Twinkle used to work at Malhotra enterprises from past 4 years but her life turned upside down when one night while doing overtime she witnessed something that was not meant to seen by anyone.

As a price of that horrified night she had to sacrifice her whole life

The grand hall of the mansion was draped in crimson and gold, a stark contrast to the tension simmering in the air. The wedding wasn't a celebration-it was a decision made in haste, born of tragedy.

Kabir Malhotra stood tall, his expression as unreadable as stone, watching as the preparations unfolded.

Twinkle sat in the corner, her wrists bound by invisible chains of fate. Her eyes, wide with defiance and unshed tears, darted between Kabir and Kunj.

"You can't force me into this!" she hissed, her voice trembling. "This isn't a solution!"

Kabir's cold gaze met hers. "It's the only way to protect you. And us."

Kunj, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed, smirked bitterly. "Protect her? Or protect our reputation?" His voice was laced with sarcasm, but his eyes betrayed a flicker of vulnerability.

Kabir's jaw tightened. "This isn't up for debate, Kunj. You're marrying her. Tonight."

Kunal, standing to the side, shifted uncomfortably. For the first time, his usual humor was absent. "Bhaiya, maybe-"

"Enough!" Kabir snapped, silencing him.

The priest was summoned, and Twinkle was led to the altar, her steps hesitant but resolute. Kunj followed, his expression a mask of indifference. As they stood side by side, the weight of their predicament settled heavily on them.

The priest began chanting, the sacred verses cutting through the suffocating silence. Twinkle stole a glance at Kunj, her voice barely a whisper. "You don't have to do this. I don't need your pity."

Kunj looked at her, his smirk replaced by something softer, almost imperceptible. "It's not a pity," he said simply, before looking away.

As the vows were exchanged and the ceremonial fire burned bright, Kabir watched with a mix of relief and regret. This wasn't what he wanted for his brother, but it was the only way he knew to ensure their survival.

The moment Kunj tied the sacred thread around Twinkle's neck, sealing their fates together, a gust of wind extinguished one of the flames. An ominous sign, perhaps.

But neither Twinkle nor Kunj noticed. They were too busy grappling with the new reality that neither of them had asked for.
