Tasting The Rainbow {14}

A.N.- First off, really short chapter. Sorry, I have an exam coming up that I need to get ready for -.- But! If you guys want, I'll make a music video for this story :DD I have clips (it won't be a slideshow...haha yay!) saved on my computer for it. But if you want a music video, who should play Addison, and what song should I use? :) The music video would probably be put up with the 16th chapter :p

                                                                                ***Zelly’s POV***

“I’m telling the truth Clapper!” I cried. He shook his head. “No way. No damn way did Adam Ace laugh. You’re on drugs, you chink. Guess not all the chinks got off the opium, huh?” I sighed in annoyance.

“Clapper, he and I were laughing together. I swear!” He raised an eyebrow. “Flicking a dead squid’s bodily fluids on each other? How romantic. Maybe for your first date, you can throw it’s guts at each other!”

I hit him playfully as we searched for Addison to go to her house. “Shut up. It was fun, even if it was kind of gross.” We walked over to Addison once we spotted her and Clapper jerked his thumb at me and snickered.

“This kid thinks your brother actually laughed.” Addison rolled her eyes at him. “Adam DOES have emotions, Marco. He’s capable of laughter. But that’s weird because he seemed extra pissy before he went to class with you, Zelly.”

“It’s something about his chinkness. It’s irresistible,” Clapper said as we walked towards Addison’s bus. I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. “You know Clap, you’re the most racist piece of shit I’ve ever met.”

He gave a little bow. “Why thank you kind sir!” I glanced at Addison. “Help me find new friends?” She giggled and nodded. Clapper pouted. “You’d miss me, Zelly. Who else would make fun of the fact that your eyes are slanted, or how small your dick is, or…well, all the other stuff I make fun of.”

I rolled my eyes. “Whatever would I do without someone to mock me just because I’m a gay Asian?” I asked sarcastically as we got on the bus and sat down, Clapper on top of me again. “Damn, I’m riding on top of a gay Asian,” he said with a sigh.

I grinned and thrust up, causing him to jump. “Jesus Zelly! Keep your small dick out of my ass and in your pants!” he cried in annoyance before sitting back on top of me. Addison laughed at us as the bus started to move. “You guys are so stupid!” she said and I pointed at Clapper. “You mean he’s so stupid.”

Clapper nodded. “Yes, I am stupid. It must be because I’m not Asian.” I rolled my eyes again and just ignored him, talking to Addison until we got to her house and got off the bus. We went inside where Adam and Kobi were sitting together in the kitchen, talking.

“Hi Adam,” I said casually. He just glared at me before turning back to Kobi. I raised an eyebrow at him. Oh, so he wanted to play it like that? Fine. Let him.

The phone rang and Addison answered it. “Hello? Oh, hi dad! Yea, Adam’s right here. Hang on.” She held the phone out to Adam. He took it from her, clicked the “end” button, and tossed it back to her.

She frowned deeply at him, a little hurt in her eyes. “Adam, that was really mean. What if it was important?” “If it was important, he would wait until he got back here to tell me,” Adam grumbled. “Adam…” He held up his hand. “Shut the fuck Addison. I don’t want to hear it,” he growled coldly.

“Dude, chill out. Don’t be so harsh on her,” I said angrily. “You were the one that was a rude ass fucker to your own dad.” He glared at me furiously, but I met his eyes with a steady glare of my own. I was starting to figure Adam out.

You couldn’t just be all nicey-nice to Adam and expect him to open up to you. You had to be as cold as he was, or you weren’t getting anywhere with this kid. And I expected to get somewhere with him.

“You don’t know anything, so suck my dick and fuck off.” “Gladly,” I said with a shrug, raising an eyebrow at him. “I’m gay, remember?” He froze, probably realizing his poor choice of words, and I could see him fighting that slight laugh again. It was in his cold blue eyes. He wanted to give another small laugh, but not in front of Kobi, Clapper, and Addison.

“What’s wrong Adam?” I asked, smirking a little. He walked over to me and shoved me. “Shut the fuck up,” he hissed. “Hit me,” I dared. He wouldn’t do it.

And I was right. He just glared and turned away from me. “I’m not hitting some pathetic shrimp.” I laughed and shrugged. “Hey, whatever.”

“Ah-dum, stop it,” Kobi said with a deep frown. “He did-ent do any-fing wong.” “He annoyed me,” Adam said with a shrug, shooting me another look.

But there wasn’t actual anger or hate in his eyes. There was…begging? Pleading? Yes. Begging me to help him. Adam Ace wanted me to help him.
