It had been a couple months since the Kranng invasion, the team had taken shelter in April's farmhouse. They had some fun adventures but it grew boring after a while especially to Michelangelo who is the youngest.

Mikey sighed in boredom as he saw Raph and his girlfriend, Haley spar together. Usually it would be exciting, mostly because Haley always manages to beat Raph into a pulp but it was the same as always.

"I'm gonna go see what Novo and Leo are up to!" Mikey shouted as he walked back inside the farmhouse, Novo is Leo's girlfriend but she was his best friend. Mostly because she doesn't understand pop culture and Mikey helps her.

"Hey bestie!! Wanna watch the latest Hip-Hop video?" He shouted as he walked into the kitchen and saw Novo rubbing ointment on Leo's broken leg, to help the swelling go down.

"Honestly Leo, you can't walk! Stop pushing your injury!" Novo scolded as Leo rubbed the back of his head, in embarrassment as his french speaking girlfriend yelled at him.

"I know, Honey! I'm sorry but I was at least able to stand up this time-!" Leo said, trying to defend himself which backfired as Novo gave him a death glare.

"Ep!" Mikey said as he ran back into the living room, everyone knew not to mess with Novo when she's upset. Well... Everyone except Leo, clearly. "Okay... So Vo-Vo isn't a go... Maybe D! He should be working in the barn with Casey!" Mikey ran outside, straight into the barn and saw Casey and Donnie having another argument but this time they were throwing car tools at each other.

"I'M GONNA WIPE THAT STUPID SMUG GRIN OFF YOUR FACE, JONES!!"

"I LIKE TO SEE YOU TRY, GAP TOOTH!"

"Maybe not!" Mikey walked away from the barn, avoiding getting hit with a wrench, "I can't hang out with April, she's writing in her notebook and I don't wanna bug her" He sighed then saw the forest in front of him, "The guys won't know if I just walk around in the woods for... A little bit, right?" He ran straight into the forest, he looked around and he realized the forest looked... different.

The trees had grown taller, the flowers looked different, the animals looked happier. He sat down by the river and saw a flower near him, it had five petals that were hot pink but the tips of it were orange. Mikey gasped and pulled it out of the ground and smelled it, it smelled like cherries.

"Oooh! Maybe I should let Donnie look at this! He probably needs a good distraction anyways" Mikey grinned and tried to walk away when vines pulled up from the ground and wrapped themselves around him. Making it impossible for it to move.

"W-What?! Let me go!! I'm for real!!" Mikey started struggling then he tried to grab his nunchucks but a vine grabbed them and threw it at a tree, "NO!" He shouted then realized someone caught them.

"Who dares disturb this forest at its peak of beauty?!" A voice shouted, Mikey closed his eyes, thinking it was a human until he listened to the voice. It was soft, yet stern, sweet and innocent. It was a girl who sounded to be around his age too.

"Wait a minute!"

Mikey squinted his eyes and saw a figure jump down a branch and it was a girl, she had long hot pink hair that dragged down as she walked, her eyes were chocolate brown, and her skin was slightly tan. But what caused Mikey to turn red as a rose was two things, number 1: Her outfit, which was made of of leave and was a crop top and shorts, she had no shoes which would explain the large amounts of dirt, and number 2: her mutation, she looked fairly human until he noticed two pink cat ears and a long pink cat tail, she also had a tattoo of angel wings on her back.

"Who are you." She asked, pointing his nunchucks at him which she was holding the wrong way.

"You're pretty" Mikey blurted out which caused the cat mutant to turn red as a rose and throw a branch at his head, "Owie!" He shouted, he opened his eyes and saw that the vines let him go and she started running away from him, "Hey wait!" He chased after her.

The cat mutant ran in different directions, hoping that Mikey would get lost in the trees until she fell and got caught in a bear trap which pinned her leg, causing her to bleed. She started panicking, trying to get free and then she saw Mikey running over to her.

"Hey, stay still!" Mikey pulled out his nunchucks, allowing the sharp edge to appear. He lifted up his nunchaku, causing the mutant to believe he was going to hurt her, she closed her eyes until she realized that he was breaking the bear trap into pieces.

"H-Huh?"

"There you go!" Mikey smiled as the cat mutant examined her leg.

"... Thank you"

"You're welcome..." Mikey stared into her eyes as the cat mutant stared into his, you could say it was the forest at its peak of beauty or the fact that she was the most beautiful girl he's ever seen.

The two stared at each other for a few moments but in those moments sparks flew between them, until the cat mutant started to cry in pain.

"Ow!" She shouted as her leg was bleeding out, "It hurts!"

"Dah! Right, hold on!" Mikey took off his mask and wrapped it over the wound, tight enough so that it wouldn't move, "Oh, I might have to take you back to the farm house!"

"O-Okay" Mikey picked up the cat mutant and started running towards the farm house.

"Oh! I'm Mikey by the way"

The cat mutant didn't answer but she started to panic as soon as she saw the farmhouse.

"Guys!" Mikey shouted and he opened the door, "I brought someone!"

"What?! You can't bring anybody in here!" Leo shouted as he walked out of the living room and saw Mikey carrying the cat mutant, "What the?!"

Casey and Donnie ran out of the barn and nearly had a heart attack when they saw the cat mutant, Raph and Haley looked down from the staircase and gasped while April and Novo stared in shock.

"Another mutant?!"

"You brought another mutant to the farmhouse?!"

"She needs our help, dude!"

Novo saw her leg, "She's hurt! April, get the first aid kit! Mikey set her down in the living room"

Mikey nodded and placed the cat mutant on the couch as Novo began picking the pieces of metal out of her leg then wrapping it in wrappings.

"There you are, try not to walk on it for a few days"

The cat mutant nodded and wrapped herself in the blanket April gave her.

"Do you mind telling us your name?" April smiled, making the mutant more comfortable.

"Lila, that WAS my name but I'm called Lovestruck now"

"Okay, Lovestruck. Do you mind telling us why you were in the forest?"

"Oh, that's easy! I live there, local humans called me different things! Pink Demon, wildcat, but my favorite is the guardian!"

"Wait, the guardian of the forest? I thought that was a scary story, they tell kids at the campfire"

"Ooh, they made a story out of me! That's cool"

"Do you mind further explaining your mutation? For research purposes." Donnie asked, as he eagerly sat down pulling out a notebook.

"Well, I'm a cat! I was born that way and my hair is naturally pink for some reason, I was raised in the forest by the woodland creatures. Oh! I can do this' ' Lovestruck flicked her fingers and a swarm of flowers bloomed around the farmhouse, filling it with beautiful flowers.

"Oh my god!" Everyone shouted as they looked at the flowers, Haley was gifted with fire powers when she mutated but this was incredible and unnatural even for them.

"I can also make brand new flowers! Those take longer though and most of my energy" Lovey rubbed the back of her head, she was blushing from nervousness as everyone stared in awe.

"These are amazing! You are amazing!" Mikey shouted as their noses touched, Mikey realized how close they were and fell backwards, in a blushing panic.

"Oh! I almost forgot" Lovey leaned over the couch and stared at him "I'm sorry about the vines earlier! It's just when you pulled out that flower, I felt it die..."

"Hey, it's okay! We're friends now!" Mikey smiled, still blushing like crazy.

"Friends? I never had a friend before... I like it!" Lovey smiled which caused Mikey to smile wider.

Ever since that day, the two have never been apart. Soon, they were dating, then a few years went by and they were married. Now, Lovey is gone and Mikey is raising their daughter alone... For now at least.
