Kakashi led everyone inside the gates only to be met with the gate keepers, Izumo Kamizuki and Kotetsu Hagane.

"Hey Kakashi!" Kotetsu called out, waving frantically. Izumo slapped him round the head lightly, "You can stop waving now! Your bringing yourself attention..." He hissed as many heads turned to look their way. Kotetsu shrank back down in his seat, his face turning tomato red. The difference in colour between his face and white bandage over his nose was huge.

"Hey Izumo and Kotetsu. Nice day isn't it?" Kakashi gave a closed eye smile. Both ninja nodded. "Though I wish we could be made Jounin so we could get exciting missions like yours..." Izumo sighed. Jiraiya snickered from behind. "What's so funny?" Izumo huffed.

Jiraiya covered his slight grin and tried to keep his laugh from escaping. "Oh nothing. I thought you two loved your possition now. I remember seeing the joy on your faces years back when you were first assigned this job." Jiraiya said. Izumo remembered that day. He couldn't deny it now. He had been happy. But as time went on, the job got a bit boring.

"Who are those guys?" Kotetsu asked, pointing to the group of benders. Sokka stepped forwards and cleared his throat, "We, my friend, are Team Avatar! Here to save the day and kick fire lord butt!" He tried to act cool. Kotetsu looked over at Izumo before they burst out in laughter. "Yes I know. I'm a funny guy. But please, I'm a comedian on a break." He sighed. Izumo, Kotetsu and Sakura fell anime style, while everyone els just sweat dropped.

Kakashi went back to his bored self and said "Anyway, we're off to report to Lady Tsunade. See you later guys." He waved before strolling over to everyone els. "Naruto and Sakura, you two come with me. We should head back quickly. Jiraiya..." He turned to him. "Bring these guys with you, but make sure to take your time. I have a few things to discuss with the hokage." Jiraiya nodded and gestured Kakashi to get going already.

Kakashi, Naruto and Sakura jumped from rooftop to rooftop as they headed to the hokage office. When they arrived, they were greeted by Shizune and Tonton who were also entering the building. "Your back soon soon guys. What happened?" She asked as they walked past. "We'll explain inside." He informed her before knocking on the office door. There was a faint 'come in' and Shizune opened the door for them.

Lady Tsunade was sat at her desk, stamping a huge pile of paper piled everywhere. And by everywhere, I mean everywhere. There was only a small amount of space left in the room and Naruto had to kick 5 piles aside just to have somewhere to stand. Tsunade looked up but carried on with her rapid stamping. "Well you guys are back early. Your report?" She asked.

"Well your thoughts on the old man were wrong. He was in fact Jiraiya trying to gain information from the akatsuki." Kakashi explained. Tsunade stopped stamping. "Did he succeed?" She asked, a hint of hope in her tone of voice. Kakashi shook his head. "We did come across Tobi again, but other than that nothing." Tsunade nodded and went back to her rapid stamping. "But we did meet a few mysterious strangers in the area..." He continued.

Tsunade looked up again, interest written all over her forehead. "I accidentally teleported Tobi to some other unknown dimension, only to have him bring back a group of people with him. I brought them here so maybe you can get something out of them? We can get Ibiki to..." He was cut off by a loud 'thump'. It was Naruto who just slapped his hand down on the table. The force brought down all the papers stacked on the table.

"No Kakashi sensei! I refuse!" Naruto raised his voice. "As you said, these people are from another dimension! They've probably never seen Tobi before in their life! What's the point in interrogating someone over something they know nothing about? It's a waste of our time..." He looked Kakashi straight in the eye. "If we send them off to Ibiki, they will turn against us. We could take the advantage now and join forces with them!" Naruto suggested. The room went quiet as Naruto glanced at everyone desperately.

Sakura got ready to punch Naruto for interfering once again. "Naruto has a point actually..." Tsunade said, stacking the pieces of paper into a tower once again. Sakura lowered her hand and stared at Tsunade in shock. "Did she just agree with Naruto?" She thought to herself.

"Alright fine. I won't send your new friends off to Ibiki but only on one condition..." Tsunade sighed. Naruto removed his hand off the table, his eyes shining like stars. "Yes?" He asked hopefully. She put her stamp away into the draws and rested her head on her hand, "You have to find one ninja for every stranger. But make sure the ninja you find will hold responsibility of keeping their eyes on them 24/7..." She said seriously. Naruto opened his mouth to speak but then the door suddenly burst open and someone flew in.

"Sokka you idiot! Don't say things like that about the kind man!" Katara complained to the body on the floor. The girl then looked up, her eyes went wide. "O-oh... I'm sorry! I didn't mean to disturb your talk. It's my brother that kinda..." She trailed off. Sokka sat down on the floor and rubbed his head, "Yeah I get the blame for being punched through a door! Yay!" He groaned sarcastically. Katara's face went beetroot red and she grabbed Sokka by the ear and pulled him out. "Shut up! I can't deal with you anymore!" She sighed, pulling a Sokka in pain out the room by his ear.

Jiraiya nervously walked in. "Sorry for the disturbance outside." He apologised. Tsunade smiled slightly. Then she soon replaced her smile with a frown. "Naruto. I don't know why your still here! Get your friends out of here and find some ninja to keep an eye on them!" Naruto saluted and ran out the room.

The door shut closed, making all the piles off paper fly around. Inc marks appeared on Tsuande and she threw her desk out the window. "I'M NOT PILING THESE PAPERS AGAIN!" She shouted. Shizune calmed her down and sat Tsunade back in her chair before picking up the pieces of paper everywhere. Sakura gave up and decided to join in, just to get it done quickly.

Jiraiya approached Tsunade slowly, scared she would turn on him. He awkwardly patted her shoulder. Tsunade looked up in annoyance. "So are you really letting the strangers off that easily?" He asked.

Tsunade nodded. "I don't have time to deal with them anyway. Plus I think I can trust Naruto to find suitable spy's for me." She grinned mischievously.

Jiraiya finally understood her plan. While others were doing her job of keeping an eye on newcomers to the village, she could relax without worrying too much. "You're sneaky..." He sweat dropped.

Then there was a knock on the door. "Come in!" Shizune called. The door slowly opened to reveal Iroh standing behind it. "Naruto sent me here. He said Kakashi sensei would be my ninja twin?" He said politely, bowing and then looking towards Kakashi. Shizune, Tsunade, Jiraiya and Sakura fought hard trying not to laugh. "Ninja twin!" Jiraiya repeated laughing.

Kakashi kept a straight face, not looking very bothered. Iroh continued, "I look forward to working with you!" He said bowing politely again.

Meanwhile...

Naruto led his group of friends, trying to think while Katara scolded Sokka and everyone els took sides. "Maybe I can put Katara with Sakura... they act alike! And Sokka.... I still don't know. He seems troublesome... I don't think anyone would take him." Naruto thought intensely. "Troublesome..." He whispered and then got an idea. "SHIKAMARU!" He shouted so sudden that the birds flew away.

Naruto found Shikamaru lying down under a tree in team 9's training ground. He opened his eyes as the loud group approached him. "Hey Shikamaru!" Naruto waved. "I have orders from grandma Tsunade!" He went straight to the point. Shikamaru sat up and yawned. "What am I being dragged into this time?" He asked.

Naruto grabbed Sokka and pushed him towards Shikamaru. "You have to keep an eye on him 24/7 until old grandma orders you not to anymore." He explained before walking off with the rest. Sokka and Shikamaru stood in an awkward silence. "What a drag..." He sighed. "I agree!" Sokka said.

As the day went on Naruto got to know everyone better, just by listening to their conversations. He paired Ty Lee with Rock Lee, found Sakura and left her with Katara.
Appa and Momo were given to Kiba to look after since they grew a liking to him.
It was hard finding someone for Mai, but she ended up with Ino.
Naruto had to have Tsunade invite the Kazekage Gaara and his siblings so Toph could be looked after by Gaara and Suki by Temari.
While Kankuro was just invited so he wouldn't feel left out.
It was decided that Avatar Aang would be paired with Naruto but when it came to Zuko it became tough.

"But Kakashi sensei!" He whined. Kakashi continued to sip his tea with uncle Iroh, they both didn't look up from their Icha icha paradise books. "Look Naruto. It's not that easy. And knowing him, he wouldn't want to return back to the village just to look after someone." He sighed. Naruto sat on the ground in a huff and crossed his arms stubbornly.

"Well Zuko needs his own ninja twin and I don't know anyone els with the same personality other than him!" He sighed. Zuko glared at Naruto. "I don't need a ninja twin! I'm an independent person..." He mumbled under his breath. Naruto raised his eyebrow. "Well being part of team avatar doesn't exactly make you independent does it?!" He pointed out.

Zuko, engulfed in anger, attacked Naruto and pinned him down. "Don't make me repeat myself. I don't need a twin!" He growled, his fingers lit in flames close to his face. A drop of sweat escaped his forehead when he gulped. "Twin or not. I'm going to bring him here even if it kills me!" Naruto looked Zuko straight in the eye. Aang pulled Zuko off Naruto and separated them two.

"Well I think it's a good idea going to find this guy. Zuko needs someone like him to understand him. I'll help you find your friend!" Aang volunteered. Kakashi finally looked up and stared at the three. "You can try, but lady Tsunade won't let you." He warned them.

Naruto and Aang didn't listen as they headed back to the hokage office, pulling a struggling Zuko behind with them. "Them two... they really are alike." Iroh laughed. Kakashi went back to reading. "I'm sure they'll be good friends. But it's tiring thinking about all the trouble they can cause." Iroh continued. Kakashi nodded, " Well it's Naruto. No one can rest when he's around." He sighed, watching him run across the rooftops in the distance.

Yay! Another chapter done! So who is this 'he' Naruto is suddenly talking about? I'm pretty sure most people reading this know already xD For you who don't, you need more Narutoness knocked in you! O-O

Also i'm very sorry. I know I said I would update more, but I've had wifi problems and I will continue to have these problems most of the summer. But I promise that I'm trying my best!
I wanted to say that even though I have no wifi, I'm writing chapters everyday and checking them. I rewrite parts. Since its summer I have a lot of time and all I've been doing the past week is wattpading!
