Reyaansh and Prachi got married.

They had an arranged marriage,in other words a forced marriage.As both were career oriented they did not want to get married now.But their parents forced them to get married.

Prachi wore a grand saree and ornaments which her mother in law Suhasini gave her and entered the bedroom with tension.

Reyaansh came out of the bathroom in vest.Seeing him like this itself an unknown tension occupied her mind.

She thought:Will he try to cross his limits tonight?

Reyaansh noticed her sweating.

Reyaansh:I think like me you were also not prepared to get married.It's ok.Don't worry.I will not claim my rights as a husband on you as I myself is not interested in this marriage.

Prachi was relieved as well as stunned.

Prachi:It means you too...?

Reyaansh:So I am right.You are also not interested in this marriage.

Prachi:No.Just for my parents I did get married to you.

Reyaansh:Me too.Anyways....

He separated the two attached cots.

Reyaansh:Now we can sleep.

Prachi smiled:Yes.

They lay down to sleep.

Reyaansh-Prachi had a reception party.

There Reyaansh's father Shamsher gave them honeymoon ticket.

"A gift from my side.You guys enjoy".

Prachi was really disinterested.

Prachi:Sorry Daddyji..I am not interested in honeymoon.

All were shocked.The guests were also assuming many things.

Reyaansh got irritated and grabbed her hand.He walked to another room with her.

Prachi:Reyaansh,what is this?

Reyaansh:Why did you reject the honeymoon tickets?

Prachi:What is wrong in that?I don't consider this as marriage.Then how can I think of going for honeymoon with you?

Reyaansh:But you could have rejected it privately.What was the need of reject it in public and humiliate my dad?Do you know what others are gossiping just because of what you said?I cannot tolerate if my dad gets insulted.Understand?

Prachi felt guilty.

They both walked to the party hall.

Prachi looked at Shamsher:I am sorry daddyji if I hurt you.I did'nt intend to hurt you.Actually my students are going tohave exams soon.As I am a college lecturer I cannot leave them and go for honeymoon.Right?

Shamsher and his wife Suhasini smiled.

Shamsher:I am proud of you Prachi.You value your profession putting your heart and soul into it.I really admire you.

Suhasini:You proved that you are a selfless teacher.

Prachi smiled.Reyaansh was relieved.

After the party...

Reyaansh went near Prachi.

Rey:I am sorry for getting angry with you.

Prachi:It's ok.I did a mistake unknowingly. I did'nt think about it's after effects.Sorry.

Reyaansh:But you corrected your mistake by your lie.

Prachi:It was not completely a lie.Even if I was happy about this marriage I could not have been gone for honeymoon now.Because my students are going to have exams.Some of them really need my help now.

Reyaansh smiled:That's really good.By the way,even though we can't be a good couple,can't we be friends?

Prachi smiled:Yes.Let us be friends.

They shook their hands.

Prachi was continuously taking tuition classes for some of the students.

Reyansh came there with a glass of juice.

Reyaansh:I think you are tired.You drink this.You will feel fresh.

Prachi was surprised.

Prachi:Thank you so much.I wished to drink juice now.

Reyaansh:So I read your mind?

Prachi smiled.He also smiled.

She took the juice from him 

and sipped it.

She finished drinking the juice and kept the glass in the kitchen after washing it.

While walking back,suddenly she slipped.Suddenly Reyaansh caught.

Unknowingly they both got lost in each others eyes.

Reyaansh:Are you fine?

Prachi:Yes.Thank you Reyaansh.

He smiled:It's ok.

Prachi was preparing notes at late night too for her students.

Reyaansh:I am surprised about your dedication Prachi.

Prachi:When we become a teacher we need to do all this.It's normal.

He smiled.

While preparing notes she fell asleep keeping her head on the table due to tiresome.

Reyaansh lifted her up and carried her in his arms.Then he walked to the bed.

In the drowsy state she rested her head on his shoulder.Unknowingly he smiled.

He placed her on the bed.

Suddenly Prachi opened her eyes and stared at Reyaansh.

Reyaansh:You fell asleep.So I placed you on the bed.

Prachi:Oh no.I need more work to do.

Reyaansh:Now you need sleep.After sleeping for some time you do your remaining work.Otherwise your sleep won't allow you to concentrate on your work properly.

Prachi nodded.

Reyaansh:Good night.

Prachi:Good night.

After 2 months...

Prachi got ready to go to college.Reyaansh was sleeping.She realized that her watch was lying on the table close to Reyaansh's bed.She moved towards the table to take that watch.Suddenly she slipped and fell over Reyaansh.Reyaansh opened his eyes and was stunned to see Prachi over him.He looked at her intensely.

Suddenly Prachi got up.She wore the watch.Reyaansh too got up from the bed.

Both were feeling embarrassed to face each other.

He covered his face with his hand in shyness.

Prachi:I am sorry.I was trying to take the watch and by mistake I tripped and fell over you.

Reyaansh:It's ok Prachi.Sometimes it happens.

The embarrassed Prachi said 'bye' and walked out of the room quickly.

Reyaansh got ready to go to office.

He saw Prachi waving hands at him:Bye Rey..

Reyaansh:How come you are here Prachi?You had gone to college.Right?

Suddenly she disappeared.

Shamsher and Suhansini were standing before him.

Shamsher:Prachi?It's me..are you blind?

Suhasini:Shamsher...

Reyaansh was embarrassed.

Suhasini:Shamsher..you did'nt understand?Our son was imagining his lovely wife Prachi.

Shamsher:What?

Suhasini smiled:Yes.

Shamsher smiled.

Reyaansh became shy.

Shamsher and Suhasini giggled.

Reyaansh walked away.

Reyaansh:Why I am hallucinating Prachi?I was not interested to marry Prachi.But now am I getting attracted towards her?
