For the longest time I just wanted somebody to confide in who I knew for certain would not spill my secrets.

The only way this would happen was if I had no idea who this person was and this person didn't know me.

I firsthand know just how relieving it is to get something out in the open and off your chest. Having one other person share your secret can make it that much easier to carry.

I never came across this but I thought maybe it could help some of you.

So, I decided to start this book.

Any of you can ask me or tell me anything. I will either listen or provide advice based off my best judgement which is not always 100% correct by the way.

Or I could do both.

I just want to help you guys in the way that I never could get help.
