Powers: siren singing, breathing underwater, can change legs to tail

Backstory: Shelly was three, and swimming in the ocean at dusk. Her father had slipped and gotten pulled by a riptide into the ocean past where Shelly could stand. A mysterious current made its way towards Shelly, and she screamed in pain as something pinched her leg. She woke up the next day in a hospital bed and her dad was whispering with the doctor. They looked grim. When they went to go talk to Shelly, they told her that an unidentified fluid had entered her system and altered her DNA.

When she turned fourteen, she was humming to herself as she walked home from the bus stop. When she turned around, she had a crowd of entranced boys following her. She quickly ran home to her father.

The next incident was a few months later. She fell backwards into her friends pool and had grown a tail instead of legs! As she struggled to adjust to the fins, she sank to the bottom of the pool. When she couldn't hold her breath any longer, she started to breathe under the water. Of course, she was coughing up a storm because of the chlorine in the pool, but she steadily made her way to the surface of the pool and dried off. Once her friend came out, Shelly said she had to leave and bolted.

A few years after that, she was investigating a strange substance in the water when she found a boat capsized. She managed to get three teens to the shore after they fell into the stuff, which she determined was probably algae. She swam away as soon as she was sure they were alive and waking, but she still felt someone's gaze before she dove out of sight.

She has since found more confidence and control over her skills, to the point of targeting her voice to a singular person. However, even though she uses her powers mostly for good, she does have the siren nagging the back of her mind constantly, telling her to drown others or create a horde of controlled men. She is very conflicted.

Now Shelly is most commonly known as Siren.

Suit: blue and green, skin tight bathing suit material. Very sleek and defined.

Appearance: light blonde hair, almost white. Ocean blue eyes. Pale skin. Unattached earlobes (I don't know why I felt the need to add that)
