Tejasswi try to manage it herself but she can't.

She didn't carried any medicine with her for indigestion or stomach pain.

Tejasswi came out with holding her stomach.

Tejasswi : listen (she thought to ask maid if she can arrange any medicine)

Maid : what happened, mam?

Tejasswi : uhm... Do you have any pain killer or antacids (medicine used to treat indigestion).

Maid : I will arrange anything, mam?

Tejasswi : I feel like to vomit. So, please bring it to room.

Maid : okay mam.

She ran towards the room where all the family members of Kundra family having their chit chat.

Maid came to them.

Maid : sorry for disturbance, Karan sir. But, Tejasswi mam is not feeling well. She asked me for medicines so I thought to inform you.

Karan (confused and concerned) : what happened to her?

Maid : she is feeling like to vomit, sir. Mam told me she is feeling dizzy.

Karan : you go and call the doctor, I will go to her.

Maid : okay sir.

Karan : mom - dad - dadi you all rest, I will see to it.

Karan's mother : I am coming with you.

Karan : I will manage mom, don't worry. (Karan insist aunty to let him go alone)

They thought that he want some privacy with her that's why he is insisting.

So, aunty let him go alone to her.

When, she was in washroom in his room. She is feeling dizzy and feels like she will faint anytime.

Karan walked towards the washroom and knocked on the door.

Karan : Tejasswi... you okay?

Tejasswi : hmm. (She understood that maid informed her but this is more awkward to her, she can't share her any problems with him)

Karan : do you want something?

Tejasswi : I am coming, wait a minute.

Karan waited for a moment.

But, Tejasswi didn't came out.
