"Hey, how are you?" A blonde-haired girl, Rean, asked a red-headed one, Hanna. In the empty cafe in the dark city. The red-headed one looked up in a sleepy delirium of sorts. Her eyes were bloodshot with deep dark circles underneath them, her skin looked pale with freckles dotting the area around her nose. She nodded but her friend remained dubious of the pale humanoid who had replaced the well tanned girl that she knew. Hanna order the strongest coffee she could find on the menu while Rean ordered a lemonade. Once the drinks come back, Hanna greedily glupped down her coffee with a wolf's hunger. Rean looked at her with alarm but Hanna didn't notice. In fact, she didn't notice even when dark veins started to pulse under her skin. The veins soon subsided but she Rean couldn't erase the image from her mind. Looking away she didn't see the desperate look on Hanna's face, or her silent scream.
