Before we get to the sign-up sheet, a handful of rules first:

➡️ Respect fellow participants - keep the profanities to a minimum, and for the sake of making sure everyone is comfortable with the activities, we won't be accepting mature works (so no explicit sexual scenes, etc.). We're all equal here - special treatment exists for everyone and therefore no one at all. Also, one book per person.

➡️ The event will start on November 2, 2019, and end April 30, 2020. All entrants are expected to complete each task from Saturday to Sunday and confirm completion by midnight on the latter day. We'll be going on the three strikes rule (3 tasks incomplete, and we'll have to remove you from the marathon - sorry, bud. You gotta train it to gain it). 

➡️If you want to change your username or the story you entered, just let us know. Once the event begins, changing either can be a little disorientating. We ask that you keep them static throughout the duration of the event once we start.

➡️ Your written entries should be put into either an ongoing Wattpad collection of miscellaneous works or into a new Wattpad book. If you can, tag your story with your task entries #tdgwritathon. If not, it's totally fine to stick the tag in your story summary. (This book will be put in the TARDIGRADE Legacy reading list, and does not need to be entered until November 1, 2019.)

➡️ All entrants must have one 'published' book. This is the bookclub aspect of this initiation - your 'published' book is your personal, ongoing or complete story we will be exchanging comments on. This book should be published on Wattpad and accessible to all participants. (This book will be put in the TARDIGRADE Collections reading list and should be entered in the form below.)

➡️Please don't steal and/or alter any artwork - we will know if you do. And we will find you. (Same thing with plagiarism. Don't do it.)

➡️ Add this book to a public reading list - help us get public! Although it isn't mandatory, following this account could help you keep up-to-date for the duration of the contest.

➡️Lastly, enjoy yourself. Technically, there's no strict way of enforcing this rule - but we really do want you to have fun! Make some friends, learn something new! Tardibear is always here if you need some inspo, or just a tardigrade to talk to. If you've read these rules, your passcode is your favourite colour/shade - in Hex Code. For example, black is #000000.
