The next day

Neil was impatiently sitting on the doctor's cabin as its been a while since Avni went with doctor. It was her first check up as well as first scan. The door opened while his gaze shifted to the door step and found a nurse.

"Doctor is calling you Mr. Khanna.." the nurse said while Neil was slightly confused.

"Avni?" he asked standing up from his seat looking at the nurse with confused expression.

"Please come with me..." she didn't answer to his question which made him restless while he nodded and walked with her.

They went to the ultrasound scan room while he sighed seeing Avni on the bed. He saw Avni who eyes were welled up with tears. His face flushed seeing her tears. His throat went dry and he went near Avni.

"Doctor?" he called her while his heart started beating faster and his gaze again fall on Avni who was already looking at him.

"Mr. Neil Khanna.." she called while he looked at her.

"Mrs. Avni Khanna want you to see this..." she said and again placed the machine on her tummy slightly moving while he looked at Avni confused and then looked at the monitor. He didn't understand anything as it's expression clearly saying that which made Avni chuckle. Avni gaze was fixed only on him observing his reactions.

"Doctor.. I can't understand anything.... I am so tensed..." he spoke out as its blood pressure was getting higher by each second.

"Is everything fine?.. Avni? Baby?" he asked in a second not letting the doctor to speak.

"Calm down Neil... See this..." she said pointing at the monitor while she was pointing at something tiny dot. He looked at the monitor.

"It's your baby..." she said while Neil eyes widen in excitement seeing his baby. Avni can see immense happiness in his eyes. He looked at Avni in so much happiness.

"And see this... This is also your baby..." she said while he shifted his gaze to doctor and was confused for a second not getting her.

"I mean twins..." she said while he was stunned hearing her as he don't know how to express his emotions. He opened and closed his mouth several times but can't able to speak anything in happiness. A tear slipped from Avni's eyes seeing his emotions. He looked at monitor and Avni and again monitor and then Avni. Avni then sat on the bed and wiped her tears. Neil took her into his embrace hugging her while she hugged him back tightly. (How i wished to see these types of moments in Naamkarann😭... I badly wanted to see Avni in her baby bump).

He broke the hug and Avni saw his eyes which is full of tears. She wiped his tears nodding her negatively.

They then went back to doctor's cabin. She then adviced them.

"So I am repeating... You should take care Avni.... No more stress and tension... See yourself... You looks so weak... Its not about only physical health.. But mental too.... Meet you on next check up while I want you to be strong... Okay?" she asked Avni while she nodded her head smiling widely.

They went back home and told them this happiest news. Everyone became extremely happy. Their happiness were no boundaries. They showered all their love on them.

They came to their room while Neil picked her in his arms and swirled.

"Neil.. Kya karrahi ho... Chodo..." she said while he made her to stand on the ground and cupped her face.

"Thank you Avni... You know how happy I am...." he said and kissed her all over her face pouring out his happiness.

"Mee too Neil... Thats why I wanted you to see our babies on the scan..." she said while she kept her head on his chest hugging her.

"Angel..." they hear a sound while they saw the door step and found mishti.

She stepped in while Neil took her in his arms.

"Bebe ne bola aap doctor ke paas gay... Kya hua aapko..." she asked sadly

"Nahi nahi mishti main teek hu..." she said smiling while she too smiled seeing her

"Mishti... Humare ghar main babies aane waale hai..." Neil said

"Babiess?" she exclaimed excited while he nodded and swirled her in air and they laughed together. They spend some time happily.

Later on

Bebe, Prakash and Shwetha was sitting on the living area and was talking.

"Bebe.... I am so happys.... I gonna becomes grandma..." she said happily

"Jo chaiye kuch bhi ho... Shwetha ki english ko koi nahi badal sakthe hai..." bebe said teasing her while Avneil reached there and heard bebe saying and laughed

"bebe... Aap aise naah kahiye..." she said

"bebe chodiya na... Mera potha aur pothi aake shwetha ko english teach karenge ..." Prakash said while again all of them laughed while she glared at prakash.

"bebe main sochraha hu ki... Avni ko bahar lae jao..." he said to them

"Haa puttar... Yeh pal bohat keemthi hothi hai... Bohat mast karna..." bebe said cheering them while they smiled.

They then started from there.

"Neil... Please tell me na... Where are we going?" she asked for nth time as she wa sticked to this question when he told her to get ready.

"Avni... Nowhere Avni... Just a random place... You tell me.. Kaha Chale hum?...beach Chale ya ice cream khane Chale?" he asked while she glared at him.

"Yeh tum room main bhi bolsaktha tha... I thought we are going somewhere....and I even thought you gonna surprise me..." she said glaring at him and turned her face away from him.

"Oops..." he said while she didn't looked at him.

"I know... You will be so happy after seeing my surprise..." he looked at her thinking in his mind.

"Concentrate on road Mr. Tillu.."she said seeing him looking at her

" Tillu?.... Tum kabse tillu bolne lagi ho? "he asked her

" Kyu?... Copyrights mera mummy ji ka hai... Main bolsakthi hu.. Mr. Tillu..😏. "she said making that face which made him laugh seeing her cute expression.
