Sunday (At night)

Arnav parked the car near Khushi's house. He got down the car and opened the door for Khushi and Aman too did the same for Lavanya.

"Thank you for the inviting me and La to spend the Sunday with you guys.. I really loved and enjoyed a lot.." Khushi said after she got down the car and looked at Arnav with a beautiful smile on her face.

"Welcome.. Kindly tell me what was your favorite part of the day? We shall repeat it again and again!" Arnav smirked.

"My favorite part.. hmm.. swimming!" Khushi replied innocently, not getting what he meant when he asked that question. After realizing that swimming with him was her favorite part of the day and he said they will repeat it again and again, she understood his meaning.

She looked away smiling and caressed her shoulder, not knowing what to say further.

"ASR.. Bye.. Thank you so much for this great Sunday! Love you!!" Lavanya giggled and waved at Arnav, she went running to the house.

Khushi and Aman gasped with wide eyes when Lavanya said 'Love you' to Arnav. Arnav smirked.

Aman pouted and got in the car with grumpy mood. NK laughed at his face, "What to do.. Bhai is that handsome, he takes away all the girl's attention!"

"Unbelievable yaar.. I talked with her all day, I spend time with her in swimming pool, I ordered her favorite food in the restaurant, I walked behind her all day.. and at the end of the day, she says love you to ASR and keeps reminding me to call her Miss Kashyap.. this is so not fair!" Aman sighed hard with a frown on his face.

Isha and NK laughed at him again.

"I should get going then.. It's quite late.." Khushi said tucking her hair behind her ear.

"Yeah.. Do you want me to accompany you till the door?" Arnav asked.

"No, it's okay.. I'll go alone.. Thanks!" Khushi blinked her eyes smiling.

"But the gentleman man in me is asking me to accompany you till the door.." Arnav said.

Khushi giggled, "It's really okay.. I can go alone.. don't take trouble.. Aayu is already sleeping in the car.. you should go home now.."

"This is just the gentleman in me.. Don't wake up the Laad Governor or Karela in me.. He will take you in his arms till your room!" Arnav warned.

Khushi looked at him with wide eyes. Arnav shrugged, "It's in your hands.. if you want the gentleman or the Laad governor!"

"Gentleman!" Khushi said but deep inside her, she wanted her Laad Governor!

Arnav lifted her in his arms making her gasp and clutch his shirt collar for support, he smirked at her: Laad Governor's ways are way better than the Gentleman ones!

He took her to her house and gestured her to knock the door because his hands were busy. Khushi knocked the door once which Lavanya quickly opened the door and smiled astonished seeing Khushi in ASR's arms. Khushi blushed deeply with Lavanya's gaze. She hide her face on Arnav's chest shyly.

Lavanya moved aside with naughty smile letting them inside.

Arnav took Khushi to her room, he made her lay on the bed and took off her sandals. Taking her blanket in his hands, he spread it over the bed and covered her properly.

Khushi tried to stop him from doing all this, but he didn't pay heed to her words.

"You didn't need to do this.." Khushi sighed in defeat, though she liked it she didn't want to make her Boss do all this.

"Close your eyes!" Arnav ordered.

"What?" Khushi looked at him confused.

"I said close your eyes! Do you want 'how to close eyes' lessons now?" he asked sarcastically.

"As if you know how to teach this to someone!" Khushi chuckled mockingly.

"Of course I know.. Don't underestimate me.." he smirked.

"Oh really.. Teach me how to close my eyes?" Khushi asked challenging him.

Arnav approached her and bend till his face came closer to her. He dropped gentle kiss on her both eyes.

And she closed her eyes automatically feeling his lips touch on her eyes gulping.

Arnav moved back and smiled staring at her with eyes closed. He took out two chocolates from his pocket and placed them beside her on the bed and left from there.

His footsteps made Khushi open her eyes again, she could see his disappearing figure and smiled to herself shaking her head and hit her own forehead, "Stupid me!"

She turned to her left side hugging her pillow to sleep, when her eyes fell on the chocolates on the bed.

"Aww.. I can't believe this..he bought chocolates for me.." she took the chocolates in her hands and kept staring at them from long time with a huge smile on her lips, "Oh there's a note too.." she took it and read it to herself.

ASR

"What was that?" Lavanya walked in Khushi's room with shocked expression.

Khushi sat on the bed and showed the chocolates to Lavanya.

Khushi and Lavanya screamed in happiness and excitement at the same time.

Lavanya rushed to Khushi and jumped on the bed, snatching the chocolates from Khushi's hand, "Let me see.. You have.. You have a special something that I love.. Gosh.. Baby this is the sweetest thing ever!"

"I know.." Khushi nodded scrunching her nose with a smile, she rested her palms on her both cheeks and let out a dreamy sigh.

"What happened to you both? Why are you shouting like crazy?" Meera walked in frowning and rubbing her eyes lazily, "You two spoiled my sleep!"

"Oh.. So sorry Meera.. Its just nothing.. You can back to sleep.." Khushi said.

Meera looked at Lavanya's hand that had two chocolates that Lavanya was busy on gazing and admiring it.

"Chocolates! I want!" Meera smiled and walked near the bed to take one.

Khushi immediately snatched the chocolates from Lavanya and hide under her pillow, "Not these ones.. I'll buy other chocolates for you tomorrow.."

"Are you serious Di?" Meera rolled her eyes.

"Just let her Meera.. Even I pleaded her to give me.. but she doesn't want to.. These are her favorite chocolates that she'll never share with anyone!" Lavanya said to save Khushi from Meera.

"Alright.. by the way, how was the day with Raizadas? Tell me everything!" Meera said excitedly to hear them.

Khushi and Lavanya looked at each other and yawned again and again till Meera realizes that they're sleeply now.

Meera groaned, "Alright.. I get it Drama Queens! Bye.. Good night!"

Meera walked to leave, Khushi and Lavanya said at the same time: Good night..

Then looked at each other giggling and hi-five with each other.

Lavanya went to close the door and laid on bed with Khushi, who kept Arnav's note in between the pages of her diary and laid back on the bed.

"This is so.. I can't even tell you how happy I'm for you Khushi.. He invited you to spend the Sunday with him, then lifted you in his arms and took you to your room and gifted you chocolates with such a lovely message.. I think he likes you!" Lavanya said smiling.

"This is just the best day of my life.. I've not told you what happened in details yet.." Khushi said.

"What? Spit it out girl.. I want to know everything!" Lavanya asked curiously.

Khushi shared everything she did with Arnav in details.

"Oh My God.. He taught you how to swim.. Weren't you shy to wear swimsuits in front of him?" Lavanya asked astonished.

"I was.. but then I trust him.. If it was to swim in front of NK and Aman, then I would have denied it.. of course!" Khushi said.

"He should have kissed you only.. Why did he stop? It would so romantic.. First kiss in a Pool!" Lavanya pouted.

"Shut up.. He did right only.. We're not in a relationship till now.." Khushi hit Lavanya's shoulder.

"You like him, don't you?" Lavanya smirked, "I mean.. you both like each other.. It's pretty evident!"

"Yes.. I do like him.." Khushi confessed smiling shyly, then frowned, "Do you think he really likes me? Or it's just because I'm close to Aayu that he's being good with me?"

"If it was just for Aayu, he wouldn't have written that note for you Khushi.. You have a special something that I LOVE.. He's speaking for himself and not Aayu.." Lavanya hit her forehead.

"Hmm that's true.." Khushi giggled.

"Are you going to sleep with the chocolates under your pillow?" Lavanya asked in disbelief.

"Yes.. I'm afraid Meera might steal them from me.." Khushi pouted, she took out the chocolates and kissed each one of them, then place it under her pillow carefully again.

"Will you even it eat the chocolate or planning to keep it for years to remember this day?" Lavanya teased.

"I will eat them all alone and then keep the chocolates wrappers safely with me only.." Khushi said.

"Are you serious? You're silly Khushi.." Lavanya giggled.

"Now tell me what's cooking in between you and Aman.. You didn't told me anything after that day he dropped us at our work places.." Khushi asked suspiciously.

"You don't even believe what happened.. I mean what's going to happen in my life now Baby.. I'm going to finally leave that hell called RD and join AR!" Lavanya clapped excitedly.

Khushi sat on the bed shocked, "What did you just said?"

Lavanya pulled her to back, "What you just heard.. ASR only want me to work in AR.."

"But why? What happened?" Khushi asked confused.

"Because RD belongs to his sister's husband.. Shyam! Aman talked with ASR about this and they thought it's better that I resign from RD and join them.." Lavanya said.

"And you agreed to that?" Khushi asked.

"Haan.. that guy Aman na.. is really smart.. he managed to convince me.." Lavanya blushed.

"So you accepted it because of Aman?"

"Khushi will you stop interrogating me like a police officer? I accepted it because my job sucks, AR offered me a great job and salary, Smart Aman is there to help me and he's quite interesting too and I'll be working for no one other than the hot ASR.. It's a dream job.. How can I deny it?" Lavanya glared at Khushi.

"It's good only La.. I was just confused how all this happened suddenly.. But congrats La!" Khushi kissed her cheek smiling.

Then pouted sadly, "Now you'll get to see him more than me.. He stays in office almost all day.. Luck you La!"

"Aww.. Poor girl!" Lavanya laughed.

Khushi glared at her Lavanya, "And don't you dare flirt with him.. Stop calling him hot.. and what did you say? Love you! Isn't this too much?"

"I don't think so.. Words aren't enough to describe that man yaar.." Lavanya sighed.

Khushi started beating her and Lavanya laughed.

Shantivan..

"Bhai.." NK walked in the poolside and stare at Arnav having coffee lost in his thoughts, sat on a chair.

"Yeah.." Arnav looked at him startled for few seconds, then composed himself.

NK sat on the chair opposite to his, "Can we talk?"

"Hmm.. Tell me.. What is it?" Arnav nodded gesturing him to proceed.

"It's about Isha!" NK said. Arnav nodded.

"She's a good girl na?" NK asked.

"You like her?" Arnav smirked.

"Yeah.. I liked her.. but not for me.. for you!" NK said bit nervous as he didn't know how would Arnav react to this.

"I just like her as a friend!" Arnav said and sipped his coffee.

"But she loves you Bhai.." NK said.

"I know.. And we already had a conversation regarding this in past.. I thought chapter was over but it wasn't.. She sent you here to tell me all this?" Arnav asked.

NK nodded, "Don't scold her Bhai.. Just think that despite you rejected her, she's still here with you and loves you the same way.. Why don't you just give it a try? If things don't work out, then break up!"

"You mean to say Use and Throw! You want me to get in a relationship that I'm not sure of and when I feel like it's not working out, just leave her to suffer with the consequences.." Arnav said sarcastically.

"I'm sorry Bhai.. That's not what I meant.. It's just.. I was trying to help her.. she really wants you.." NK apologized genuinely.

"It's okay.. Don't listen to Isha.. I will talk with her personally and get this clear once and for all.. You don't need to involve yourself in all this.." Arnav said.

NK nodded and stood up, "Good night Bhai.."

"Good night.." Arnav blinked his eyes.

Next day..

Khushi walked towards the living room to call Aayu to the dining hall when someone patted her shoulder from behind and walked past her.

She smiled realizing it was Arnav who teased her and went upstairs to his room.

"Aayu.." Khushi called him reaching in the living room. She looked around to spot him, "Where is this baby now? He was here only few minutes back!"

Aayu attacked Khushi from behind, "Boo!"

Khushi screamed scared and jumped to table standing on it.

Arnav rushed outside his room and peeked through the corridor itself to see what happened to her.

He found Aayu giggled behind her and understood Aayu just scared her.

"Kushie.. it's just me!" Aayu giggled.

Khushi sighed in relief with her hand on her chest, "Aayu.. You.. you just scared me.. You and your uncle are in mood to tease me or what today?"

Arnav laughed.

Khushi and Aayu looked upstairs and saw him standing on the corridor. Khushi quickly climbed down the table cursing herself for not keeping control over herself.

"A scared Tomato is a treat to watch!" Arnav smirked.

Khushi narrowed her eyes. Arnav walked back to his room and found Isha on the way.

"Isha come to my room.. I need to talk with you.." Arnav said in serious tone.

Isha nodded and followed him, hoping that his talk with NK yesterday could bring an improvement in their relationship.

"Are you with your Arnav uncle now? Plotting against me?" Khushi lifted Aayu in her arms and tickled him.

Aayu giggled, "Ahh.. noo.. Kushie stop.. I'm with you.. ahh.. haha.. always.. promise!"

Khushi stopped tickling him smiling, she placed a loud kiss on his cheek and took him to the dining hall.

She helped him sit on the chair and started serving his food.

"Kushie next Sunday you also spend with us, na? It was so much fun!" Aayu said excitedly.

"What about next Sunday we spend it together only you and me? I can ask your uncle to drop you at my home and we spend the day playing and having fun! I'll make your favorite chocolate cookies also!" Khushi said.

"Just you and me? Why not, Annav uncle, you and me?" Aayu asked.

"Because he might have another plans.." Khushi shrugged.

"You know Annav uncle just accepted to go to swimming pool because of me.. Otherwise he keeps working from Monday To Sunday non stop.. We should invite him too.." Aayu said.

"Ok done.. I'll invite him too! Happy?" Khushi asked.

"I'm happy.. but you're more happy Kushie!" Aayu smiled mischievously.

Khushi gasped, "What do you mean?"

"Yesterday you and Annav uncle disappeared at the same time! I'm sure you both were having fun together only.." Aayu winked.

Khushi pinched his cheek shocked, "Such a Innocent baby face but mind full naughty ahn!"

Aayu laughed, "My Papa used to say I'm intelligent only!"

"That you're!" Khushi smiled.

"By the way.. What were you both doing together yesterday?" Aayu asked curiously.

"Your uncle was teaching me how to swim!" Khushi replied.

"Kushie.. why didn't you just told me?" Aayu pouted, "I would have taught you better than Annav uncle.."

"Oh I'm so sorry.. Next time you'll teach me.." Khushi said caressing his hair.

Arnav's room..

"Isha you asked NK to come and talk with me about your feelings for me.." Arnav said.

Isha nodded her head.

"Why?" he asked with serious look, "We're friends right? You can come and talk with directly.. Why ask NK to do this?"

"I was afraid you'll reject me again!" Isha said with moist eyes.

"I thought this matter was over Isha.." Arnav gritted his teeth.

"I can't stop myself from loving you ASR..it's just not in my control.." Isha said.

"Because you're stuck in past Isha.. You aren't making any effort to move on despite knowing that I don't have any feelings for you.. I can't believe you were acting to be my friend only, when all this while you still haven't moved on.. You're waiting for me to accept you Isha.." Arnav sighed.

"Yes.. I'm still stuck in past only.. I still love you and I was waiting that one day you'll reciprocate my love.." Isha said confidently staring right into his eyes.

"And this is what I didn't want.. to make you suffer.. this is why I told you clearly that I don't love you..so that you try to move on and get less hurt when you see me with another woman!" Arnav said.

"But you don't love anyone till now ASR.. Why can't you just accept me? I'm just like you ASR.. we have same thoughts, same like and dislikes, we both belong to high class society.. we are best friends and understand each other well.. I can assure you our relationship won't fail.." Isha tried to convince him.

"If you think we should have a relationship with people who are same like you.. then I suggest you to date a mirror Isha!" Arnav said sarcastically.

"ASR please.."

"What? Do you even realize how ridiculous and desperate you sound talking like this? You're better than this Isha.. Stop wasting your life on me.. You've a bright future ahead for you.." Arnav held her by her shoulders.

Isha looked down sobbing.

"Why can't you just love me?" she asked.

"Why can't you just love other man? The day you answer me this, I'll answer your question Isha!" Arnav whispered.

"As your friend.. I don't want you to get more hurt Isha.. So I suggest you to go back to London.. It's better for both of us.." Arnav said turning his back to her.

"What do you mean by get more hurt?" Isha asked confused.

"I'm starting to like someone.. You won't be able to see it and she might feel insecure after knowing that you love me.. I don't want any misunderstanding between me and her.." Arnav said.

"Can I ask you who's the lucky girl?" Isha asked broken.

"Isha don't do this to yourself.." Arnav shut his eyes. He knew he was hurting her but it was necessary to give her a reality check before she suffers more in future.

"It must be Khushi.. the way you lifted her to her home yesterday was a proof of that.. And I'm so blind that I didn't realize it.." she said chuckling brokenly.

Isha left from his room crying.

Sometime later..

Arnav walked in the kitchen and saw Khushi engrossed in her work.

"Khushi.." he called her.

Khushi looked at him and smiled.

"Don't go back home till I return from office.." he said.

"And when you will come back home?" Khushi asked.

"Lavanya will tell you.." Arnav smirked and left from there.

Khushi bit her tongue embarrassed, "I shouldn't have told him that I share all my things with La!"
