Why was I cursed to watch over a dying child.I did not know what on earth I had done to be cursed with this purgatory?

Her life slipped through my fingers like wet powdery snow or even streams of water and even maybe my tears, which dotted my trembling palms as my vision blurred. It went in and out of focus and was faulty. I inhaled a sharp breath into my chocked, blocked nose and forced it into my bobbed troat.

The lines that viened and branched in my fingers stopped to a halt.a sign that the mortal life was ever fleeting,not enlongethed and short like my clawed fingers as the treats streamed down my oval face. Life was not permanent. Thoughts had whirled in my head on whether this child even existed or this was her hell. To be punished for what?What is this crime thar was so foul she had to punished and why did I have to witness it.

With that,with my clenched knee collided hard on the snow as ashuddder ran through my spine as my body shook like a loose branch in the cruel winds.With a sharp breathe,I savagely whipped my face as the teras streamed down like a meandering trrails as ugly snoot and mucus ran down my chin. My hair was plastered to the sides of my face like seal skin.

A forced thraty sob left my lips as I convulsed back into tears.My ever youthful heart was gripped tightly with skeletal fingers and I couldnt breathe.It was an anchor in my chest and it weighed me down.With all my might,I got up from the ground.It feltas if my heart was sliced with a blade and with limbs turned into seal fat,all my brones removed.I stumbled and swayed,all energy sucked from my body as I dissolved into coughs.I bit my lips and staggered forward.Hands clenched on my chest and teeth clenched as I snapped my gaze towards the sky.The ever blue sky ,streaked with clouds but as fast as a sliver of my world came.It went like a blink,a swift turn.My fingers were numb and my fingers were tensed.My skin reddened but i didnt care.All I did was suck in a breathe and stumbled like a drunkard.

Just from the blur,and the distance of the snow hell.Flakes of snow suddenly twirled and began to fall onto the ground.But all Idid was cry.I could not enjoy or savour the moment of the soft kiss of the lone ,muinute flake or the winds soft caress on my face.All I did was stand there were the woods,dark skeletal tree rose high and mightt around.Green emerald leaves cacesed down into the ground.All i did was consulve,breathe in and hiss like a snake and use my useless elbows to wipe th neverending tears from my face.

A low gutteral growl rumbled from my chest as I staggered forward and creamed and howled into the air.The glowing lights with plumes into the air and cackled like flames and ringed around me.They all roared and darted above.It bathed the realm that geared to life with an electrifynh green light.It rippled and bounced.

My body lurched from the ground,tears pricked my eyes and began to trickle.A hiccup locked in my throat.With shaky libs and vibrating lips,through the curtain of my silky hair.I got up in a flash and hastlity got my jacket.I gripped myself tight as my hair spilled over mys houlders.I began to walk away as the flames flickered in the pit.With a soft sigh,I averted my head and darted towards the man who slept in teh same shed.He wasnt there.

I jumped off and trekked forward.The snow crunched under my soles.The wind whooshed and sliced on my skin.My eyes were dull and hollow as I minflessly walked.The moon was a planet and illimaunted everything.My boots crunched on the ground as it obscured myself like a curtain.My heart weighed a ton.Then with a deep breathe,my foot flew as in less than minute.I was in plateu surrounded by tall,towering pine trees that encircled my home.I thew my gaze towards the sky ,a lone tears tracickled down my face.Like thunder,green and bright it wrapped its thin weed like lines and circled around my hands.I scream and a rumble left my lips.The world blurred and swirled.The world was bathed in a soft blue light.

The ice climbed up in my limbs.Sweat trickled down ands lipped down teh curves and cervices of my face.

"What sin did this child commit that was so bad that she had to be punished for it?"I leaned back against the wooden plants of the curved hut.I wrapped my arms around my body,my hair a waterfall obscuring my face.I clenched and unclenched my fingers as a hiccup was stuck in my thrat.It was a bow shaped room which had dried leaves which dangled from the ceiling.The room had a strong aromatic smell.Benelth my feet was deer skin and in a giant hole was carved in the moddle.A hearth flickered and cackled.Sweat trickled dwon my necka as an electrifying shudder ran through my spine.

A lady sat agaisbt her side of the hollow cnstricted bowl.She was pulling the dried leaves off the stak and spirninkled it tonto the hearth.Her hard face set and eyes ,as golden as the sun were narrowed.

She was the tribes herbalists.

"There there young one,"Her voice was deep like a whales hum.It was soft and veletly like silk,like the river and the sharpness of the glacier in the north.

My fingers began to tremble and shake crazily.My voice was distorted and heavy with emotion."But why?Why do I dream of her so much??"I asked ,my voice taut as a bow string.

She took in a deep breathe and adjusted herself.Her skin was the colour of bark and her face was hard and sevre and her hair was like a scrub,tied and braided back.

Baratmaus was never alone over here.She took anothe breathe then grabbed my shaky palms.Her fingers were long and slender but where rough like mine.She cupped it and the women smiled,her canine peek out.Her eyes were warma nd calming."Maybe is not a warning.The goddess sees something you lack or something you grudge against.Maybe she uses her as a metaphor for your life?"

I yanked my hands away and eyes flew open.with a shudder,I shook my head frantically and eyed her.My teeth bared."No,"A shudder ran through my leg."Shes real,shes real."

She sighed and sat back and rubbed her temple hard."Maybe the child was devious and so shes getting punished?"

I shook my head and buried myself hard."But shes a child and why me?"

She shook her head and ran her fingers down the rough wood."Maybe you are her redemption."
