He killed time by himself all morning. When it got to 4pm, she came around, but she was followed by two other girls who wouldn't stop giggling and pointing at his arms. 

"Hi, Lucas." 

"Ruthie." He greeted.

"This is Mary and this is Esther."

"Oh wow." 

...

"We're nicknamed the Bible girls in school, 'cause we all have Bible names." 

"Ruth, Mary and Esther." 

"Ruthie."

"Oh, I'm sorry." 

...

"Well we're heading to my house now. Do you want to join us, Lucas?"

"S'not my name." 

She sighed. 

"Bye." 

He waved at her and her friends and they continued on their way down the road. He continued to drink his orange juice until his mouth got tired of the taste and his head started to hurt.
