To the man I wasn't meant for,

I've written letters to you since I was thirteen - letters I never intended to send. It helped me soothe myself, to escape and hope for a future I now know will never come true. It's not like I thought if I married you my life would become easier. That you'd save me or you'd protect me. I just wished to have someone I could talk to.

I know you have had your own battles and I'm the last person you could imagine a future with. In fact, I never wanted to marry you but life had other plans and I ended up crashing into your life. I am sorry for ruining your peace. I never meant to intrude. I never meant to hurt you. I never meant to be your wife.
