The engagement continues in full swing. TejRan are taking pictures with the guests. They didn't get a chance to talk alone as sometimes guests surrounds them or their family members. Karan is in urge to give a compliment to Tejasswi but none is giving him space.

Just then, they get to be alone as everyone is asked to have their dinner. TejRan sat on the couch provided for them. Karan looks around and finds his and her family members busy with someone or some other things. He takes a deep breath and turns towards Tejasswi.

Tejasswi is staring at the ring he adorned around her finger a few minutes ago. There is a small smile on her face looking at the ring. Karan smiles at that. He clears his throat and gains her attention. She looks at him and he is about to say something when Prachi comes to them.

Prachi : Bhai! Bhabhi!!

Karan (whispers) : Why does she have to come now only? Why is none letting me talk to her? Ahhh!

Tejasswi hears him and chuckles slightly. Prachi looks at Tejasswi confusingly.

Prachi : Bhabhi, why are you chuckling? I didn't even say a word.

Teja : Simply, Prachi. Can you do me a favour?

Prachi : Ji?

Teja : Can you search for Ranbir, my brother and ask him to bring the box I gave him earlier today. Please.

Prachi : Okay, bhabhi but I have never seen him.

Teja : The one you danced with just now.

Prachi : Ai ai captain. I'll search for him and will let him know about you.

Prachi left and Tejasswi turned to Karan who sighed as his little sister had left from there. He turns to Tejasswi, who is already looking at him.

Teja : You wanted to say something, don't you?

Karan : How did you get to know it?

Teja : You whispered a little loudly.

She said while shaking her finger to him as in little. He smiles sheepishly while Tejasswi chuckles looking at him. Karan stares at Tejasswi being lost in her beautiful smile.

On the other hand, Prachi is searching for Ranbir but she couldn't remember his face. It's true that they did dance together but it lasts for 3 minutes, maybe but even that time she couldn't see his face properly. As she was walking she didn't see that a person was coming in front.

She collided with that person. It was very hard that she was about to fall down but that person held her tightly by snaking his arms around her waist and she held his shirt with a firm in fear of falling down. She sighs in relief as she didn't fall down.

She looks up at the person, who helped her in the nick of time. The person was already looking at her or rather we say that he is so lost in her. He keeps staring at her without blinking while Prachi also gets lost in him. He is none other than Ranbir.

Their lovely moment gets broken by the sound of music on the stage. Ranbir makes Prachi to stand properly and he smiles at her. She awkwardly looks at him and just simply stares at him.

Prachi : I'm sorry. I was searching for a person and I didn't see you coming. Actually, Tejasswi bhabhi asked me to find her brother but I don't know what he looks like. Yeah, I danced with him some minutes ago but I was so involved in the dance that I didn't get to see his face properly, then how can I search for him?! And this guy also disappeared all of a sudden. Can't he stay with his family for some time? I know he would go to check on the girls that came to the party. Uff, these boys!!! By the way, I'm Prachi Kundrra. Aap?

Ranbir is staring at her bewildered. She just cursed him, umm kinda cursed him. He made a bad impression of himself in their very first meet itself. He feels pity for himself. Prachi not getting a response from him snaps her fingers in front of him. He looks at her.

Ranbir : Ji?

Prachi : Where were you lost? Kaun hai aap?

Ranbir : Koi nahi. Hum Ranbir Mehra, Tejasswi Di's Chacha's son and the one you were searching for just now.

He introduced himself to her.

Prachi : Ranbir Meh.. RANBIR!!!!

She shouts a bit as he talks about his identity. She widens her eyes in shock.

Prachi : Arrey yaar, Prachi. What have you done? You talked ill about him to him itself! What an idiot! Now what will he think about me? Ganpathi Bappa, please mujhe mathart karo!

She whispered to herself but it was audible enough for Ranbir. He chuckles listening to her. That gets the attention of Prachi. She looks at him awkwardly.

Prachi : Ranbir Ji, I'm.. I'm so sorry. Mujhe galti hogaya. I was searching for you around the whole house but aapne milne nahi. That's why! I'm sorry.

Ranbir : That's okay, Prachi Ji. I was outside sending off my friends who came for the engagement. I'm sorry for troubling you.

Prachi : Nothing like that, ji. Teju bhabhi was looking for you. She asked you to bring the box she gave you earlier in the day.

Ranbir : Ji, teek hai.

She gave him a short smile and turns to go but Ranbir called her again. She stops and turns to him.

Ranbir : Suno..

Prachi : Kya? (softly)

Ranbir : Kuch nahi. Bas yunhi.

She looks at him being confused but she simply smiles at him and goes from there. Ranbir runs his hand on his hair and smiles crazily.

Coming back to TejRan, Karan still stares at Tejasswi without blinking. Tejasswi has been calling for him for the past 10 minutes but no response. Without any other way, she claps her hands once in front of him to bring him back to the world and she will succeed in it. He looks at her.

Teja : I have been calling you for hours. Where were you lost?

Karan : In you!

Tejasswi who was taking deep breaths suddenly chokes listening to him. Karan realized what he had done and mentally slapped himself. He pats her back and she calms down after sometime.

Karan : I'm sorry, Tejasswi ji. I was.. I just..

Teja : It's okay. I know I'm beautiful and you got lost in it.

She doesn't want to take it as an awkward situation for both of them because if she does then their whole life will become awkward which she doesn't want and also Karan. He understands what she tries to do and sighs happily.

Karan : You are right. You are looking very beautiful today.

Teja : Thank you. You are also looking okay.

Karan : Kya?? Sirf okay?!

Teja : Haan, sirf okay!

She chuckles.

Karan : Oh hello! Humhe bhi zyaada smart and handsome lag rahi hoon. Kuch aachi se tareef kardi ji na.

Teja : Not in a mood.

Karan : Accha ji. Then, I'll take back my compliment. You are not looking really so beautiful. More than you, that girl in pink lehenga is looking hot and pretty af. Kash, I can marry her instead of you.

Teja : Then, who is stopping you? Go. Go and marry that chipkali only!

Tejasswi huffs and folds her arms upon her chest.

Karan : I would have if I can but I'm engaged to you! My bad!

Teja : Youuuuuuuuuuuuuu!

Karan : Yes, meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Teja : I hate you!

Karan : I hate you too!

They turn and show their back to each other while huffing heavily. Their family watches this scenario and slaps their own forehead.

Aditi : Hogaya siyappa!

Vikram : I wonder how they are going to tolerate each other after their marriage as they can't even tolerate now for a few minutes!

Pragya : Let's just wait and watch how jodi's love story will begin.

They nod at Pragya and look at TejRan, who is giving each other a tashan wala look.
