One week later..

Here I am getting ready to go to meet that man named Agasthya. Yes, I succeeded in making Rudra agree to let me go and meet him. As I don't have any option. After 30 minutes of me trying to convince him and 5 minutes of Ani manipulating him resulted in his agreement.

So, according to my mother, I am going to meet that guy in Mr. Sarna's new house integration and his back to India party.

It's been 3-4 days since they and we have shifted our workplaces to the buildings next to each other in one of our properties. And these days, I never see that guy because I have heard he arrives early and leaves early, whereas I arrive late and leave late!

Me and Ani are sitting in the back seat of the car as we don't know the route.

My mother started talking to him..And, honestly, by her expression, I can tell she definitely liked him, of course why not he was sounding way too sweet.

5 minutes later..

I am all alone with this unknown man in their garden with an awkward silence..Hmm, no doubt the place is good all green-green I'll take a selfie here.

"Bittttcch say something!!!" Ani said. Yes, this is our mind-blowing plan to break this marriage talk. Ani is giving me Instructions as we are connected by earplugs.

He'll like as he'll think you are really silence loving cALm girl, then your marriage will take place..Just Rudra will go to hell..I'll be doing a really sexy dance on your sangeet..Ruhanika tell na on which song should I be dancing on wedding mahi ve or desi girl ya fir kamariya per haan bata na?!...Then, you'll go on Honeymoon with AGAS.THYA..And then, you will be not happily ever after.Huh! You don't utter a word now!" She said sarcastically and I can imagine her putting her hair in a bun.

I began visualising, as she mentioned.

"NO!" I uttered in shock.

"What?" He spoke from the back.

"Umm..Agasthya look I think our future depends on this one decision, atleast mine, so let's talk..! Without any awkwardness!" I said turning towards him.

"Finally.. Finally!" Ani said

I turned again and started walking ahead.

"Amm..Yeah! You are right!" He said and I heard.

"Aa..Look Ruhanika you are very pretty but!" He said, but then stopped as I looked at him, shocked.

"Ruhanika wait don't do anything just.." Ani was saying.

"I look like this in real life, this is all makeup," I said in a convincing voice as I fussed with my hair while glancing at him.

"He is clearly dialling mental asylum now!" causing me to recognise what I did, Ani stated.

"Oh, well, let me just say that I truly love someone else and I am unable to wed you."

"Do you really think I am dying to marry you, anyway I also have a boyfriend whom I really love!" I replied sassily. Using my hands to set my hair

I continued "Perfect! now you deny them saying the same!"

"Ohh hello miss ruhika..Ah.. Ronika..Ruhai.. ahhhh! What a name!" He said.

"Omg, who's saying Mr. Aytha..nhi Asya!.. nhi-nhi Agya!" I copied.

"Amm..." He said thinking my name.

"Ruhanika!" I said

"Whatever!" He said ignoring me and moving towards our parents.

Ahh! WHAT THE HELL! First of all, I! Ruhanika Taneja forwarded my hand and he..He just walked by...

"Ab toh pakka manna kregi!" He said putting his one hand on his ear.

As we reached them Uncle said, "So beta what's your decision?" Like I just came here uncle!

We reached home.

We changed and sat on bed.
