In 4B: 

Sheldon and Amy are having date night.
Sheldon: What would you like to do for date night? Watch the latest Star Trek movie 🎬?

Amy: (subconsciously biting her lip) Actually, I was hoping we could do a little something different.


Sheldon: oh well all right then, after all it does say in the relationship agreement that we are to have coitous every date night

In 4A:

Raj: You know the other day when I was out at girls night?
Howard: yes
Raj: I ran away after I got bored of them looking at dress after dress
Howard: I thought you liked dresses
Raj: Not when it's like there is nothing in this universe other than dresses
Leonard: so what happened
Raj: After I bought these shirts for Halley, I went to this store, saw Emily and we decided to go to Quizno's. We made up and she kissed me goodnight
Howard: On the cheek right?
Raj: Yes
Leonard: You have always wanted to be with Emily. Raj I am SO happy for you!
Raj: Thanks Leonard

One month later:

One day, Amy isn't feeling very well. She doesn't know whats is wrong with her but she knows that she is out of sorts.

Amy goes to the pharmacy to get some fatigue meds and picks up a few extra supplies.

She takes the meds for several days but doesn't see any improvement in her condition

She is in the bathroom and opens the medicine cabinet as she decides on her next course of action.


The next morning:
Next day, Sheldon sees Amy a lot lighter and unusually cheery

( does Sheldon even notice something SO minuscule abt ppl's FEELINGS)

Sheldon: I feel there is something you are not telling me. Maybe u got in touch with your Princeton Colleagues and u didn't tell me

Amy: Sheldon ....

I'm pregnant

Also there is someone I would like you to meet

Sheldon: Well, who is it?

Amy: You will have to wait and see ...!!

Sheldon: You know I hate surprises

Amy: Afterwards we can go watch the new Star Trek movie"

Sheldon: Fine


In the car:

Flashback:

Amy replays this particular conversation in her mind.

Mary: "Actually, I had him tested as a child. Doctor says he's fine. Although, I do regret not following up with that specialist in Houston."

Amy listening in VERY intently

Penny: Earth to Amy

Amy: huh

Amy: what was he specialized in?

Mary: sighs...

At Dr Gallo's office:
Amy: this is Dr Gallo, it would be nice if the two of you got to know each other

Sheldon: Well you better make this quick, there is a new Star Trek movie I have to watch

Amy: Hello Dr Gallo I hope you are well

Dr Gallo: I am doing well thank you, how are you and Sheldon doing?

Amy: Good although there was a matter I would like to discuss with you. As you are aware, ....

Sheldon: eughhhh

Sheldon, hissed amy


Towards the end of the discussion:
Dr Gallo: I think I know what is wrong with him
Here are two specialists you would like to meet and here are some pamphlets to help you understand what is going on.

Amy: thank you very much Dr Gallo, I have always wanted to know why he acted this way, my intellectual curiousity couldn't be satisfied with he just does and there is nothing you can do about it; even though my friends have cited I have a way with getting Sheldon to do things they wouldn't otherwise be able to. Although, Leonard and Penny have put up with him for longer than I have.
