Silver was in his dad's living room, watching a documentary about Team Rocket, and it's plans to control all of the Kanto region. 

"I have to say, my battle with Giovanni has probably got to be the most difficult one ever since I became a Pokédex holder."

Red, one of the Kanto Pokédex holders, has had encounters with Team Rocket about 10 years ago.

"Silver, what are you watching?" None other than Team Rocket's leader has come home from his mysterious work in the Silph Co. in Saffron City.

"Dad! Welcome home! I, uh..." Silver knew his father didn't like to hear anything associated with his meddling with Team Rocket a long time ago.

"It's okay, Silver. Just don't watch that again in front of me, OR mention it to someone else."

Giovanni then headed to his room and starting looking through his closet, taking off clothes that were on clothes hangers, and put them on a suitcase Silver didn't even notice was there.

"Where are you going?"

"I'm going on a business trip tomorrow. Stay with your Sister Blue if you need anything." 

"Do you want me to go with you?" Silver was now really suspicious. His father has gone on business trips before, but he always told him at least a week before it happened.

Giovanni chuckled, and then patted his son on the shoulder.

"It's okay, Silver. You'll come too, because I'll have a surprise waiting for you over there. But not now. I'll let you know when it's ready. Now I'll go to sleep, because my flight leaves at 6:30. Good night Silver."
