Voting again
Wolfheart rushed to the button, with the two ghosts behind him. He slammed his wide paw on the button.
"PLEASE COME TO THE ROCK FOR A MEETING!" the same voice chanted.
Soon, a ragged ring of cats encircled to rock, surrounding the survivor and the two ghosts.
"I am sad to say that our doctor, Brightpelt, and another of our survivors, Lighteyes, were murdered in front of my eyes," Wolfheart announced sadly, grief piercing his heart.
"How were they killed?" a cat called.
"For Brightpelt, I heard Lighteyes' cry, trying to make Brightpelt not leave her, and I tried to drag her to the rock to report her body. But then out of the vent, came out a black shadow. It tried to kill me by aiming for my throat. Lighteyes threw herself in front of me to save me, and the shadow killed her." his voice shook.
"That sounds pretty realistic," Darkheart said. "But what happens if you are wrong?"
"I have their spirits on my side." Wolfheart nodded to the ghosts. They dipped their heads solemnly, their pelts flashing with stars. "We think that the imposter is black and smart."
Right after he said that the cats backed away from Owlwhisker, Darkheart, Shadowbreeze, Nightpelt and Blackgaze.
"Let's start the voting!" Wolfheart shouted. "I vote Darkheart again!"
"I vote for you!" Darkheart called.
After some time of casting stones, the answer was clear. Nightpelt would be executed. "WHY ME?" she protested as cats grabbed her hindquarters and dragged her to the mouth of the cave.
"BYE!" they threw her off the cliff.
"NOOO-" there was the sound of cracking bones.
"That's it. She's dead." Wolfheart grumbled.
NIGHTPELT WAS....... silver words appeared on the wall. A HUNTER.
"NOO! We lost a hunter!" Wolfheart wailed.
"What role are you??"Darkheart yowled.
"Fine." Wolfheart flattened his ears. "I'm the other hunter. I'm keeping a close eye on you, Darkheart. You seem suspicious."
"Whatever." Darkheart rolled his eyes.
"Do more tasks, go!" He shouted. He ushered the other cats away, and the clearing was empty.
"Let's do more tasks." he stared fondly at the two ghosts, and walked away, the ghosts trailing after him.
