(I am putting everything as standard, other than a few exceptions, even if you are in daylight savings time {DST}. It's easier this way, and the times are the same.)

EST: 5-6 PM
CST: 4-5 PM
MST: 3-4 PM (US, Canada, and Mexico)
PST: 2-3 PM
AKST: 1-2 PM
HAST: 12-1 PM
HST: 11 AM- 12 PM
NST: 8-9 PM
AST: 7-8 PM
MDT: 4-5 PM (Mexico only, correct me if I am wrong)

UTC: 9-10 PM

I am sorry that I did not list any for Africa, South America, Australia, or Asia, I found it hard to find a list that had the time and the time zone abbreviation.
