Blackbird Pearl is yet another one of Tan Diamond's Power Pearls found among the usual crowds of those at her HQ. While she's missing a leg, Blackbird still manages to get around albeit noisily at times thanks to the metal prosthetic. She emerged rather flawless, but in time ended up on Earth. It was during her time on Earth she lost one of her legs and became bitter towards other Gems even those similar to her. Her back wings are much larger than her 'siblings', though relation is only by being created at the same planet.

Blackbird isn't seen very much often for anyone to know much about her past, but she possesses the usual Power Pearl abilities. She can also detect Gems who trying to sneak by via camouflage. As a result, visitors are warned to be careful if they try to sneak by her using that ability.
