Mumbai is a famous cosmopolitan city in India. A few years ago, this beautiful city was called Bombay. Not only in India, but all over the world, Mumbai's potential is immense. The Siddhi Vinayak Temple, the Gateway of India, Mount Mary Church, Kanheri Caves, Elephanta Caves, the Prince of Wales Museum, and more places in Mumbai give us historical attractions. These places in Mumbai express the proud feeling of being an Indian. Most top IT companies' headquarters are located in Mumbai; this shows the power of Mumbai. 

So many people from other cities come to Mumbai to achieve their dreams, so this elegant city is called the "CITY OF DREAMS." This city has famous iconic dishes such as vada pav, pav bhaji, bhel puri, akuri on toast, faluda, etc... Viewing just the name of these iconic dishes makes our tongue and stomach crave for it. Not only this, but Mumbai is also a city with lots of culture and festivals. Last but not the least, "Bollywood", this cinema industry, has entertained the entire people of India.

A coin has two faces. The front face is called "heads" and the back face is called "tails." Like a coin, we have seen only one face of Mumbai, but the other face of Mumbai is unpredictable. Mafia is another face of Mumbai that few people are aware of; only a select few are aware of it.

Smuggling and trafficking activities are taking place in Mumbai. These activities were started 50 years ago. Do you think these illegal activities are done by poor people? No, not at all. These illegal activities are done only by the richest people in India. Even though there is plenty of money in society, they consider the mafia to be a source of pride in their family.

In 1950, the mafia was run majorly by five people. Raisinghania, Malhotra, Sharma, Dixit, and Pratap. After 10 years, there was a huge clash among these mafia groups. The main problem between them is who wants to become the superior and most powerful person in the mafia. To become a powerful mafia leader, they decided to do all sorts of illegal business and trading. So, as usual, each mafia clan started to deceive the remaining mafia clan. This clash made many people shed blood because of these five mafia groups. To solve the disputes between them, the elderly people in each group gathered together and decided to split the mafia activities into certain rules also.

"In human life, we need certain basic elements to survive in this world. The five basic elements that makeup nature are fire, water, air, earth, and space." said Guru Raisinghania, the head of the Raisinghania family, with dignity in his speech.

"So what? Are you going to take any science lectures? Here we have come to talk about the mafia, not about science. We are not ready to listen to these stupid lectures." said Tagore Sharma, spitting his words on Mr. Raisinghania.

"Shut your mouth, Mr. Sharma. Otherwise, I will load the bullets directly into your mouth. Let him complete the speech. Then you can tell your opinion." growled the best friend of Raisinghania, Mr. Ravi Malhotra, loading the gun with the bullets in his left hand.

Mr. Malhotra's growling voice was enough to make others shiver. Mr. Raisinghania smirked at his friend who supported him.

A minute of silence prevailed between the five of them. Mr. Raisinghania continued his speech.

"Coming back to these five basic elements in nature-fire, water, air, earth, and space. These five elements are going to play a major role in dividing our illegal activities. In our mafia world, arms trafficking, marine species trafficking, human trafficking, smuggling natural resources, smuggling drugs, and alcohol have been done by us till now. The huge problem now between us is that everyone wants to smuggle all the illegal things. From now onwards, a particular clan will only do a particular activity from the list."

"Tell me which element represents which smuggling activity?" asked Mr. Pratap.

"Fire for Arm trafficking, 

Water for Marine species trafficking, 

Air  for human trafficking, 

Earth for smuggling the natural resources and 

Space for smuggling the drugs and alcohol." He told with honor on his face.

"So you have related every element with the mafia's illegal activities. Sounds, Interesting!" said Ravi Malhotra

But Pratap didn't like the idea. But Guru Raisinghania assured him it will work.

"I won't agree with it. I will do all sorts of illegal activities in my way. Why do we want to split these illegal activities? What is the need for it?" asked Tagore Sharma bluntly to Guru Raisinghania.

"Yes, it is needed now. The government is making the rules and laws stricter. So it is better that we split the group and work on a particular activity of smuggling. If you don't want to divide the illegal activities, I will be ok. But mark my word, our entire mafia business will come to an end after 10 years." Replied Raisinghania by looking at everyone.

"But how do you tell mafia in Mumbai will come to an end?" asked Mr. Dixit.

"Mafia in Mumbai will not come to an end. Our mafia business in Mumbai will come to an end because we destroy and betray other mafia groups which will lead to a major fall of our group. Already we have lost 50% of our men by fighting with each other. After 10 years, we will die completely, then a new mafia group will be arousing in Mumbai." Guru Raisinghania's words made everyone think deeply.

Everyone looked at each other's eyes. Finally, Guru Raisinghania asked for the majority. Ravi and Dixit supported the idea of him but the other two didn't give a response. So finally Guru Raisinghania's opinion won based on the majority.

"But how do we split ourselves?" asked Mr. Dixit.

"By spinning this gun on the table. After spinning, If the gun points to a particular person at the table. Then the person gets the first chance to choose the element he wants!" Said Mr. Malhotra holding a gun in his hand.

Malhotra placed the gun on the table and spin it with their left hand.

The persons sitting at the table were eager to get the first chance so they could demand the "EARTH" element except one.

For the first spin, the gun pointed towards Mr. Raisinghania.

"Fire" Raisinghania demanded.

Everyone was confused. He could have taken earth elements so that he can smuggle gold, diamond, granite, etc.., Earth elements had more profit than other elements. But he decided to take fire element.

Second-time Raisinghania spin the gun, which pointed at Dixit.

"Earth," he told which gave disappointment to the remaining three of them.

Next spin, the gun pointed towards Mr. Tagore Sharma.

"I want Air," He told with excitement.

Next spin, the gun pointed toward Mr. Ravi Malhotra.

"Water!" he told with his dark voice. Mr. Pratap was not given the opportunity to choose an element. He was filled with rage. Dixit, on the other hand, tried to pacify his anger by holding his wrist. Finally, Mr. Pratap received the space element.

"But I need to know who will become the next leader for this mafia clan?" said Mr. Tagore Sharma by clenching his jaw.

"Before that, rules needed to be decided by us. I will set the rules because I didn't get my choice to choose an element" said Mr. Pratap with a cunning face. Everyone agreed to it.

"First rule, every clan must do their allotted element activities. No one shouldn't interfere in others' activities. From now onwards each mafia clan will be called according to the elements of nature, not by family's name."

"Second rule, mafia marriage alliance should be taken place within their mafia clan or another mafia clan. No clan shouldn't select an outside person who is not involved in the mafia."

"Third rule, ...."

"Wait a minute, Mr. Pratap, I doubt your second rule," said Mr. Sharma. Mr. Pratap sighed him to ask.

"If a man who belongs to the Air clan and a woman who belong to the earth clan get married, then the man who belongs to Air clan can do the illegal business of both the Air and earth clan, isn't it?" asked Mr. Sharma making everyone's eyes widened listening to him.

"No, I will tell clearly to you. If the marriage happens between a man who belongs to the Air clan and a woman who belongs to the earth clan, then the man or woman will not get both powers of that element but the child of them will get the power of using both elements. That born child will belong to the Air clan but it will get the power of both the Air and Earth clan. So the child can do both the illegal activities which belong to Air and Earth but not their parents." replied Mr. Pratap making everyone shocked.

"No, I won't accept it," said Mr. Raisinghania determined. But the other four convinced him somehow.

"Coming to the Third rule, Space clan will be the legal adviser for the Mafia leader. Each clan will have a leader for their respective clan. each year, we will conduct a mafia roundtable meeting to select a mafia leader by the voting method. The clan leader of each clan shall participate in the mafia leader position."

"Fourth rule, Space clan leader will not be able to vote and participate for the position of a mafia leader. But remaining four clan leaders alone should participate and vote to select a person. If the four clan leaders get the equal number of vote, then Space clan leader will be the mafia leader." Said Mr. Pratap waiting for the people's reaction. From their looks, he thought they agreed to it.

"Fifth rule, as space clan doesn't get the power of becoming mafia leader. So Space clan will always check whether rules are followed perfectly by the other mafia clan. If a person in a mafia doesn't follow this rule, then 'Panchamahabhutas' will kill them." Said Mr. Pratap by finishing the list of rules.

"What is Panchamahabhutas?" asked Mr. Sharma. "Panchamahabutas are the five fundamental responsibility for the creation of the universe, including humans Pancha means five, maha means great, bhuta means that which exists. It represents fire, water, earth, space, air. But who are Panchamahabutas?" asked Mr. Raisinghania to Mr. Pratap.

"Panchamahabutas will serve as a servant for our mafia. Children who are financially poor in this society would be ideal candidates for the job in panchamahabutas. Every mafia clan will train this individual, particularly for security reasons. However, the space clan will provide them with specialized instruction. If a member of the mafia clan violates the clan's regulations, they have the right to murder the mafia member." Said Mr. Pratap completing his speech.

"I think everyone is okay with these rules. Now shall we select a leader for the mafia in Mumbai?" asked Dixit. Everyone nodded their head.

Mr. Pratap didn't open his mouth because he can't vote as he belongs to the space clan. He was also confident that these four people will only vote for themselves.

As per Mr. Pratap's plan, Dixit, Malhotra, Sharma voted for themselves but his plan didn't work in front of Guru Raisinghania. Guru Raisinghania smirked at Mr. Pratap knowing about his plan. "I vote for Water clan leader!" his words gave a huge shock to everyone.

Mr. Pratap controlled his anger by clenching his fist. With a fake smile on his face, he announced the winner's name. "From now on, Mr. Ravi Malhotra who belongs to the water clan is our mafia leader."
