Chapter 7

"Micah and Devon's Funeral Home. Everyone here is dead, please tell me you have livelier company...like a certain hunky nerd boy? Are you calling to tell me you dusted off those cobwebs in your pants and got some this weekend!" Micah's voice called loudly through the other end of my cell phone. I couldn't help but roll my eyes at her greeting, obviously she had a bit too much coffee this morning.

"Damn, slow down a bit there!" I laughed into the phone as I struggled to pull out my suitcase from the bottom of my closet.

"Fine, fine. What do you want, bitch?" she said feinting boredom.

"Well aren't we just full of sugar this mornin'." I grunted into the phone, tugging harder on the blasted luggage. Years of neglect resulted in the poor suitcase to be covered in old clothes and debris, so covered with stuff I'm surprised I didn't need a backhoe to uncover it.

"Well that's what you get for calling so early in the morning. Speaking of which what in the hell you doin' up so early for? Didn't you work last night?" Micah said into the phone.

"Yep, but I'm taking a va-kay and you are comin' with me." I ordered her, finally plopping down outside my closet, giving up on the damn evil suitcase.

"What! Sunshine, my dear, are you sick? Or just sick in the head?" She chuckled at her own crappy joke.

"Urg! Why does everyone think that? Yes, I'm taking a week off of work and leavin' town but it's been a long time comin'... So yeah, pack y'alls bags and hop in the car 'cause we goin' on a little road trip." I ordered her, still glaring at the bag stuck in the closet.

"Road trip? Where we going? How long are we going to be gone? Who exactly is 'we'?" she asked before yelling at her fiancé Devon to start packing.

"You two, Jack, and I are goin' up to Dylan's cabin for a week. Well, Jack and I are goin' for a week...y'all can stay however long you want to." I pushed the phone into my shoulder to hold it as I pushed myself off the floor.

"Whatever, when we leaving?" Micah said.

"If we leave after lunch, Dylan said we'd be there before four. Soo, I've gotta pack and make a stop to see Sue before we swing over that way...want anything?" I asked, already knowing the answer.

"Get a half, we can split it." Click. Micah hung up without warning. Shrugging, I tossed the phone over my shoulder onto the bed before staring down the suitcase.

"Okay, here's the deal. We've got less than two hours to get you packed and on the road so we can do this the easy way or the hard way..." I told it, pointing.

"What are you going to do? Beat it into submission?" Jack's voice said behind me.

I spun around, only a little embarrassed to be caught talking to my suitcase. Jack had a huge grin on his face, showing off his pearly whites. I let my eyes travel down his body, quickly taking in his white T-shirt clad chest. Ooo, look at those muscles!

"I won't have to if a certain sexy man would so kindly help me out..." I pouted, sticking out my bottom lip.

He pushed away from the doorway and over to my closet. Going down on all fours, showcasing those tight buns in his slacks, he reached in and pulled out the evil thing with one tug.

"There you go." Jack said putting the thing on the bed before turning back to me.

"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" I yelled placing a kiss on his cheek.

"Y-You're welcome." Jack mumbled blushing. He looked so cute when he did that...

"Okay, so Micah and Devon are on board and I figured that we could just swing by there and they could follow us out, 'cause I don't wanna contaminate your beautiful car with her foul mouth. I'm hungry and still gotta pack and stop by Sue's...I don't think I wanna go anymore." I collapsed on the bed, dramatically throwing my hands in the air.

Jack only chuckled at me before grabbing my hand and hauling me back up. "Sun, throw some clothes in the bag while I make us some sandwiches. We can go see your drug-dealing grandma together when you're done."

"I can't just throw some clothes in the bag! I have to plan every outfit I'm going to need while I'm there...and my make up and..."

"Sun, relax. Get to packing or I will do it for you. And honestly, if I'm going to be the one to do it, I'll just empty that drawer over there and call it a day." Jack nodded to my dresser. My eyes instantly found my lingerie drawer open and the contents spilling out. I tried to hide my blush as I sprinted over to the offending drawer and tried to shut it. 'Tried' being the key word in that sentence.

"Hm...now this I like. You can just wear this..." Jack said. I glanced over my shoulder to see him holding my favorite bright pink bra. I quickly abandoned the drawer to snatch the silk from his hands and throw it into my suitcase.

"Okay, okay, go make lunch I promise to be done when you are!" I said, still keeping my face downcast so he wouldn't see my blush. He chuckled before leaving my room to make said lunch.

After that it only took me about twenty minutes to jam everything I could possibly need for a week in the woods into the bag. Honestly, I didn't know what I would need but I did remember to dig out a couple pairs of Tennis shoes from the bottom of my closet. I loved my heels but even I knew that the woods was no place for a set of those...

I dressed quickly in a purple tank top and white cotton shorts before throwing on my pretty white tennies. I then tried lugging my packed suitcase out of my room and down the hall. About halfway there I gave up, leaving the over-stuffed thing to sit in the middle of the floor.

"Sun, I hope you've packed!" Jack yelled from what sounded like the kitchen. Heading that direction I found him placing what looked like grilled cheese sandwiches and chips onto some paper plates.

"I'm done packing but I gave up tryin' to bring it to the door. Stupid evil bag..." I mumbled from the doorway.

Jack jumped about ten feet into the air before spinning around to face me. His big blue eyes widened when he saw me, traveling down my body, checking out my legs. "I-I didn't hear you coming... No heels?"

"Nope. Sorry." I said. He continued to eye me hungrily, the food forgotten.

"I don't think I'm going to make it through the week with you around..." Jack said still eye raping me. I grinned, walking over to him to snatch a sandwich off his plate and take a huge bite.

"Trust me, I know I'm sexy." I said through the food in my mouth. So not sexy...

Jack laughed at me, pulling his eyes off my legs before leaning over to me. My eyes widened at his closeness and I struggled to swallow the suddenly dry sandwich. As his face neared mine I felt my pulse speed up and I stopped breathing completely. Just when I thought he was going to put his lips against mine he diverted and took a huge bite out of the grilled cheese that was still in my hand.

"Yep. Sexy." Jack said through his food, grinning evilly.

"Hey! I wanted that piece!" I said, ignoring the fact that he just set me up.

"No, you wanted a piece of me." Jack gloated, a sexy ass smirk taking over his face. I placed my hand, not holding my sandwich, on his hard chest and stood on my toes, bringing our faces close. I watched as he visibly swallowed the closer I brought my mouth to his.

"Correction, I wanna a piece of you." I said looking deep into those blue eyes of his as I pressed my body against his fully. His gaze moved down to my lips, which I licked seductively before I quickly stepped away from him with a smirk of my own. "But my friend, the virgin, will just have ta wait." I pat him on the head, trying to ignore how soft his hair felt under my fingers, then stuffed the rest of my grilled cheese in my mouth.

"It's official, you will get none of this." Jack then posed, flexing his biceps.

I couldn't help but crack up laughing at the sight of my nerdy man flexing. Not that his muscles weren't a sight to see, because they were, but the fact that the pose just didn't fit his personality that had me dying. Jack then struck another pose, looking like Hulk Hogen, and I suddenly couldn't catch my breath I was laughing so hard. Clasping my hands on my bare knees I bent at the waist crying with laughter when suddenly...

"Did you just snort like a pig?" Jack asked, a huge grin taking over his face before he snorted just like I did. It was just too much for me to handle, him girlishly snorting and I lost it all over again with Jack joining me in my laughter.

"Oh my god, I haven't laughed that hard in for-ev-er..." I said when we both finally calmed down.

Jack looked down at his calculator watch before looking back up at me with wide eyes. "Sun, we have got to get going. Did you call Sue yet?"

"Naw, I'll just drop by. Help me get our shit in the car and we can walk over." I said walking out of the kitchen. I dragged my bag over to the door as Jack stood by watching me silently. After a lot of huffing and puffing, I finally had my bag next to Jack's. I almost giggled at the stark difference between my bag and Jack's plain black, nicely packed suitcase. In a purple zebra print, my suitcase screamed my name, especially with all the Ed Hardy patches sewn all over it.

I did a quick survey of the house making sure I hadn't forgotten anything important before opening the door to leave. I turned around to drag my evil bag down the steps but stopped when Jack stepped past me carrying both our bags easily.

It wasn't until Jack turned around at the end of the walkway that I noticed I had been staring at the way the muscles moved in his back and shoulders. "Quit eye raping me and get move on, Beautiful."

I blushed like crazy before locking the door and running down the steps to meet Jack just as he started placing our bags in the back of his car. Unable to help myself yet again I ran my hands over the back of the car...damn I want his car!

"Okay, Sun lead the way." Jack said shutting the trunk. Nodding, I grabbed his big hand in mine and tugged him across the street. Jack immediately started blushing and I couldn't help but pinch his cheek and giggle.

"So Mr. Virgin, ever had a girlfriend?" I asked knowing we had a ten minute walk ahead of us and I should use the time wisely.

"N-no, never had a girlfriend." he stuttered.

"Like never, never? Even as a kid?" I asked and he only shook his head at me, blushing even more.

"I grew up in the country and my school had about twenty people in the graduating class and only six of those were girls...I sure wasn't going to get a chance at them, what with the corn-fed hillbillies that towered over me. I was no match for their big muscles, nice trucks and perfect blonde hair." he shrugged.

"Late bloomer?" I asked. I wouldn't even start on the whole country thing...twenty people in a graduating class? Shit, mine had like three hundred!

"No, not really. I was just different...read a lot, worked on cars, didn't play sports, into art, you know. Plus I really was the only person there with dark hair. I always felt like I was in that movie, The Children of the Corn. The kids around me were Hitler's dream race: beautiful, blonde hair, blue eyed. I just naturally became the outcast." Jack shrugged again, slipping his hand out of mine. I opened my mouth to protest the movement but shut it with a snap when his strong arm wrapped around my shoulder and pulled me close to his body as we walked.

"That had to be pretty boring..." I said honestly trying to regulate my racing heart. He was just too big and strong and way to close for me not to be affected.

He looked down at me through his glasses and smiled, causing me to stumble slightly. "No just lonely. But as soon as my mom passed, Dad and I got the hell out of dodge. He was only there for her anyway."

"So you're mom passed away?" I asked carefully.

He nodded, "When I was sixteen."

I waited a second for him to elaborate before quietly asking, "How?"

"Suicide."

"Oh..." I said sadly.

"Enough of all that. Are we getting close yet?" Jack asked looking around. I saw the house up ahead and I couldn't believe how fast the walk seemed.

"Yep right there. " I pointed before slipping away from him and running up to the quaint cottage style house. I didn't even bother knocking and just opened the door. "Honey! I'm home!"

"Sunshine! Come on back!" Sue's voice echoed from the back of the house. I hurried to the kitchen as Jack stepped behind me shutting the door.

I entered her kitchen, smelling of course, her famous chocolate chip cookies. Standing over the counter with her trusty apron on was Sue, covered in flour as usual. She looked up at me with her green eyes shining. "Hi Sunshine! Oh and you brought your hunky man with you!"

Jack stepped up behind me, putting a hand on my shoulder. "Hello, Sue."

"So Dylan tells me that you are going up to his cabin today?" Sue said walking over to the sink and washing the dough off her hands.

"Yep! We are getting ready to leave but you know we had to make a stop first..." I giggled.

"What y'all need, doll?" Sue asked turning away from the sink, drying her hands.

"Half. Micah gonna share with me...how much?" I asked hoping I brought enough money with me.

"I'll give it to you for sixty. Be right back, baby." and she was gone, exiting the kitchen to go back to her room.

I snuck over to her cookie jar snatching out a couple cookies that I imeadiately stuffed into my mouth before grabbing couple for Jack. I hurried across the room, jamming the cookies into his mouth before he could protest.

Stealing glances through the doorway to make sure Sue wasn't coming back yet I motioned for him to hurry up and chew. Chomping on the delicious cookies I hurried to swallow before I got caught with my hands literally in the cookie jar.

"Jack! Do you like the cookies?" Sue yelled from the back.

"Hey how'd you know!" I yelled back at her with Jack laughing behind me.

"I may be old but I'm not stupid. Plus you got that cookie stealing habit from that son of mine. Dylan is the king of stealing cookies." Sue said as she walked back into the room holding a good sized plastic bag filled with the best stuff on earth.

After she handed me the bag I bent over to get the money out of my sock but stopped when I realized Jack was already handing over the money. "Thanks Jack, Micah will give you thirty when we see her."

"She can try but I won't take it. Are we ready?" Jack asked taking the large bag from me and putting it into his pocket where it was more easily hidden.

"Oh, yeah! Get! You'll never get there if you don't get a move on!" Sue then literally pushed us out of the house and shut the door in our faces.

Jack and I looked at each other before shrugging and headed back to the car.

"That's no cabin..." I mumbled looking up at the huge log house snuggled in the woods around it.

"...it's a space station. " Jack said.

"Star Wars? Really?" I asked raising an eyebrow at him from the passenger seat.

"Nerd." he explained himself, still staring through the windshield at the 'cabin'.

"Well, come on. Let's go check this place out!" I said finally getting out of his car just as two doors slammed from behind me.

"Whoa, hooch! You didn't tell me this was a freakin' mansion in the woods!" Micah yelled suddenly jumping on my back.

"Urg! Micah I swear you're not gonna fit in your wedding dress if you don't lay off the Cheetos, bitch." I grunted, grabbing her legs none the less.

"Let me go then, hoe!" she yelled in my ear, jumping off my back. She then proceeded to run over to her fiancée, Devon, and jump into his arms.

They were a cute couple yet complete opposites. Micah's a small petite woman with short cropped brown hair and more piercings than I would care to know about...nose, eyebrow, nipples, a couple cute diamond implants, and um well down there. She is spunky and outrageous but I could ask for a better friend.

Now Devon was something else entirely. Quiet, smart, reserved, but with the image of a thug. You know, ball cap, baggy jeans, long tees, and the swagger to match. Being a big black man, he has a tendency to scare a lot of people off but not Micah.

"Hey, man. I don't think we've met...I'm Jack, Sun's new roommate." Jack said to Devon holding out his hand. Although Devon is a large man I was surprised to see that Jack stood nearly as tall, even though he wasn't as wide.

"Hey, bro. Devon, Micah's fiancé." he answered, shaking Jack's hand, Micah still clinging to his back.

"Okay enough of the nice shit. I wanna go in! Mosquitos are suckin' me dry out here." Micah growled, smacking Devon's butt like a horse, complete with the loud he-haw. He chuckled then headed up the steps to the ornate front door, making are to jostle Micah to the point of irritation.

"Ready Beautiful?" Jack asked holding a hand out to me.

I looked at the handsome nerd in front of me, almost entranced in those clear blue eyes of his. I gave him a sexy smile before sauntering up to him. Satisfied with the way he let his eyes travel down to my legs before back up to my face, I looped my arm around his neck and pulled him down to me.

"I'm ready for something..." I said, making sure to push the lower half of my body flush against his.

"Um...um..." he stuttered, instantly turning red. I understood though, after all I had every intention of trying to get him to give up that virginity...hopefully sooner rather than later!

***Okay, that's all I got for now. Sorry nothing interesting happened but I had to have a chapter that led up to their cabin experience! I hope y'all still vote for it because I'm standing at #12 on the Humor What's Hot List and would love, love, love to make it higher!
