protected.

These 5 years were not less then any torture to him.
He cursed himself every minute of the day.
He was desperately in search for her.

He recalled all the events which happened before she left.
Then 1 instance caught his attention.
Varun had given him a pen drive..
In all the events he forgot to watch what was in it.

He searched his entire cabin for the pen drive.
After few minutes of search he found it.

He inserted it in his laptop. It had 1 video.
He played it.

It was the video of Shehnaaz whe she last visited Gill Events after she met Kushal.

The entire conference room was filled with employees
Madhu had informed them that Shehnaaz wanted to speak to the about something very important

Shehnaaz entered the conference room and every looked at her with empathy

Her state looked horrible.. none of them had anticipated this..

Shehnaaz: so guys company ki recent situation toh kisise chupi hai nahi
Recently Shukla Enterprised had invested in our company.
Aaj mujhe unke lawyer Kushal Tandon ne meeting ke liye bulaya tha
Maine meeting ke pehle hi anticipate kia tha that 1 nayi bad news milne wali hai.
And I was correct.
Shukla Enterprise has taken over Gill Events.

The entire room was filled with gasps.

Madhu was the 1st one to react

Madhu: Siddharth did this?

Shehnaaz: everything was planned. You know like a deal.

All the employees were very disappointed with the news.
Not because of the take over.. but because they did not expect it from someone so close to Shehnaaz.

Employee 1: so ab kya karenge hum?

Shehnaaz: mere pass 2 choices hai.. either I pay then 100 crores or work for them.

Madhu: whaaaaat? I still cannot believe he did this.

Shehnaaz: toh believe kar lo.. because this is the real Siddharth Shukla.
Aise hi nahi pohchi unki company No.1 pe.
He is a pro businessman.

Employee 2: ma'am hum sab aapke sath hai.. we all will help you arrange the money.

Shehnaaz: no guys.. tumlog yahi kaam karoge.
Gill Events ki responsibility ho tumlog.. mai rahu ya na rahu does not matter.

Employee 3: sorry ma'am aapki yeh baat nahi maan sakte hum.
Aap please maan jaaye.. hum sab aapke sath hai.

A defeated sigh left Shehnaaz's lips.

Shehnaaz: guys mai bhi 1 businesswoman hu.
Maine unse 10 days maange hai.
Sara kuch calculation karke
I swear agar zara bhi zarurat padi toh I will come back to you guys.

Employee 4: ma'am how will you comeback?
We will not be here.
We trust you.. we know that you have everything covered in your mind but after you we will not ne able to work for the person who ruined us.

Employee 5: yes ma'am.. aap mat try kijiye hume uss insaan ke liye kaam karana jiski hum izzat nai kar paayenge.. toh unke under kaam karna possible hi nai hai.

Shehnaaz:  guys yeh meri ladai hai.. mere papa ki izzat ka sawal hai.. mai unke naam par debt ka dhabba nai lagne dey sakti.
Waise tum sab ki bhi families hai.. unki responsibilities hai tumpe.
Aise job chod doge yeh unke sath bhi galat hai.

Employee 6: Gill Events bhi humari family hai ma'am
And aap job ki chinta mat kijiye.
We are the employees of the no1 event management company..
Koi na koi company toh dey hi degi hume job.

Employee 7: bas 1 baat hum aapse clear karna chahte hai..
The day you decide to start a new company we all are coming back

Shehnaaz was overwhelmed with their responses.
Yes she never treated her as her employees.. she always treated them as a huge family and them standing so strong for her was flattering her heart.
Tears started forming in her eyes.

Marie Aunty quickly engulfed in her embrace.
Shehnaaz came out of the hug in few seconds.
She has to be strong.

Shehnaaz: 10 days baad they will take over.
But today is my last day here.
I have to pay them back.
Madhu mera 1 aakhri kaam karde

Madhu: yes ma'am
(Her eyes were teary and voice chocked)

Shehnaaz and Madhu shared a very close relation.
They both were friends and seeing her friend in so much pain was breaking Madhu's heart as well.

Shehnaaz: my employees no more wish to work for Gill Events.
I need you to make their experience letters mentioning that they are the best employees any company can get.
I will be signing them right now.
That will be my goodbye gift to you guys.

With this the video ended.

Siddharth was again in pool of tears.
Only if he had seen this video earlier he would have stopped her.

She had already planned everything... she was never going to work for him.

And her employees... indeed no one came to him for job.
They stuck to their promise which they made to her.

He was the only one who broke his promise which he made to her

He looked to his right.
There he has a large picture of them.

He went towards it and caressed her face with his fingers
She looked so happy.. even he looked so happy.

This picture was sneakily taken by Kushal.

This was the picture which made him realize what this girl was doing to him
She was making him happy.. the genuine smile on his face had surprised him.

He wanted everything back.. he wanted his jaan back in his arms.

Now that he knows that she has returned he plans to never let her go away from him ever.

He called Neel (arey uska private investigator)

Siddharth: Neel find every details about Sana Kaur and Z Events.

Neel chuckled
From past 5 years Siddharth has asked him to find out information only about 1 person  who was Shehnaaz.
Seeing him so desperate for her information..even he had understood that how much she is important to his sir.

Neel: on it sir..

Siddharth disconnected the call.
Even his phone had their picture as its wallpaper.

He kissed his screen as a habit and put it his pocket.

Yes! He has an habit of kissing their picture on his phone everytime before keeping it in his pocket.

Siddharth: aa raha hu mai jaan.. jo mera hai usse wapas lene.
