Holden POV

I awaken to birds chirping and I groan as I sit up. "Crap me. Why must I be a light sleeper?" I say quietly. I take out my scroll to see it's 7am. I get in the shower and brush my teeth. The smell of sweat replaced with soap. When I come out of the shower. I see Mikey awake in his battle gear. Which is a black T-shirt, kakhi cargo pants, brown leather belt with sliver buckle and bergundey van's. His two glocks strapped to both sides of his belt. One sniper rifle on his back, and has Pokemon cards in his pocket that he uses his aura to summon the Pokemon on them. My battle gear is a green hoodie that looks like a creeper. Black sweatpants with green stripe that goes on the side of my pant legs and black combat boots. My scroll in a black case strapped to my right bicep, my shield is strapped to my back, and my sword is in its case at my left side. We walk down the stairs with our duffel bags and eat a small breakfast. I quickly finish my apple and shove the granola bar in my face. Mikey and me look at each other before walking out the door. Mikey smiles before summoning two Skiddo's one for him and me. I get on and ask,"How do you ride these?"

"Turn on your scroll and you'll see a control pad." Mikey said.

I start off slow then pick up the pace.

Mikey says "As soon as we reach the airship the Skiddo's will disintegrate."

Once were a foot away from the airship door the Skiddo's disappear and I fall on my ass while Mikey lands on his feet. "You're a jerk do you know that?" I say getting back on my feet and walking through the airship with my duffel bags. Mikey scans over the crowd before he sees some girl with dirty blonde hair.

"Sorry dude but cute chick few feet away bye!" Mikey says abandoning me for the first time.
I feel super ticked off and decide to tease my friend. "What the fuck man!" I shout as I run up to Mikey. "Sorry dude have fun with your whore." I say before running off. Mikey gives me a death glare and starts blushing. I stand by the window and catch someone with a a Yoshi shirt on.

I quickly divert my eyes and focus on the view until I hear a holagram say "Hello and welcome to Beacon. My name is Glenda Goodwitch. You are amoung a privileged few who have received the honor of being elected to attend this prestigious academy. Our world is experiencing an incredible time of peace. As future hunters and huntresses its your duty to uphold it. You have demonstrated the courage needed for such a task and now it is our time to provide you with knowledge and the training to protect our world." The hologram suddenly dissapears. I continue to look out the window until I feel a poke on my back. I turn around to see John glaring at me.

"Thanks for ruining the moment man. I was gonna use my nerd charm on her." Mikey said fixing his belt

"Well you shouldn't have abandoned me."

"Please you'd live." Mikey said running his hand through his hair.

I just look at him and we both start laughing at what we just heard.

"Yang gross you have puke on your shoe."

"Ew.Gross.Gross.Gross.Gross!"

"Yang get away from me, get away from me.
