Part 12

Manik just put his head on Raj lap ....making all smile .....they all sat together for sometime but found manik sleeping peacefully in Raj lap....neo is about to wake him up....to which Raj stopped and asked everyone to go and sleep ....

Raj just slept in sitting position ...
watching his son sleeping on his lap....after a long time....he has happy tears looking at his son ......

It was nearly early morning when manik woke up ....he found himself in Raj lap.... He just sat up with a jerk .....

Manik ; oh shit....dad ...he started waking up his dad ...

Raj woke up to see his son panic face .....

Raj ; good morning manu....

Manik : y did u sleep like this ...you could have woke me up na .....

Raj : my son slept peacefully after many years in my lap like his childhood  ....how can I disturb him....

Manik : but dad .....

Raj : nothing happened ....it's just like I am travelling in flight .....sitting the whole night ....so don't worry. ... and good morning .....

Manik hugged him tight crying in his embrace ....bcoz he missed all these people grieving on his mistakes ...

Raj kissed his forehead ....

Raj : no tears ...I thought I had a strong son ...but no ...see he is very weak ....

Manik : dad .... he whinned like a kid ....

Manik hugged his dad tight .....and kissed his cheeks ...making Raj smile brightly ...all this is seen by neo ...who came out to see them after getting fresh up .......

Manik : I'm sorry ....

Raj : ek lagadungi ab ...go fresh up .....should go on a trip with your in laws .....

Manik smiled listening to him and left to get ready .....neo moved to Raj and helped him stand bcoz she knows his legs hurt ...but he didn't say manik ....
she took him to room and massaged his legs and helped him taking a hot water shower .....

After getting ready she even sprayed pain relief to his legs ......Raj felt better now.....

Soon all the Malhotra family and friends assembled in the hall except manik ...they all moved out together to Murthy mansion ......

To see the whole family waiting for nandu along with manik than Malhotra family joined them  ...finally nandu  came  down holding luggage .....

They all moved out ...to find a bus .....

Ravi : bus ....he asked everyone....

Manik comes forward ....

Manik : Ravi actually I only called for the bus...bcoz we are many Nd we have elders with us... Travelling in cars for 14 hours is risky.....

Everyone smiled listening to him....

Rithwik : y didn't we get this idea first ....

Asha : bcoz you don't have brain.... everyone laughed loudly ...to which rithwik pouted and nandu side hugged him ....

Than everyone got in the bus .....to see four black gaurds and driver and cleaner ....

They all wished nandu ...to which she hugged each one wishing them back ....manik and his family are happy that she still remember everyone.....

Ritesh : you know them ...

Nandu : ofcourse I know them very well bhai...bcoz whenever and wherever we went in the past years when I lived I Mumbai ...they are always with us....infact I'm standing here in between all of you just bcoz of them....

Rishab : what you mean by that ????

Nandu : I went missing in one trip na ....if you guys remember....they all nodded in yes ..... These are the four who saved me along with manik .....

Manas moved forward and folded his hands....in front them...

Manas : thank you for saving my jaan....

Gaurd: no sir ....she is like our daughter .....

Manav : aaj se apko koi bhi problem ho yaad rakhna ki sara Murthy family bhi apke saath hae .....

All gaurds smile at them....than the driver took the driving seat ..... And the gaurds sat in the front cabin not disturbing the family time ....

Rest all sat inside .......they all started talking to each other ...but manik is always looking at nandu ...which is noticed by his family along with nandu brothers and bhabis......

As per driti wish everyone started singing songs ......having fun ...doing dances ...after sometime nani nanu and dadi dadu left to the rooms to take rest after having food ....rest all sitting together but busy with mobiles....

Nandu saw that all are busy .....she thought of doing something ....and saw manik sleeping on neo lap ....she moved to neo and sat beside her. .....

She did something with manik face  .....all this is observed by nandu Brothers and bhabi ....but they didn't say anything ......

After sometime .....everyone are getting down to have lunch ....neo woke up manik ...she is just stopping her laugh .....looking at his face ..... But left silently as nandu said not to laugh .....even manik  got down from bus.....

They all are just giggling looking at him..... But no one is laughing or saying him anything ....bcoz  nandu orders them not to laugh or say him ...

Manav : Raj this is not right ...let's tell him...

Raj : no ...nandu ke saath hu main....let him be like that ....

They all moved in ...all are giving weird looks looking at manik ....

Manik : y r everyone seeing me like this ....he thought to himself .....

They all sat to have lunch .... Manik just saw his face in glass than he pulled out his mobile and turned the front camera.....he is shocked on looking at his face....but didn't react anything.....

Bcoz nandu did this to his face .,.....
....everyone are looking at him for his reaction.....

But he straight away left to washroom to wash his face .....he cleaned himself properly and came back and sat to have lunch ...all are just waiting for him to atleast ask who did that but no he didn't even speak a word ...finally everyone completed lunch and sat back in bus ...bcoz by night they will reach varanasi .....

They all are bit sleepy slowly everyone slept in the bus ....manik is just checking something on his mobile ....he saw nandu head is about to fall when the bus took a turn .......he slowly moved to her and sat near her head and placed it on his lap ....nandu just held his hand and slept ......he smiled looking at her face ..... and kissed her forehead to which she smiled in sleep....

Manik in mind ....I know you did that painting on my face ....you have every right to do anything with me that's y i didn't ask anyone as I know only you have the guts to fight with me....I don't want to hurt you by shouting at you ...that's y I didn't say anything ..... I hope you be this happy and peaceful always...love you my jhalli ....

Even he dozed of in sitting position .....nandu woke up before anyone and saw that she is sleeping on manik lap ...and also holding his hand ....than she sat properly beside him .....and saw that all couples are cuddling each other and sleeping ....driti is with dadu dadi in room..... Nandu smiled looking at everyone still holding manik hand .....

She slowly released he hand from his grip and left her scarf there and moved to the front cabin where gaurds and driver are there .....

She sat with them and is talking to them....

Finally it's 11 everyone reached a place with big garden ..... everyone woke up and moved out to see a beautiful place ....

That's the tree of life resort .....

Ravi : arey waah Rishab ....nice choice ....

Rishab : not mine its manik choice he booked this whole cottage for us ....

Ravi : thanks manik ....

Manik : you don't have to  say thanks ....we are family so I thought let's have some privacy .....but  this place is far from ghat .... tommorow we need to start early ....

Dadi : ha beta now let's go and sleep ....

Nandu : what sleep dadi first dinner ...

Manik : I asked them to keep it ready ....

They all are about to move with luggages ....

Manik : they will take luggages I will guide them.....gaurds will take you to dinning hall go have dinner .....I will join you guys .....

Saying manik left with the service boys who are carrying luggage from bus ....he asked them to arrange everyone luggage in seperate rooms ....

Finally he came out of the cottage ....
and is speaking on phone .... He didn't knew he is taking so long.....

On the other side everyone reached the dinning hall ....they just loved it.  ..

They all sat together and are being served....even gaurds and driver are having dinner ...bcoz even for them manik arranged stay and food ... ...but nandu is continuously looking at the door waiting for manik .....but he didn't come ...she is fed by Manas bcoz he saw her sitting idle without eating ...she finally had her food .... then everyone are moving out ....nandu is walking in the last with rithwik who is blabering something .....but nandu is not even listening to him.....  there are two gaurds in the last and two in front ....of the whole family ...

Nandu : bhai ...you guys move forward I will come I forgot my phone ...

Rithwik: I will come with you choti ....

Nandu : you move bhai I will just be back ....

Gaurd : sir I will stay with mam...

Nandu : ok bhai you go I will come with him...

Nandu and gaurd moved back .....

Nandu : thank you ....

Gaurd : always welcome mam  ..I know ap manik sir keliye food lene aye ho...take it I'm just here ....saying  he stood near door ....she smiled listening to him....bcoz she know  him from many years ....

Nandu moved inside and packed food for manik and returned back with smile ....

Nandu : give this to manik .....

Gaurd : I will carry it till your room...but I don't want to go into lions Den ...he will eat me ...you only give him....he says fearing manik anger ..
And  took the parcel .....nandu laughed listening to him....

Finally they reached the rooms .....
manik arranged names on the doors ....nandu saw that manik and nandu rooms are beside each other ....and also no one is out indicating all are in their rooms ....

Gaurd : here mam take this ...side by side room so now I can go take rest ... Good night ....saying he left ....

Nandu moved inside the room....

It's looking good ...she is just looking around but didn't find manik ....she just sat on the bed waiting for him ...it's very late and even she is tired of journey so she dozed of on his bed .....

After sometime manik walked inside his room and opened his luggage ....he saw his phone getting dead so he moved to keep it on charge ....that's when he saw nandu on his bed ...he immediately locked the door .... and moved to her ...saw her sleeping peacefully.....he got a smile looking at her ......he moved forward and made her sleep properly ....

Manik : I think she didn't notice the names ..... He removed her shoes and covered her with duvet ....and kissed her forehead ....

That is when nandu moved in sleep and opened here eyes ......she saw manik beside her and smiled but manik moved back.....

Nandu sat on bed ...that is when she noticed her covered with duvet .....

Manik : yours is the side room... if you
Want you can take this room...I will shift there ....

Nandu : no I came here to give you food ... I don't know when I slept ....

Manik : okay ....

Nandu got up from bed ....and saw she is bear feet ....she looked at manik ....

Manik : vo I thought you are in deep sleep so didn't disturb you ....

Nandu smiled and sat on the bed and wore her shoes....and moved to manik and stood in front of him ...

Nandu : complete this now ....she pointed the food ....

Manik : I will eat later ....you go and sleep .....

Nandu : no right now ....saying she sat on the bed .....

Manik had no option....so he just sat on the couch and started eating ....he started to cough after eating few bites ....she ran to him and made him drink water and patted his back ...

Precap : Manan ki fights .....

Will manik win nandu ???

Will nandu feel bad bcoz manik didn't react to her prank ???

Will she accept this changed manik ??

Will manik go to temple ???

What will happen if the family gets to know about manan fights in past ???
