Kissing Diana for what seemed like eternity, Alex finally raised his head probably to take in some air, he placed his forehead over hers before looking into her eyes.

"Tell me you didn't feel that"  Alex demanded looking into her kissed swollen pink lips before lifting his penetrating gaze into her eyes bearing all form of deep sexual desire and emotions.

"Because your eyes are saying, kiss me again" he whispered seductively, lifting her chin to look straight at him while his other hand pulled her more closer to him.

With their breath running at a considerably fast pace, they stared at the heat in each others eyes before their lips met once more again.

This time Diana resolve washed away as she kissed him this time. No resistance or whatsoever. When she kissed him it was like both  of their feelings was been transmitted through an electromagnetic wave

It was magic. She had never been kissed like that.

Their lips move in syn as if it was made for each other. A kiss softer and gentler than she had ever known, yet it somehow deepened the hormones rushing through her.

His kiss was far from tentative. She parted her lips to give him more access, wanting more. Whatever this was  they both felt it, she was sure of it. She was perfectly sure now.

Alex was moving her to the sofa already, kissing deeply still to have them both relaxed when they were jolted back to their environment with the loud ringtone coming from his office  mobile phone on his desk.

Fuck! Alex swore under his breath at the annoying interruption.

What a good time to interrupt.

"Just ignore it" Alex said taking Diana's face into his two palms as he lowered his lips to continue from where they left off but then the other person across the line won't have his called been ignored as he kept on calling immediately the first call stopped ringing.

"I think you should take that" Diana said deciding to take this up another time.

Alex nodded as he released her, their moment had been ruined already. He made his way to his desk to pick up the phone before it turned their eardrums in  to shreds. Yeah it was that loud.

"You better have a better explanation for blowing my phone off with your consistent calls, Rachel" Alex demanded trying not to sound too irritated with her disturbance as he brought his phone to his ears.

"Luckily I do, you have an urgent meeting with the landmark global executives" Rachel read off her schedule list for Alex on the other  side of the phone.

"Have them wait for me in the conference room, would you. Will be there shortly" Alex replied in a rush before he clicked the end button.

Taking a long stride to where Diana was standing he asked her yet again. "Do you believe me?"

"You have to ask again, did you not receive your answer already. I mean with the kiss" Diana stated rather than asked, blushing slightly.

"I know, but it would be more reassuring to hear you say it" Alex said taking her hands into his.

"Yes, I believe you.  But we still have a lot of things to talk about." Diana conceded.

"Yes, of course" Alex agreed " I know everything will be okay now that I have you here with me" he said placing her hands on his heart.

It felt good to be back with each other not that they had dated.

Dated officially or broken up and now having a makeup moment.

None of that had happened.

They were actually acknowledging each other feelings now, the burning flame to be together, the inevitable strong pull drawing them more closer to each other than ever before.

"Now that we have had that settled, would you go out with me tonight" Alex pursued further.

"Moving on are we" Diana said smiling

"I take it that, that's a yes" Alex replied grinning from ear to ear.

"No" Diana said convincingly shaking her head and took Alex face in her two palms bringing her lips to meet his in a kiss and said

"That's a yes" Diana confirmed smiling.

They were making progress. It happened so fast.

"I like you when you are like this" Alex began drawing Diana in for a more passionate kiss to complete what she started but was stopped Midway.

"Alex you have a meeting to attend" Diana began urging him to get on with his work "And I have to return to work" she completed defiantly turning him to his work already.

"We are back to first name basis now, are we?" Alex mentioned smiling. Particularly happy about the turn of events.

"Yes of course "

Apparently when he had started with his explanation few minutes ago, he didn't see things turning out this good, basically because Diana had put on a stand to every word that came out of his mouth, she should have been a lawyer certainly because of the way she had argued with him over the course of their conversation. It was hell of a conversation. He would admit.

His father's luck eventually paid out. That was all he could say for his father. At least for now. He would deal with his crazy idea some other time but certainly not today.

He was going to live in this elated bliss for now.

He needed to and he would.

"Okay, let me just savour this moment my dear" Alex protested before his lips met Diana's once more.
