"Are you cold?" Ashton had asked for the third time already. Calum smiled softly at Ashton.

He shook his head "no it's perfect, thank you Ashton" Calum replied as he was tucked in by Ashton.

"I'm sorry you have to sleep in a guest room, it's just for now, I'll let my people make a beautiful room for you!" Ashton said and wipped the sweat of his forehead.

Calum grabbed Ashton's hand. "You don't have to do that, you don't have to do any of this" Calum whispered.

Ashton chuckled before sitting down on the bed.

"Calum...I'm gonna treat you like you deserve to be treated" Ashton said and turned his hand in Calum's grip so he was holding onto Calum's hand.

"Like a prince" Ashton said before kissing Calum's forehead.

He stood up and made his way to the door. "Goodnight..my prince" Ashton said and smirked as he saw Calum blushing.

"G'Night Ashton" Calum said softly.

Ashton slowly closed the door leaving Calum alone. Calum wanted to be with Ashton forever. He was so kind, smart and attractive.

He knew they would never end up together.

Calum sighed at that thought and got comfortable in the bed. He looked down at the white silky covers. Something he could never afford. Calum felt bad for staying here. Him laying in a way too expensive bed with the most heavenly covers.

It was so comfortable tho...

Calum yawned and looked up at the ceiling. What was Ashton talking about? He didn't deserve this.

The pillows were so soft...

But most importantly. He didn't deserve Ashton. He was a ball of light.

He drifted away into the best night sleep of his life.

"Goodmorning Angel" Ashton said as he opened the curtains in the guest room Calum was sleeping in.

"Goodmorning Ashton" Calum said and quickly sat up straight. He tried fixing his hair. He knew he looked like a mess.

"Shall we get breakfast?" Ashton said. Calum nodded and quickly got out of bed.

"I brought you some clothes" Ashton said and handed the white clothing.

"Thank you" Calum said and took the clothes. He had never worn white in his life. Without hesitation, Calum started to undress quickly.

"We're not in a hurry angel" Ashton said chuckling and turned away, giving Calum his privacy, tho he had seen him naked already.

"Oh.." Calum awkwardly said and slowed himself down. He putted on the white flannel and brown pants.

"I'm done.." he queitly said.

Ashton turned around with a smile. "You look very nice" Ashton said as walked over to Calum.

"Once again..thank you" Calum said and giggeled. Ashton nodded before linking his arm with Calum's and walking out the room.

Calum's eyes were big as they entered a huge dinning hall.

"Oh lord" Calum whispered.

Ashton smiled "c'mon then angel" he said as he followed Ashton towards the end of the table.

"Are you sure I can be here?" Calum asked whispering as he felt everyone staring.

"Of course you can" Ashton said as they approaced the head of the table.

Ashton scooted a chair away from the table. "Sit down angel" Ashton said.

Calum obeyed and sat down. Ashton sat right next to him.

People from the fancy castle cane to fill the table up with loads and loads of food. Calum gulped. He never had a decent meal..

A few girls were whispering stuff to each other. Calum noticed this and looked at their direction. One of the girls in a yellow dress laughed at something the one in pink said.

Calum's heart rated as he saw a guy with a confused and unwelcoming look on his face, sat down. A few other people followed along.

Calum felt anxious. He wasn't as fancy as these people. He wasn't as tan as these people. He was so pale, of course he would stand out. What if Ashton's father would join the table! He wasn't welcome..

Leave, leave Calum told himself.

"Hey.." Calum heard Ashton say softly, cutting him out of his thoughts. He didn't notice he was gripping the end of his sleeve so thightly.

"You okay?" Ashton asked as he grabbed Calum's hand gently and ran his thumb over it.

Calum needed to breathe. He needed space.

"I-...air" Calum said barely being able to speak and quickly stood up running out the dinning hall.

"Calum!" Ashton yelled as he stood up.

Calum shook his head as he ran trough the huge castle. He didn't know where he needed to go. This place was too huge.

He entered a hall way and saw a huge door standing open. He saw outside, the place where him and Ashton went flower picking.

He quickly ran outside, but he was carefully staying in the shadows. The sunlight was so bright.

Calum sat down in a shadow formed by the castle towers. This was way more beautiful than at home. He couldn't really call it home. Tho he grew up there.

Calum sighed thinking about how stupid he was.

He pulled his knees to his chest and layed his arms on them. He then rested his head on them looking at the beautiful flowers.

He wish he was as beautiful as a flower...

So people would like him. Accept him. He was never accepted by anyone, except for : Michael and Ashton. He just didn't get it. What was wrong with him?

He then sobbed queitly. He putted his head down and squeezed his eyes shut. He didn't wanna cry, he didn't wanna be weak.

He couldn't help it as a few tears came down his face.

"Calum! Oh gosh" Ashton said as he came trough the door and joined his side.

"Calum what's wrong?" Ashton asked worried as he putted his arm around him.

"Everything Ashton" Calum said whispering. "A little more specific angel"  Ashton said as he now rubbed his back.

"I don't deserve you Ashton...those people hate me out there" Calum said as he shook his head.

"What do you mean? What did they do?" Ashton asked.

"They stare at me, they talk about me, they hurt me.." Calum said unravling the truth.

"Of course they'll talk about me, look at me, I'm as white as this flannel you gave me..literally..Ashton..I look like an idiot..." Calum said standing up.

"No you don't, you are perfect Calum" Ashton said now standing up as well.

Calum shook his head "stop".

"Stop what angel, caring about you?" Ashton asked getting closer.

"Yes.." Calum whispered and stepped back. "I'm gonna have to leave Ashton" Calum said.

"Please..stay, I'll make sure no one will stare at you in an way that makes you unconfortable" Ashton said reaching to grab Calum's hand, but he backed away.

"That won't change their way of thinking.." Calum said as he began walking away.

"Angel wai-" Ashton got cut off by multiple soldiers entering the green field.

"Him!" The two heard before soldiers were surrounding Calum. Ashton saw who was behind all of this. It was Luke and their father!

"Father! What do you think you're doing?!" Ashton said walking towards his father.

"Taking out this pig" His father, Marcel, replied.

"He's not a pig farther!" Ashton yelled and was starting to get aggresive. He saw Luke smirking and groaned.

"Bring him to the dungeon..in chains!" Marcel said sternly before going inside and let the soldiers do their job.

"Get away from him!" Ashton yelled as he ran towards the soldiers, pushing two of them away. "I demand you to stop!" Ashton yelled and got into the circle.

He stood in front of Calum in a protective manner. "I'm sorry, we listen to your father in highest" A soldier replied.

"It's okay Ashton.." Calum whispered behind him. "No.." Ashton said as the soldiers began poking Calum with the sharp ends of their blades.

"Hey! You do that again and I'll cut off your hands!" Ashton yelled. Luke crossed his arms and watched in amusement.

"Sorry sir" a soldier said, before Ashton could reply, he got knocked out by a soldier behind him. Leaving Ashton to drop to the floor livelessly.

The soldier put Calum in chains before dragging him along towards the dungeon.

A cell was opened and Calum was pushed in harshly. Calum didn't have his hands to catch himself, so he fell face down onto the ground.

"Hold him down" one of the soldiers said. Calum quickly back away into a corner. Knowing it was useless.

A soldier grabbed his leg and pulled him towards him. He grabbed the chain that was next to him and gave Calum a ball and chain attached to his ankle.

"Please.." Calum whispered softly. "I'll leave this place..I promise..I was about to anyways" Calum explained.

"Not my problem pale boy" the soldier said before walking out the cell and locking the door.

Calum was being left in the dark..again.
