Doe abused in loneliness
A quest for someone near to share
Yet knowing this that none be there 

And gods and goddesses in vain
Were all your company
Pain and Pan and visions seen
Live within your litany 

Luna's glow o'er Neptune's deep
A lovers' walk on quiet beach
A cry for peace an ache for sleep
Your need be mete fair measure each
