"Ye room..." Mahi bhai pauses as he saw Rishabh putting cushions on their place cleaning them and sighed amused.

"Umm due to some personal reasons so I'm handling her patients for now so yeah Mr. Kohli how're you feeling" Ranbir said casually while Virat groaned in irritation.

"Yeah am perfect you know" Virat said while Ranbir injected some drugs in his drip and team look at him while their mouths agape.

Anushka finally come back in her cabin after daily round to find Ranbir waiting for her.

"Itni der kardi 2 patients hi to bache the bas. Ohhh Virat Kohli ke room me zyada time lag gaya kya" Ranbir asked wiggling his eyebrows.

"Shut up Ranbir" Anushka tried to ignore him.

"Me kyun shut up hon sach to hai tu aj kal wahin paye jati hai" Ranbir teased her.

"Han to wo VIP patient hain itna bada scandal hai ye double check karni padegi na har cheez" Anushka reasoned.

"Anushka sharma ko to kisiko special treatment dene walon se nafrat thi na ab kya hogaya. Sach bata tujhe kisi pr crush to nahi hogaya na" Ranbir jolted excitedly as the idea clicked him.

"Nahi... tu pagal hai kya" Anushka stammered a bit but Ranbir caught her.

"Umm doctor Anushka are you coming for surgery" A doctor knocked her cabin.

"Yes Dr. Mehta I am coming aap formalities pori karen" Anushka replied.

"You sure you can do this like concentration wise you know" Ranbir asked her after the doctor leaves.

"Ranbir ye sab mujhe mere kam se distract nahi karsakta you know it right. That's my duty my profession, my life and nothing can distract me from this" Anushka said confidently and Ranbir smiled.

Anushka was going out for surgery just then her phone ringed; it was Virat's mother.

"Shruti kitna time lagegain sab me" She asked shruti who was filling some form.

"Ma'am around 15-30 minutes" she replied solemnly.

Anuska quickly heads towards a corner and picked up the call. 

"Nushkay kahan hai tu beta" His mother spoke.

"Ary soory sorry aunty kam me lag ke bilkul bhool gaye me baat karwana or kal mne apke messages dekhe to raat bohat hogaye thi to mene socha subah reply karungi or bhool gaye" Anushka said apologetically.

"Acha me wahi Vikas se keh rahi thi ke media sab to ham dekh nahi rahe tu hi batati hai kya horaha hai bhagwan na kare kuch anhoni... khair chod tu bata kaisi hai pareshan lag rahi" his mother said with concern.

"Ary kuch nahi bas wahi sab kam abhi surgery ke liye hi jarahi hon me ruko Vi se baat karwati hon me" Anushka dodged the topic and quickly heads towards Virat's room

Virat saw Anushka entering the room and before he could say anything Anushka forwarded the phone towards him.

"Mummy kaisi ho aap" Virat asked tearing up.

"Me.. tu bata tu kaisa hai. Gadha kuch bhi karta hai pata hai kitna pareshan the hum sab" his mother scolded while crying and Virat also smiled tearfully.

"Sorry na mummy apko to pata hai sab" Virat said wiping his tears.

"Tum log baat karo me aaye" Anushka excused herself.

"Tujhe dard horaha hai kya zyada" his mother asked him and he smiled.

"Han mujhe pata hai Anushka hai na usne sab sambhal lena hai wo hai na tabhi hum nahi aaye yahan haina Anushka" his mother spoke affectionately.

"Mummy wo nahi hai yahan gaye phone deke" Virat said.

"Kyun tum log phir lade kya tu ne phir kuch kiya?" His mother scolded him.

"Uski koi surgery hai or har bar me hi kuch nahi karta hon wo koi devi thori hai" Virat shot back.

"Han han discharge, obsession, shruti or kohli no jokes on goli sab to me karti hoon na wahan pe" his mother retorts back furiously.

"Kitni chudail hai sab bata diya apko" Virat mumbled.

"Tu deserve karta hai wo sab" his mother said unbothered.

"Huh 4 goliyan lagi hain mujhe lekin mera to kisiko khayal hi nahi hai" Virat whined again while his mother pauses for a second.

"Anushka to keh rahi thi ek goli lagi hai tujhe" his mother stammered slowly and realization dawned on Virat.

"Ary Ro yahan aa na" Virat said pulling Rohit in the frame while his mother's smile fainted.

"Hello mummy kaisi hain aap" Rohit smiled nervously.

"Ab kya karna hai 4 mahine bad jan ke ke hum kaise hain" his mother said.

"I... me pata nahi me janta hon meri ghalti hai me...." Rohit sighed emotionally.

"Mummy aap ye sab..." Virat tried to intervene but Rohit cut him off.

"Batayen aunty kya karen phir hum apke liye" Harry said jumping in between shoving his face in the screen.

"Hey bhagwan tu bhi hai yahan pe" his mother said slightly scared at his suddenness.

"Ary sab hain yahan pe ruko me dikhata hon" Rohit happily chirped and turned the camera around while everyone greeted her.

"Hayee kaise jhel rahi hogi meri bechari nushkay in sabko wo bhi ke saath" Virat's mother wondered aloud.

"Actually himmat hai uss bachi ki I swear Virat ke saath saath in sab ko bhi handle karna kitna mushkil hai me samajh sakta hon" Mahi bhai added sympathetically.

"Huh sure. Sab pe order chalati rehti hai aaye badi bechari" Virat groaned to himself.

"Haina wo hai tabhi hum chen se bethe hain yahan par. Aise wo hai to hojaega sab" his mother added affectionately.

Virat rolled his eyes at that statement but internally adored the affection his mother has for Anushka and snatched the phone from Rohit's hand.

"Bas mummy apka Anushka jaap hogaya to mujhe bhi poochlo kuch" Virat whined.

"Tu kab insan banega" His mother said spontaneously.

"ahh bro is stuck in some deep shit" Harry laughed.

"Uhh choro mummy Nushkie aajaegi uska phone lene abhi hum badme baat karenge" Virat said ignoring her question and Anushka enters.

"Han chal khayal rakh tu apna or han Nushka ko tang mat karna zyada wo bachi ko bohat kam hai or uska khayal rakhna usko ye teri iss double faced duniya ka kuch nahi pata dehan rakh uska theek hai" his mother instructed quickly.

"Lo agaye Nushkie" Virat said looking at her.

"100 sal jiyegi tu" his mother said happily as Anushka took the phone.

"Khayal rakhna aap or han stay away from media theek hai me call krti hon bad me" Anushka said smiling and cut the call.

Virat keenly observes Anushka.

"Normally to ye aise or mirchi lagake mummy ko mere khilaf bhadkati abhi chup kyun hogaye hai ye" Virat thought looking at Anushka's fake smile.

"Dr. Anushka mujhe pata tha tum yahin milogi" Ranbir said crashing into the room.

"Nahi me bas ja hi rahi thi" Anuska stuttered.

"Han han mujhe pata hai aj kal tumhara bohat aana jana horaha hai wo surgery ka time hogaya tha tum bolo to postpone karwadon" Ranbir asked teasing.

"Nahi jao tum cross-check karo sab me arahi hon" Anushka said and he left winking at her.

"Umm surgery ke liye jarahi hon 4-5 hours ki, koi issue ho to ask Shruti or Ranbir, except them don't trust anybody" Anushka instructed.

"Kuch hoa hai kya Nushkie" Virat softly mumbled.

"Nah everything is manageable" Anushka smiled and Virat sighed.

"I hope" Virat said looking at her retreating figure.

AFTER 4-5 HOURS:

Anushka came back in her cabin to find Ranbir sitting there.

"Here you are. Kabse wait kar raha tha me" Ranbir said.

"Kyun kya hoa" Anushka asked alarmed.

"Lunch time hoa 2 hours pehle. Bhook lagi hai yar chal kuch kha ke aate hain" Ranbir said and Anushka smiled knowing he's trying to cheer her up.

"Chod na yahin kuch mangwa lete hain" Anushka said.

"Nahi cafe bakwas hai yahan ka bahar chalte hain na thori der ki to baat hai" Ranbir tried to convince her.

"Paise tu dega" Anushka said playfully and Ranbir surrendered.

"Kitni kanjoos hai tu. Chal kya yad rakhegi done but Dr. Mehta se permission tu legi" Ranibr said and Anushka smiled.

AFTER HALF AN HOUR:

Ranbir and Anushka were coming out of a nearby restaurant.

"Dekha it was a good idea to come outside for lunch kitna acha khana tha" Ranbir said and Anushka shook his head.

"Hota hi na mera favorite restaurant tha or dish bhi meri fav thi" Ranbir flexed.

"Or mene hi to..." Before Ranbir continues his rant Anushka cut him off 

"Han han hum samajh gaye how great your choices are now shut up please" Anushka said and he scowled.

Just then Anushka noticed few paps clicking their pictures.

"Excuse me wait" Anushka said shocked.

"Ma'am kya connection hai apka Virat Kohli ke case se?" A reported asked her.

"Kya aap bhi uss racket ka part hain" another one asked.

"Excuse me please leave us" Ranbir said.

"Sir kyaaap inke boyfriend hain?" another one asked.

"Ma'am kya ye sincerity hai aap logon ki apne kam or patients ki taraf aap log yahan ghum rahe hain" another one asked shoving cameras into Anushka's face.

"JUST LEAVE FROM HERE. LET US GO" Anushka screamed in fear and frustration moving forward hastily.

"Ma'am or kitna use karengi aap Virat Kohli ke fame ko?"

Anushka quickly heads inside the hospital blankly while Ranbir followed her.

"Are you ok" Ranbir asked as they both reached her cabin ignoring everyone's strange gazed.

"They have always been like that Ranbir bas hamne dehan nahi diya. Koi na can you please go and inform Dr. Mehta we are back" Anushka said wanting to be left alone and Ranbir understood leaving closing the door behind after saying a quick take care.

Anushka sat there holding her head in her hands.

"You are there for you girl. You will manage this it's fine" Anushka said as her body shivered while replaying those filthy words.

"You can't fall weak you have to manage this tu karlegi like you always do you can't let them harm their family" Anushka said comforting herself like she always do and quickly picked up her phone calling her mother.

"Anushka beta tujhe hi call kar rahi thi me ye sab kya dikha rahe hain tv me to theek hai?" his mother asked panicked.

"Han mumma I am good kuch nahi hoa" Anushka tried to sound normal.

"Dekha mne media ne kya kiya, headlines me araha hai itna bada bada jhoot mat bol" her mother said crying and Anushka sighed.

"Chodo mumma media ka to sabko pata hi hai koi baat nahi mil jaega inhe naya topic bhool jaenge ye sab phir" Anushka consoled her.

"Han par tab tak kya karenge. Virat kya kar raha hai wo kuch nahi bol raha kya wo to kuch karsakta hoga na" his mother asked weakly yet suspiciously.

"Ary par hum" her mother tried to say but she cuts her off.

"Mumma please I am managing this but abhi man lo do what I say kisi relative ka phone mat uthana and bahar jana bhi avoid karo I don't know wo log kya karsakte hain" Anushka said as some unknown fear clouded her mind.

"Han par wo calls arahi hain bohat relatives ki ignore kaise kardon" her mother said

"Jaise wo hamen ignore karte the when we needed them" Anushka said bitterly and her mother sighed.

"Anushka ab kya hoga" his mother said terrified.

"Don't worry me hon yahan aap logon tak koi danger nahi aane dungi. Call karti hon badme" Anushka assured her before cutting the call and she just sat there tiredly.

"Han na obviously apka kam hai ye ke unko acha sa partner dhoond ke do" Yuzi added as Rohit excused himself to attend a call.

"Umm han.... han" Virat said confused making everyone stiff their laughter and Mahi bhai shook his head.

"Waise wo dr. Ranbir ki bhi shaadi nahi hoi hai na" Jaddu said wiggling his eyebrows suggestively.
