It was three nights later as the five brothers were on top of a building in New York City.

"Okay, Leo, I'll bite. What are we doing up here?" Raphael asked.

As Danny was listing to their conversation he was floating looking out of the city thinking of his parents that he haven't found yet.

"I told Splinter I'd get this team in shape again, and control Danny's powers." Leonardo answered Danny heard this as he perked up.

"Hey, I've been training. Since you left,
my video-game scores have, like, doubled." Michelangelo said as he was hanging upside down on a ladder.

"Right, and while you've been playing games, brother Nightwatcher's come into the neighborhood...like some kind of vigilante
showboat. But his days are done."

"Hey, you went away, Leo and the Nightwatcher was the only guy to pick up the slack. Crime never took a break. You did." Raphael glared he saw Danny's eyes glowed neon green brightly to tell him to calm down he sighed and did what he was told and crossed his arms.

"I heard his bike turns into a plane or, like, a jetpack." Michelangelo grinned "Hey, Don, you're so smart, why don't we have jetpacks?"

"That's good, Mikey. Jazz and I both don't even
trust you with a driver's license." Donatello told his orange clad brother "Have you seen
the way this guy behaves-!"

Donatello was cut off by a very loud roar startled Michelangelo fell off the ladder while Danny lost his focus and landed hard on his butt to the ground.

All five brothers rushed to the edge of the rooftop to see what was happening.

"Someone's cranky!" Michelangelo said as Raphael jumped off the rooftop.

"Okay, jungle boy. Grab a vine!"

"Raph, wait! Splinter told us not to fight!" Leonardo yelled out to his hotheaded brother.

"Jungle boy. Good one!" Michelangelo laughed as he and Donatello jumped off the rooftop following Raphael.

"Welcome home bro." Danny gave Leonardo a small sad smile before finally flying to his three brothers Leonardo frowned as he saw the sad smile was on Danny's face.

"All right. But remember, we're only up here for training." Leonardo reminded them.

"You know what I always say, Train by doing, dude." Michelangelo joked

"Mikey, when have you ever said that?" Danny said

You smell that? It's like a monkey cage up here."

"You are a monkey Don when you always get nervous whenever Jazz talks to you." Danny grinned at his blushing smart brother. Leonardo gave Danny the look as his brown eyes narrowed at him Danny saw this and rolled his eyes and looked away from him Leonardo frowned again.

"Wow, good news is, there's a bunch of Foot ninjas getting the snot kicked out of them. Bad news is, this thing is gonna run out of bodies soon." Michelangelo said as he was enjoying the show as Danny was next to him invisible Michelangelo could only see his brother's neon eyes.

"Yeah, so?" Danny said confused.

"You think we should help these guys? I'd rather enjoy the show."

"What do you say, fearless leader?" Danny asked glaring Danny was angry that Leonardo had left them for almost a year and stopped writing he lost hope that his eldest brother would never come back a few months back before Leonardo came back home Leonardo ignored his angry look and ignore the guilt he was feeling and answered his youngest brother's answer but was cut off by Raphael.

"We're not-."

"I say we stop talking!" Raphael glared as he ran towards the big fury monster who was attacking the foot clan.

"Come here, fuzzy wuzzy you!" Michelangelo said. "Mike don't ever say that again." Danny told his brother as his eyes soon winded as he dodged a punch and kick as he send a powerful ghost Ray towards the monster making it roar in pain Leonardo's eyes winded in shock as he saw how powerful it was.

"I think we're getting off on the wrong foot here!" Leonardo said to a lady "we're trying to help you." As they were sword fighting.

"Never, team!" The lady singled the clan to leave they did what they were told as they all flew down the building followed by the lady.

"Wait, the Shredder's dead. Who are you working for?!" Leonardo asked the lady as she was gone he sighed.

"Hey, a little help, o fearless one!" Danny yelled to his brother who was staring "Yo Leo!"

Leonardo snapped out of his thoughts and went towards the monster and kicked it as it roared in pain it fell to the ground with a hard THUD.

"That was too easy. Like I said, too easy." Danny smirked at his brother's words as he and Raphael high five Leonardo rolled his eyes.

But much to their shock the ground was caving in as Danny screamed was too frighten to realized that he could fly as the monster caught him and slammed him against his smelly under pit Danny muffled Donatello's name.

"Bad dog!" Donatello called out as he tried to free his brother Donatello realized that Danny was scared to fly since he was in shock.

"Look at me. Found the elevator!" Michelangelo said.

"oh, my shoulder!" Danny moaned as he was finally free as he rubbed his shoulder but soon was back in the monster's under pit "oh come on!" He muffled as Donatello groaned and tried to help his brother.

My spleen!" Michelangelo yelled out in pain.

"This place needed a skylight!" Leonardo said as he tried to help Donatello to free Danny who was muffling screaming for help.

"This is why we need jetpacks!" Michelangelo shouted.

"Okay, any more bright ideas?" Leonardo asked as he finally free his brother as he heavily breath.

"How about this? Danny said calmly before yelling to Leonardo making him flinched back "WHENEVER THIS IS OVER, I'M TOTALLY CALLING THE ARCHITECT!"

"Wait a minute. How did something that big just disappear? It doesn't-. Donatello was cut off as there was cops coming.

"Dude, it's the cops!" Michelangelo said as he looked for a main hole he grinned as he found one as he tapped Danny's shoulder he pointed over to the hole Danny grinned as he flew full speed towards the sewer hole knocking down Leonardo who glared at him as he sat up rubbing his head Donatello helped him stand up and quickly fellow his brothers.

"Raph!" Leonardo called out Raphael didn't listen he just stood there for a moment. "Raph please!" Danny pleaded his brother. Raphael sighed and quickly rushed to the deer hole as Michelangelo sneaky look outside and saw the cops had arrived.

"oh, yeah. The turtles and the Ghost Boy are back, dudes!" Michelangelo grinned as he looked over at Danny ready for a high five but found Danny was looking at him with a sad smile before following the others Michelangelo frowned that he remembered Danny's pain about Leonardo leaving.
