Jamie once again opened the door, while trying not to giggle or shriek. "D-do you need something?" Jamie asked the two males. Anakin and Obi-Wan realised that Jamie was there. "Hello young one. We were wondering if you could offer us some directions?" Obi-Wan asked her. Slowly Jamie's eyes opened wide. "S-sure! Come on in." As the two men walked inside they saw that the girl who answered the door was not alone. Sitting quite improper, was a girl the same age. When she saw them, she fell off the couch. Quickly jumping up again. "Hi!" She said, before calming down again. "They need directions." The first girl told her. "Well? Where ya going?" The second one asked them. "We aren't exactly sure." Anakin said, "We need to find our friends, but we only know that they are somewhere in..town." Both girls shared a look.
"You aren't giving us much to work with." Jamie said.
"Well, you could help us learn about this place." Obi-Wan suggested. Belle grinned. "That we can deal with."
For the next hour, Jamie and Belle taught Anakin and Obi-Wan about Earth.
"Fascinating," Obi-Wan started, but was cut off by Anakin yawning loudly. Obi-Wan glared at him, when suddenly, Belle broke into a German accent and started scolding Anakin.
Both men stared at her. Before she leaned back, looking very smug. Jamie facepalmed from her friends strange ways.
"W-what..." Anakin stammered. Obi-Wan blinked, "I don't even know that language!"
Belle smirked, "Good."
They finished their small history lesson, and began to talk about possible places, their friends were at.
In the middle of their conversation, they heard a car door slam shut.
"Oh no!" Jamie cried. "My parents are home!" Belle quickly glanced at the back door. "Come on! We can sneak into my house!" Flinging the door open she gestured the two Jedi outside. Closing the door, they disappeared outside just as Jamie's mom walked in. The woman looked at Jamie, who only appeared to be studying.
"Just wanted to come grab some money, to go and get us some food. I'll be back by dinner." She said catching her daughters attention. "Ok mom. If I'm not here-" Jamie was cut off. "Your at Belle's. Ok." Jamie's mom grabbed her wallet off the counter and left again. Waiting until she heard the car leave, before running after her friend.
