The bus pulled into Fayetteville around 4 am. Luke had sent messages ahead directing where to park and what hotel the guys were booked in for the two day stay. He sent a message to Adam sometime in the middle of the night to be sure to gather everyone together in his room at 9 am for a meeting. Adam woke at 6, finding Chance sitting at the table with his elbows on the table holding his head. 

"Hey, you ok" he asked as he approached him. 

Chance looked up, "Yes....and ...no" he replied with a raspy voice, having only been awake a short time before Adam. "I'm not looking forward to anything involving Luke" he sighed.

"Yeah, I know, neither am I. Umm, he sent a message in the middle of the night for us all to meet him in my room at 9 am" he told him.

"Meet who at 9 am" Tim asked making his way to the coffee maker.

"Luke wants to meet at 9 am in my hotel room, with all of us" Adam replied.

"Lovely" Tim responded.

Austin walked in and greeted everyone as perky as ever "Good Morning Guys", followed by Rob who was scratching his head and said "is it, is it really a Good morning Austin". 

"Well, it could have been if it weren't for the dumbass meeting we have to go to at 9" Tim replied pouring his coffee.

"What meeting, with who" Rob asked, "oh, wait never mind I can only guess....Luke. What does he want at such an ungodly hour."

"Me...he wants me..." Chance replied "Why else would he want it as soon as we get here. He has to know about the room trashing at the last hotel".

"But you took care of that, didn't you" Austin asked.

"Yeah, but I'm sure they informed him of it anyway" Chance answered.

"Let's not offer up anything, let him do all the talking, see what he does or doesn't know." Adam stated just as someone knocked on the door. He opened it to find Nate standing on the other side with a couple bags of food.

"Hey guys, figured you were getting low on food so I ran out and grabbed some breakfast sandwiches and donuts. How is everyone this morning" he asked almost as chipper as Austin.

Moans and groans were audible from everyone but Austin "yeah, not a bus full of morning people in here today" he commented, taking the box of donuts from Nate.

Everyone was in Adam's room just as Luke had requested precisely at 9 am,  no one wanted to deal with his bullshit today by giving him a reason to start in by being late.  Chance kept adjusting his hat trying to keep the brightness in the room shaded from his eyes. Tim sat in a corner chair scrolling through his phone. Rob sat in the other chair trying not to doze off while Adam and Austin stood on the balcony looking out over the city.  Finally at 9:15 Luke knocked on the door.

Tim looked up as Adam headed to the door, muttering "nothing like being punctual" as he opened it.

Luke walked in, scanned the room to be sure they were all there, then sat down at the desk opening his brief case. He handed each of them a copy of the itinerary,  briefly went over the events for the two days and asked if they had any questions. Without any mentioned, he quickly closed his brief case and walked to the door. Taking another look around the room, he left.
The guys looked at each other in utter disbelief.

"What the hell just happened here" asked Tim.

"The calm before the storm" replied Chance.
