Paula and Tatiana got here a few minutes later and just as I thought she and issy kicked it off like they've known each other for years. I let them play while I made snacks for them, after eating they returned to their movie. I decided to do some laundry while they were busy, after loading up the washer, I am heading back to the living room when I hear a knock on the door
Malcolm:"hey Skai"
He scratches his neck nervously
A-M:"oh hey Malcolm, please come on in"
Malcolm:"thank you"
He comes in to my apartment and greets the girls and they wave at him, then giggle and turn their attention back to their cartoons. I lead him to a couch and offer him water but he declines
Malcolm:"I uh, I wanted to come over and say hi"
A-M:"that's really nice of you... Correct me if I'm wrong, but you seem nervous"
Malcolm:"uh yeah... Thing is I wanted to ask, if you're free tomorrow, I wanted to know if you'll go out with me for coffee"
A-M:"uh sure, but I'm not sure about tomorrow though, but I'll give you a call... Still have my number?"
Malcolm:"yeah I do"
We chat up some more and he invites me to one of his exhibits
Ginevra:"hello"
Malcolm:"hey princess"
She giggled and covered her mouth with her hand
Tatiana:"can we braid your hair?"
Did I mention Malcolm has hair like aquaman? From the movie aquaman? It's so sexy
Malcolm:"sure, but make me look pretty"
They laughed and soon enough, they were pulling and tugging his hair and I can't help but laugh.
He will surely have a headache from all that 'braiding', he's so much fun to be around, handsome and sexy too, but not massimo level, massimo is on another level of Greek god-dery. There's a lot of ribbons and bows on his hair, he literally calls out for help and the girls laugh out loud, so I go to his aid. I detangle his hair and properly braid it, then issy says she wants hers braided too and Tatiana tags along, finally we're done braiding everyone's hair
A-M:"who wants cupcake?"
Issy:"me!"
Tatiana:" me!"
Malcolm:"me!"
They shout in unison and soon enough, we're in my tiny kitchen, cramped up together trying to mix the batter for the cupcakes.
Malcolm:"uh, this is totally random, but do you have a thing with your boss? No offense"
He whispers to me
A-M:"no I don't and none taken, why though?"
Malcolm:"Well, he sent a lot of murderous glares my way and I kind of assumed you two had something going on"
A-M:"we have nothing going on"
Malcolm:"well I'm certain he likes you"
A-M:"no he doesn't" I say with a chuckle
Massimo:"I'll prove it to you"
Before I can reply, I hear the doorbell, so I excuse myself and head to the door
A-M:"hey, come in"
Massimo:"oh hi, were you baking?"
A-M:"yes, we.."
Ginevra:"papa!... Meet my friend Tatiana"
Massimo:"hey princessa... Hello Tatiana, nice to meet you"
He has a playful smile on, while issy and tiana tell him about their day and just when they start pulling him towards the living room
Malcolm:"Skai, I've set the cupcakes in the oven..."
He slows down when he notices massimo, who is no longer paying attention to anything the girls are saying, but is full on glaring at Malcolm. Before I can say anything Malcolm moves towards me and places a hand on my waist and massimo's glare is directed to Malcolm's hand on my waist, he stoops to the girls height and instructs them to go watch TV... Oh shit!
Malcolm:"told ya"
He whispers in my ear and when I look at him, he winks at me. This is not good
