~Sunshine
Disclaimer: No disclaimer this time, finally I managed to write something soft. Not proofread as usual.
Third Person's POV:
The sun rays were falling straight on her round, beautiful face which certainly disturbed her sleep. She spent the whole night in twisting and turning herself on the bed. It had been quite some weeks that she was facing sleeping problems, most probably because of her growing size and restlessness. The leg cramps and nausea were not helping her either. After a lot of struggle, counting numbers, inhaling and exhaling air, finally sleep took over but she couldn't enjoy it for too long.
Her eyes were still shut and she moved her hands on the right side of the bed but immediately frowned on not finding her Sunny beside her. She carefully sat up straight on the bed and picked up her phone from the side to table to check the time.
It's 9 in the morning. He must be in the washroom or maybe in kitchen she thought to herself.
She kept her head on the head rest of the bed and closed her eyes. Thinking about how she met her Sunny, the love of her life and how far they both have come a smile crept on her face. Their first meet wasn't a usual one though.
Pre-monsoon showers had begun in Mumbai and the weather was really pleasant. It was late in night, around 12 past midnight and no one was present on the beach except for one. Karan was sitting on the sand thinking about his life, how everything was just messed up. His mind, his family and his life everything was fucked up. He had never felt the way he was feeling that day, he was at his lowest and the worst part was he was alone. All ALONE. His overthinking self had took over his mind and he blamed himself for everything that went wrong.
It was his fault that his ex girlfriend left him, it was his fault that he became so distant with his family. It was his fault that inspite of doing so well professionally he wasn't happy. He believed all of this when none of this was true, the circumstances made him believe that it was because of him that everybody is suffering whereas the truth was that it was just him who was suffering.
His mind was clouded with negative thoughts when he heard the jingling sound of bangles and he turned around. There she was standing, a girl whom he had never met before but he felt something in his heart looking at her. She looked breathtakingly gorgeous in that peach lehenga. The jhumkas so pretty made her look more beautiful, if it was at all possible. Her hairs were kept open in center partition which perfectly complimented her round face. Never in his life he had seen such beautiful pair of dark brown eyes, but they were filled with tears. The eyes held so much pain in them that by just looking in them his heart broke into a million pieces.
That's how they met, for the very first time.
The clicking sound of the door brought Tejasswi back into present. She looked up at the door to find him standing there with a tray in his hand and a beautiful smile on his face which reached straight to her heart. He entered their room and kept the tray on the table and pecked her forhead.
"Goodmorning Sunshine! So how's my little one doing, hmmm?" He asked her while he half layed on the bed in front of her.
"Your little one is as toofani as you are Sunny. Doesn't even let me sleep at night!" She complained to him with a cute pout.
He softly caressed her round belly and kissed it.
"Why do you keep troubling your mumma my little princess? That too alone!" He said mischievously.
"Wait atleast till you come in my arms, then we will trouble her together." He chuckled and earned a light slap on his shoulders from her.
"So you are ganging up against me along with our daughter, huh?" She asked in her fake angry tone.
"No!!! Who told you this?" He asked her being the most innocent child in this world.
"You just now said it."
"No we weren't ganging up against you. We were just making plans to trouble you together. All these years I was the only one troubling you and pulling your leg but now just in few weeks I'll have my partner in crime, my daughter in my arms."
"How are you so confident that we are having a daughter? It can be a boy as well, yeah?" Throughout the pregnancy this was constant, he would always say that their first child will be a girl. He was pretty confident about it.
He caressed her belly with his palms and kissed her cheeks "I know it can also be a boy laddoo but I also know that my little one in here is my princess, my gut feeling is never wrong and you know that."
She squished his cheeks "Sunny I am-" he cut her off in between "-hungry" he completed her sentence and she chuckled and nodded her head in a yes.
He got up from the bed and took the tray from the table and kept it on the bed.
"Here is a glass of fresh orange juice and your favourite poha." The change in his expressions while saying orange juice to poha was hilariously cute.
"Why do you like this so much?" He asked with a cute frown.
"Because you like idli sambhar so much." she rolled her eyes at him and he chuckled at her answer.
"Sunny?" she called out his name.
He just hummed in response while sipping his tea.
"We need to buy story books for our baby."
"Why so early baby? Do you want my princess to get enrolled in a play school as soon as she is born or what?" He asked her with a bewildered expression.
She rolled her eyes and gave him a not so funny look.
"They say that reading stories for little babies stimulates developing senses." She answered in her I know it all tone.
"But why do we need story books for that? Isn't our own love story quite cool and adventurous. My princess will definitely enjoy it." He said playfully.
"What's so 'cool' and 'adventurous' in her parent's story?" She mimicked him.
"Her dad married a runaway bride! Isn't it so cool in itself? Just imagine how fascinated she would be with our story." By now Karan was laughing out loud and Tejasswi was giving him an angry stare.
"Why are you so impossible Sun-" she stopped midway and held her belly perplexed.
He sat up straight "What happened laddoo? Are you okay?" To say that he was scared would be an understatement.
"I think... I think our baby just kicked.. Yes Sunny she kicked." By now her eyes were filled with tears of joy.
"What? Are you serious? How does it feel? Does it pain? Do you feel uneasy? Should we go to the doc?" He kept on asking her hundreds of questions and didn't stop until she pecked him on his lips to stop this human radio of hers.
"Relax Sunny! I am totally fine."
" It feels like... like butterflies are fluttering in my tummy... you know like popcorns pop... it feels as if goldfishes are swimming around.. but it's our baby, our little princess...." She poured her heart out while sobbing.
"I am so happy laddoo. Our baby kicked, for the very first time. I wish I could feel it too." She took his hands and placed his palm on her belly. He caressed it but couldn't feel anything.
"I think I'll have to wait a little more before feeling her." He said with a disappointed tone.
"It's okay baby, you can feel her when she kicks again. Then you can tell her our story and how you got married to a runaway bride." She tried to cheer him up and she again felt the kick.
"Sunnyyyy!! She kicked again. I think she really liked our story... I think you should try talking to the baby more.. she might respond again."
He placed his palms back on her belly and caressed it ever so so softly "Hey my little one! Did you liked your mumma-papa's story? Would you like to know more about it? How your dad fall in love with your mum-" he instantly felt a kick. He looked upto to Tejasswi with tears brimming in his eyes.
He held her little hands in his own and kissed them gently "Teju I felt it. I can't explain how happy I am. You have made me the happiest I could ever be. Thank you so much for coming in my life. Thank you so much for loving me the way you do. Thank you for marrying me. Thank you for this, the best gift one could ever give me. I love you laddoo... I love you so much."
"I love you too baby and thank you to you too. Thankyou for everything."
He hugged her tightly but gently and kissed her forehead.
"We love you too our baby." They both said in unison and shared a soft yet passionate kiss. A kiss full of emotions, a kiss that depicted warmth and happiness.
A kiss full of love.

A/n: Finally after really long, this weird human is back and has written something. I am not very sure as how this chapter turned out. Since many of you (yes just 3-4 but I'll call them many) wanted me to write about pregnancy so I tried writing this and honestly I don't know how this is. My friends say that I am really good in writing erotica (idk if I really am or they just say it), so do tell me if I should keep writing such soft chapters or I should continue writing what I think I am good at. Do tell me in the comments how you liked this part, and if you liked it do vote for it. Lots of suggestions and healthy criticism is whole heartedly welcome.
Do drop in suggestions below if you have any sort of one shot ideas for me to write on these two lallus.
With Lots of Love
