I was kind of nervous to see mark again.

As I walked down the steps I saw a taxi with a blue splotch on the side. I smiled and blushed slightly waving my arms in the air to get him attention. The car parked in front of me and looked through the window that was rolled down.

To my surprise a man with dirty blonde, shaggy hair and blue eyes a little darker than mine stared back at me. He smiled and waved for me to come ingot he front seat. I raised an eyebrow questioningly. I got into the car and he started it, driving to my house without me having to tell him. I was silent the whole way wondering why mark wasnt here.

When we arrived at my house I thought I should bring mark up.

"Oh! Uh, where is mark? Doesn't he drive this Taxi?"

He nodded.

"Yeah but he said I should take his place for the rest of the day. You're jack right?"

I nodded suspiciously.

"Yeah why? Did he tell you about me?"

"Oh you can say he has quite an interest in you, to say the least."

I looked at him even more confused and he just laughed.

"Don't worry, you'll find out soon enough, I'm sure. By the way, my name is Felix."

The man put out his hand and I shook it.

"Tomorrow Ryan should take over the cab since its a Friday."

"Who's Ryan?"

The man blushed.

"Oh he's....uh.....a special friend of mine. Mark won't work again til Monday. But don't worry. Hell probably be better than."

I nodded to Felix and gave him my money. He grinned and waved saying his goodbyes and drove off.
I stood there a while, thinking. Huh....what did he mean by mark having been interested in me?
I shrugged off and went into my tiny, shabby apartment.
