In morning

Shivaay open his eyes lazily and set on the bed holding his head.  He look  through the window and smile to seeing sun is Brighting on the top of sky.  He Yawn and got up from the bed slipping in his shoes.  He about to go towards cupboard to get his clothes when he  stopped to seeing his  suit is laying on the sofa along with all his accessories infect his shoes are cleaned polished.  He smiles and touched it with his hand  slowly. 

Shiv.  Who did it and how he knows that what I wanna wear today. He whispered picking up his tie. Suddenly his trance broke when he  saw Anika coming in the room holding his  cup of coffee.

Ani. Good morning she smiles at him making him confused.  Till night she was in mess of Trauma and was behaving so weirdly but now she is all cool and even smiling

Shiv.  Is it for me.  He mumbled looking at her face

And. Yes that's yours. I thought you like to drink in morning so I've got for you. 

Shiv.  Oh thanks he whispered taking it in his hand.  He look in her eyes and smell the coffee feeling so fresh. He took the sip and moan in delight  finding it same the way he likes.

Ani.  You didn't like it

Shiv. I did I did  I mean to say it's ok. He hide his feeling sipping it again

Ani. Ok so get ready we have to go for  lawyer meeting as well.

Shiv.  O yh we have. Here hold this cup I'm going to  get bath. Anika nods and she left from there towards bath. 

A loan tear escaped from Anika's eyes thinking about their divorce.  She never thought that she will see this day as well. Where her husband will ask for divorce and being helpless she has to do  it.  Suddenly her trance broke when pinky enters there.

What you doing here  Anika. Now you started disturbing my son as well like us. Pinky spoke spiting venom over her through her mouth. 

Ani. Wo aunty I just came to give coffee to shivaay.  That's it.

P.  Look girl stay away from him. I don't want a filthy girl around my son.  I'll make sure that you people get divorce so that I could a get  a well worthy girl for him not like you who belong to trash. She said twisting her wrist making her moan in pain.

Anika got confused to seeing pinky because she change same like her son till yesterday she was saying she was saying she want grand child from her and now she is saying she want a girl for her son who match her status..

Ani. Aaaa Aunty it's paining.  She sobs trying to get her hand out but she is the one who kept holding it without feeling any mercy over her.

Mom you here.  Shivaay spoke coming out from the bathroom making her leave Anika's hand immediately which left good  mark on her wrist.

P. Wo I just had cAme to say good morning to you.

Shiv. O thanks mom.

P. Shivay  where are you going. 

Shiv.  Nothing important mom.  

P. Oh ok. Anika let's go we  should make breakfast for all people.  She hold her hand and dragged her with her before shivaay say something more.

In dining table. 

Dadi.  Actually yesterday I went to  jeweller shop and their I liked some good piece of jewellery so I thought to brought for my grand  Daughters. Anika this is for you and this is for gouri.

Anika about to take when gouri grabbed it instantly without letting take Anika any of it

G. Dadi why always Anika. On marriage time as well you didn't give me gold that much the way you given to Anika. So this time I'll take all of it. 

D.  Gouri if you needed something then you can ask your husband or  mother in low.  This is for both of you.  So give to Anika as well. 

G.  No Dadi that's mine and I won't give it to her.

D.  But

Ani. It's ok Dadi I don't need it.  Let her take it

D.  I've gotten for you as well

Ani. It's fine Dadi

J. Mummy Ji gouri is pregnant and I think we shouldn't say her anything. Though what Anika will do  with this jewellery. She don't even wear it. 

Ani. She is right Dadi let her take it.  What will I do with this expensive jewellery.    Anyways I'm going to get medicines and water for you. Saying this she left from there giving glance to shivaay who was seeing all this scenario with his own eyes. 

P. Shivaay why are you standing  there come and do breakfast with us.

Shiv.  Mom I've drank my coffee and not feeling hungry right now so can I take Anika with me

D.  Are you both going anywhere.  She got happy hearing her grand son to thinking might he is trying to correct his relationship with his wife.

Shiv. Yes it's just a important work got in so we have to go.

Ani. Dadi your medicines

D. I'll have it. You go with shivaay. He wants you to come with him somewhere

Anika.  Yes Dadi. She gave her faint smile and  left to get her bag.

In car

Anika is trying to put seat belt but she is not able to do it.  Again and again it's slipping out of her hands.

Shiv. It's ok I'll tie it. You can't even do this. He shakes his head pushing seat belt in the clutch

Anika Gulp to seeing him so near him.  She try  to slid herself away but  because of lake space she  is still so near him.

Shiv. Ho gya

Ani. Thank you.  Shivaay nods and started his car zooming away from there.

In whole way he  tried to talk to her but she just answered him in yes or no after that she didn't answer him more and kept sitting there clutching belt. 

Shiv. Are you afraid from me Anika

Are you afraid from me Anika I'm your papa.  Her father try to touch her but she just moves away taking step back.

You are not my papa.  I wanna go to my mumma.  She  hiccups standing infront of his father who got angry to hearing her mother name from her mouth

Don't you dare to take that lady name. She is not your mother did you understand. Now you take her name ever then I'll surely beat you up till death

Ani. I wanna go to mumma mumma mumma. Her father flare her nose in anger and slapped her hard making her fell on the floor hitting her head with wall. 

Mumma she shriek and fell unconscious

Mumma Anika jolt up having tears in her eyes clutching belt in her hand

Shiv. Wh,,,, what happened. Are you alright.

Anika look at him and immediately Clear her tears nodding in yes.

Ani. I'm I'm fine don't worry.  I'm fine. She sniffs and turned her face other side. Shivaay Makes weird face to seeing her. Since he has came she is just so scared and always end up crying with little thing.  He wanna ask her  what she has problem but then he control himself and says her nothing  turning his face other side. 

In  lawyer place.

La.  Look mr oberoi.  I agreed you are married from last three years  but in those three years you  didn't even spend a month together and according to low when you don't live together then you can't take divorce till six months. You know what I mean. 

Shiv. But we can't wait  for six months. I've further life.  Anika look at him with innocent face without uttering anything

La.  I can understand mr oberoi. But we can't neglect the law  if you didn't follow then for whole life you wont able to get divorce so now it's your choice you wanna live together six months or wanna tie yourself for whole life. 

Shivaay fums in anger and look at anika who is just sitting fidgeting with her fingers

Shiv. It's ok I'll talk to another lawyer.

L. It's your choice mr oberoi. But I think you will waste your time only. There is no one who will let you take divorce before six months. Now it's up to you.  You wanna waste  your time or  will go with sox months

Shiv.  Fine  but as six months will pass without any delay I'll take divorce.

L. As you wish mr oberoi.

Shivaay shakes his head and left from there burning in anger leaving Anika behind.

Ani. Thank you  she smiles at him and run behind shivaay  to catch his speed

Outside

Shivaay bang hand on the car being frustrated. Here he is surrounded by Loads is tension and now one more have fell over his head.  He didn't want any one to get involve in his life but somehow this girl is Erin involve which is not good. He wanna get rid  from this relationship as soon as possible but seems like god also don't want like his Dadi

Anu. Shivaay I think we can talk with someone else maybe we would get some suggestion from him. She stutter playing with her dupata. When suddenly he hold her shoulder and pinned her on the car touching her nose to nose

Shiv. You would be happy right. Ha na Anika. Butterflies  would be fluttering inside of your stomach. Atlast now it's happening what you wanted.

Ani. Asa nhi ha

Shiv. Asa hi ha. That's why you always fill Dadi's ears against me and she kept calling me to come back. And now when I thought to get divorce from you to finish this shity marriage then this lawyer is saying we have to  stay for six months. But remember one thing Anika in those six months nothing will be change. You will  be same Anika for me whom I hate so much.  Did you get that. 

Anika. You are taking me wrong I didn't ask Dadi to call you ever. She itself used to do without my acknowledge.  I never expected from you anything.  Infect got ready for divorce as well but still you are blaming me for all this.

Shiv. Stop being innocent Anika. Your this masoom face won't work over me.  I'm enough clever to understand people and their nature and like you people  are nothing but a lil ant only whom I squeeze in my hand without feeling any mercy. 

Ani. If you want I can leave your house. After that you can do whatever you want. Infect you can marry as well . There  Will be no one to say you anything

Shiv. No miss Anika.  I'll take divorce from you Any how whether for that I've to live six months with you but  this shit I'll finish at any cost.  Keep this straight in your head.

Ani.  Why you hate me so much. What I've done to you. She sobs looking in his eyes which are full of anger

Shiv. As if you don't know  miss Anika.  You are such a dramabaz. when our marriage was going to happen I had told you to say no for it infect I had sent you later as well.  Bcz you hadn't have any phone but instead of saying no you just got married to me without telling Dadi about it

Ani.  No shivaay I agreed you had asked me and I had told Dadi as well. But she said now you are ready for marriage and asked me to say no for it because you had got scared sudden Marriage proposal. But I didn't get any later or anything.  Otherwise if u would had known about your feelings then I must said no for it she sobs having thick layer of tears in her eyes

Shiv. Don't do drama infront of me Anika.  I know every bit of you. You thought You will marry me and will luxury life without doing any hard work that's why you didn't say no for it after knowing my feelings. How pathetic and Liar are you Anika.  I never seen a person like you.

Ani. I didn't do anything shivaay. I didn't.

Shiv.  I don't trust you Anika.   I  just don't.  For me you will be always cunning ,greed , and evil  who ruin my life and enter  without my permission.

Ani.  Listen to me shivaay I

Shiv. I just don't wanna listen anything Anika. I just don't because I know you will lie one more thing to calm me but it's won't happens my hate for you will increase only but will never calm down. Did you understand never he pushed her and  drove away sitting in the car leaving her alone there. Anika look at his retreating car and closed her eyes letting her tear fell down from her brown eyes

In evening

Dadi is happy to seeing her grand children trying to solve their problems.  When she had made them marry then she had some fear in her eyes. Infect she regretted so much in those three years for spoiling a innocent life but now when shivaay has came back and seeing them going out together she knows that their is some hope in their relationship which will tie them together. Suddenly her trance broke when shivaay enters in hall having frown on his forehead.

D.shivaay you cAme back.  I was waiting for you only.  She said looking behind him but she got confused when she find him alone.

D. Where is Anika shivaay.  Hadn't she went with you? 

Shiv. Isn't she at home

D. Why will she be at home when she went with you.  Shivaay where is Anika. 

Shivaay widen his eyes when he realised he left Anika out there in anger and didn't bring her with him

P. Shivaay my son you cAme back. What happened why you seems  worried

Shiv. I'm coming mom.  I'm coming. Saying this he run out from there in full speed  leaving his  mother and Dadi confused

Shiv. How stupid She is.  Why she didn't come on her . I thought till now she would be at home but instead of there I don't know where she is.  How irresponsible this girl is who don't know when she should go back to home. Now I don't  know where I'll search her in this big city. If she won't be there then it will get hard for me to  look every where. He  hit his staring in anger well driving harshly.

On the other side

Anika is walking on the road folding her arms. She is feeling so scared in darkness. Along with care which are passing by her.

Ani. Where  Will I go now I even don't know the way of house.  She sobs looking around which is all so unknown to her. Suddenly she got scared when she saw some men are looking at her with creepy smile.  She Gulp and started walking fast clutching her dupata in her hand.

Man. Baby where are you going. Come here. We won't eat you

Man. Yar she is so pretty.  I just wanna touch her now. Anika flinch and  raced her legs feeling so much frightened

Man. Hey why are you running sweetheart. Come to us.  I'll do your good khatar Dari

Ani. Plz go away from here Bhai sahab.  Don't come near me. She said taking heavy steps further road which she don't know where is going. Suddenly she  hitched when one of them hold her dupata and pulled her which caused her getting bruise on her neck

Ani. Aaaa she moan and got surrounded by all of three. 

Anika started crying holding her neck well they are laughing to seeing her

Man. She is heaven bro. He laughs touching her arm

Ani. Don't touch me she shout pushing him away making him fell on the floor

Man 2. I like wild babies. He laugh and started moving towards her. Anika muffled and try to run when her  slipper comes under his foot and she fell down on the floor hitting her chin on the floor making it bleed bcz of cut

Ma.  What a piece bro. He about to touch her shoulder when 😢
