Part 106 - He did it for us
Hello! Hi! ☀️❤
Finally I could have slept longer then 7 hours, but my brain woke up me after 7 hours. *sighs* I hate this 😂. Enjoy ^.^

(Craig POV)
"And I know you will understand," I said, finishing my speech.
Luke was silent for a few minutes, and I was so nervous. I started to tap nervously on my tight, waiting for his reaction.
"Understand? Who's that other guy?" Luke asked slowly.
"You don't really know him. I'm really sorry, Luke. I... I wanted to forget about him, but I can't," I continue apologizing, when my phone buzzed, notify me that I got a message.
T: I'm going out. You don't need to wait for me.
What? Going out? With who? Does he have a date?
"It's that Tyler guy, isn't it?" Luke said, and I looked at him.
"I remember how you looked talking with him in the cinema."
"I'm sorry," I whispered, putting back my phone.
"No, it's ok. I just hope he makes you happy, Craig. Because you deserve it."
I felt my pounding heart, and I smiled warmly. Inside I knew this was the right decision to do, even though my brain was telling me otherwise.
"You'll find your love of life, I know it. Well I'll be on my way," I pull out my wallet, when he stoped me.
"I'll pay. You just go," he said with a sad smile.
"Are you sure? I can pay for it."
"I'm sure. I still have your number, maybe I'll call you some day."
I stood up, still smiling. I felt suddenly so free, like I knew what I should do.
"That would be absolutely amazing. Thank you, Luke."
I turned myself and walked out of the restaurant. I caught a cab, driving to Tyler's house.
I was still curious why he went out and mainly with who. We didn't talk much after I woke up this morning, and he was really pissed when I told him I was going out with Luke. But I didn't mean to make him sad or angry, I just needed to end my relationship with Luke.
When I opened the door, I was welcomed by silence and emptiness. I decided to cook him some dinner, just to make him happy. After that I walked to the living room where I sat down and watched TV.
It was around 2 am, I was almost asleep, when I heard the keys in the lock. I quickly stood up, going to meet him. He put down the bags and started to undress.
"Where have you been?" I asked carefully.
Evan is still alive, right? He didn't kill him!
"How was your date?" He snapped at me, grabbed the bags and walked towards his room.
"You didn't kill Evan, did you?" I asked, still following him.
"I'm not in the mood, Craig," he said, closing the door in front of my face.
I sighed, walking to the kitchen where I had prepared the dinner for us. I imagined him walking into the kitchen, surprised and pleased, hugging me in joy and love.
Maybe it's all lost. Maybe there's not a single chance for me and him.
I didn't have the heart to let that food waste, so I sat down and begun to eat my half. After that I washed the dishes and with bowed head, and my thoughts running to every direction, I decided to make my final attempt to get us back together.
I knocked on the door, waiting for the answer. After no response, I opened the door. There was already dark inside, so I let my eyes adjust for it.
He's sleeping? Will he be mad at me? I guess there's no telling unless I try it.
I tip toed in, closing the door behind me. With my sudden luck I walked to the bed without any noises, where he was sleeping. With my racing nervous heart I lay into the bed. He was sleeping on the hip, his face facing me. Slowly I caressed his face, enjoying something I missed so much.
He looks so calm, so peaceful.
"Tyler," I whispered, moving my hand back to my body.
He flinched a little, but his eyes didn't opened, so I decided to try it again.
"Tyler."
His eyes opened, revealing his eyes. He looked at me, still half asleep, then closed the eyes again.
"What?" He mumbled.
"I... I want to talk."
There was a silence between us, and I was afraid that he fell asleep again.
"About what? That you're moving in with Luke?" He guessed silently, turning his back to me.
"I'm not with Luke anymore," I said, wrapping my arms around his half naked body.
"What?"
"I miss you, Tyler," I whispered, snuggling into his body even more.
"Evan did it for us. He... he said your friend's name only because of me. He wants us to be happy... and I'm sorry that I was pushing you away. I... I never really liked Luke in the first place. I went with him out for the first time but there wasn't any connections, there wasn't any chemistry between us. And then I just wanted to make you jealous. I wanted to make you feel how you made me feel after I found out that you had been using me. And... and I regret it with my heart. Because days and nights without you were like hell."
He was silent, and I felt my tears rapidly creeping into my eyes. I felt like he was rejecting me, like he was saying me his goodbyes. After a while I unwrapped my arms and sat up, holding my sobs inside me. I put my legs over the bed, wanting to stand up and walk back to my sleeping sofa, when he suddenly hugged me from behind.
"Don't cry," he whispered, and I sobbed loudly.
"I... I just... I know I fucked this up with Luke. I'm really so-sorry."
I stared at my feet, but let my body leaned against his body for support. He put his head on my shoulder.
"You didn't fuck up anything... I'm sorry for being an ass. I should have fight for you, and instead I let that happened. I love you Craig, you fucking know that."
I felt that butterflies in my stomach woken up, and I smiled, trying to stop the tears. He put two fingers under my chin, turning my head to face him.
"Don't cry, please. It's killing me inside, when I see you like this," he whispered desperately.
"Say it again," I begged him, looking into his eyes.
"I love you."
My heart was racing, that three plain words put together made my life complete. That was something I was looking for, he was something I was looking for.
"I love you too," I whispered, and before I could say anything else, he kissed me.
I immediately melted into that kiss and wrapped my arms around his neck. It was something I was waiting for, the life I had been looking for. He pulled away, and I smiled.
"I'm really sorry for you loss, Tyler... I-I didn't know that person, but I know he had to be an amazing person since you care about him so much."
He sighed, then slightly nodded his head. He ruffled my hair, smiling a little.
"He was amazing. I don't want to talk about him."
"So no more secrets between us?" I asked him, and he frowned.
"Starting now?"
"Yes. But if you have some secrets before me right now, say it."
"And we're going to take it slowly, ok?" I quickly added.
I yelped in surprise, when he suddenly picked me up and threw me on the bed. Within few seconds he join me and spooned me from behind. I tried to get out of that.
"Shhhh... let's just go to sleep, ok?" He whispered, and I smiled.
"This is not the right example of taking things slowly. I should sleep on sofa," I whispered.
"Just for today."
The warmness of his body slowly soothed my heart and mind.
"I love you, Tyler," I whispered, and he kissed me on the on the neck.
"I love you too.".
