The entire conversation between Kushal and Shehnaaz was heard by someone who was hiding behind the bookshelf just to get a glimpse of his baby.
His heart broke once again seeing her pale face and even worse being the reason for her it.

He felt a series of emotions throughout the conversation
He felt angry when she called herself those names.
He felt hurt when she thought that all the care for her is a facade and she does not know the real him and at the end of the conversation he went numb..
Tears were threatening to fall from his eyes.

He was brought back to senses with the voice of shutting of the door when she left.

As soon as she left Kushal turned towards him.. seeing his condition he ran towards him and hugged him.
Siddharth went numb.. he could not stand straight.
Kushal took him towards the couch and made him sit.
He handed him a glass of water.

Siddharth looked at him with those tearful vulnerable eyes.
Kushal was taken aback.
The last time Siddharth was like this when his parents died.
Kushal now realized the intensity of his feelings towards her.

Kushal: Siddharth please sambhal khudko..

Siddharth: mujhse nafrat karti hai woh Kushal..
Maine usko kho dia.
(His voice cracked and he broke down)

Kushal hugged him and let him cry.
He knew he loved her very much.. he knew he had to get it out from his system.. he has been keeping his feelings to himself from a lot of time and now it is coming out in this form.
He kept rubbing his back to console him.

Kushal: Siddharth bas karja ab.. sab ho gaya na.. abhi sambhal lay khudko..
Usko bhi toh sambhalna hai tujhe.

Siddharth: usse aankhein nahi mila pata mai..
Jo aankhe mujhe hamesha pyaar se dekhti thi aaj usme nafrat hai.. regret hai.. she sees me with regret Kushal.. usko regret ho raha hai sab...maine usko aisa feel karaya hai.. mai kis muh se jaau uske pass.
Himmat hi nai ho rahi uske samne jaane ki.

Kushal: these consequences are not something you did not expect right?
So man up Siddharth.

Siddharth realized that this is it.. ground zero.
He will have to begin from here.
He will get her back that is for sure..

With the new found motivation he hugged Kushal and left.

His 1st destination was Gill Events.. his baby's hard earned company.
He will have to maintain it till the time its rightful owner does not come back.
He will not change the staff.. they will not lose their jobs.

He reached there in the next 30 minutes.
He parked his car and went inside.
But the scene inside shocked him.

All the employees were packing their stuffs.
They were leaving.

Siddharth had already asked Aarti to come before him and arrange a staff meeting.

Seeing Siddharth.. Aarti announced.

Aarti: guys.. the new owner has come..please stop your work.

Seeing Siddharth all the employees were disappointed and angry.

Marie Aunty was the 1st one to react.

She went and stood in front of him and the next second Siddharth could feel a stinging pain on his left cheek.

Yes.. He received a tight slap from Marie Aunty.

Aarti was about to say something but Siddharth gestured her to keep quiet.

Marie Aunty: tujhe sharam nahi aayi zara bhi? Uss masum bachi ki zindagi barbaad karke.. kya bigada tha usne tera ha? And kis liye sab? Sirf 1 company paane? Itna gir gaya tu?
Aur abhi bhi himmat kaise hui teri yaha kadam rakhne? Kya dekhne aya hai ha tu yaha?

Siddharth: Aunty aap jaisa soch rahe ho waisa nai hai kuch.. I can explain.

He was cut in between by 1 of the employees

Employee 1: explaination is not required Mr Shukla.
We are no one jisko The Siddharth Shukla explanation dey.
So please save it.

Siddharth: I know that you guys are angry.. but we have to work together in the future..

He was again cut by a very angry Madhu

Madhu: who said we are going to work with you Mr Shukla?
We all are very loyal to Shehnaaz.
She leaves we leave.
And it is very evident that she is no more the owner so we are no more the employees.

Siddharth was not able to take everything..
His baby was blessed with such a nice team
They respected her so much
But you took that away from her.. his broken heart complained.

Siddharth: guys we can sit and discuss..

Employee 2: not required Mr Shukla. We were already leaving but your PA insisted us to meet you so we waited.
All our resignation letters are already on the reception table.

With that all the employees including Marie Aunty started leaving with their stuffs.

Varun was the last one to leave

Siddharth: you too?

Varun: I was a part of the plan sir.. no more.
I have already done a lot of damage to Shehnaaz ma'am I don't have heart for anything more.
I am sorry sir but I will not help you further in this.
If anything else you want me to do I will be on my toes but not this.

Aarti: come on Varun.. tumhe yaha aake sirf 3 months hue hai.. itna toh kya hi ho gaya.
Aisa toh kya hi kar dia usne that tu b uski side ho gaya.

(Obviously Aarti knew that Varun was planted here by Siddharth... bhale reason na malum ho. Yaad karo Siddharth had asked her only to arrange a meeting with Varun and Sanju)

Siddharth was not surprised with Varun's answer.
His baby had that energy that anyone would instantly have a liking for her.

Siddharth: it is okay Varun. Thank you.

He shook his hands with Varun that's when Varun handed him a pen drive and blinked at him.
Siddharth understood that it is something related to Shehnaaz which he did not want to talk in front of Aarti.
Siddharth blinked back in assurance that he understood.
He sneakily put the pen drive in his pocket.

Siddharth: Aarti collect all the resignation letters and submit to our HR and strictly tell them that if any of these employees come to Shukla Enterprises for job they will be instantly hired..without any interview without any formalities.

Aarti: kyu Siddharth?

Siddharth was already frustrated and this woman was testing his patience.

Siddharth: and who the hell are you to question me?
How many times I have to remind you that I am your boss.
You do as I say !
(He yelled)

Aarti flinched back and closed her eyes in fear.
An angry Siddharth is someone you should run away from.

Siddharth continued

Siddharth: also, hire new staff for Gill Events.
They should be the best.
Company bandh nahi hogi.
(He announced)

Aarti just shook her head in agreement and ran away from there.

Siddharth (in his mind): baby teri company abse meri responsibility hai.
Mai sambhalunga isse.
Bass 10 days aur dur rehna hai mujhe.. fir mai tujhe meri aankho ke samne se jaane hi nai dunga..
Aakhri saas tak tujhe manane ki koshish karunga mai..

He came out of his thoughts when Aarti came back with the file of resignation letters.

He went out of the office.. sat in his car and left for home.
