Next day Anika was in Oberoi's Office ,

in her patiala salwar kurti , kolhapuri jutti , jhumka in ear, one plaid of her hair , kajal in eyes , Bindi on forehead and a Mangalsutra .

She was looking at her CV that her personal secretary prepared for her boss's (Shivaay :P) personal secretary's interview . She was in business world and not a film celebrity that people would recognize her after her changed look . She was here as Anika Oberoi , so none's mind even went on Anika Raichand , afterall who would guess that both are same ????

Interview was being taken by Tia and Adi , though Tia was not in much favour of hiring Anika , due to her dressing and also she did not want any girl lingering in front of SSO , who was such a flirt (according to her) . When her chance will come, she always wondered ??????

But Adi took Anika's interview and was super impressed . He being more close to Shivaay and more powerful was decision maker .

Shivaay without seeing the detail , signed on the employment form of acceptance for Anika as Adi had selected her . There was no need to re-check in small matters . He knew Adi did his work best .

Then Adi Informed Anika who was anxiously waiting .

ADI : "You can join from tomorrow itself"

"Thanks" Anika said coolly in style but then remembered she was only personal secretary here .

ANIKA : "Thank you sir for giving me chance"

ADI : "You deserve it Anika, Welcome to our office."

ANIKA : "Sir, just one question , did the boss see my profile ?"

Adi immediatly got serious .......

ADI : "You do not concern yourself with other's work . Concentrate on your work . Boss is very demanding . he demands perfection in every work ."

Anger crept inside Anika , how could a simple employee of her husband talk to her like that but she soon realized the situation .

ANIKA : "Sorry Sir"

ADI : "Ok , this was last time I Guess . Well anyways , boss don't go in detail of every employees "

Anika nodded and left . She got the information which she wanted to know .

Adi was also Shivaay's friend and head of accounts for all centers . He was Shivaay's right hand as well .

After an hour or so , Shivaay called Adi

SHIVAAY : "Adi here are the files , I need you to get someone set it up in my new secretary's cabin . Lots of work getting piled up , she will need to speed up from tomorrow itself . "

ADI : "Shivaay, have some mercy on her........ "

SHIVAAY : "if anyone needs mercy at work in OBEROI'S , they are welcomed to leave the job ."

ADI : "Ok Mr. Boss"

SHIVAAY : "Kya Yaar !!! " he did not like hearing Boss from Adi , he was his friend first , but there was no compromise in work .........

ADI : "Ok , tell me, you want the next cabin for her"

SHIVAAY : "Definitely, she will need to work continuously with me and handle my calls too . "

ADI : "gayi bechari "

Adi said truly concerned for the new secretary ......

then they started discussing on their projects and then got busy with meetings etc .

Next morning ,

Tia entered office at 8 and there were few employees who have already started their work . But what took her attention was movement in Shivaay's office .

Shivaay generally came by 8:30 . Curious Tia started moving towards Shivaay's cabin but soon she got a glimpse of a Jhumka......

"Ohh behenji secretary is here" She now confidently went there and was surprised to see Shivaay's office decor completely changed from modern to traditional .

TIA : "Are you planning to be thrown out of office today itself . This is Shivaay Oberoi's office , do you have any idea ?????? who gave you permission to make changes ."

ANIKA : "I am doing my duty Mam . Please do not worry about me"

Anika was expert enough to know where to show attitude and were not .

TIA : "See the arrogance of this girl , Anyways, you are soon going to get fired." fuming Tia left .

After Anika was done "Abb ayega maza... you don't like my entry at home na , now face me whole day here , my dear hubby....." Anika wanted to make her presence felt to Shivaay and for that she have to take this route .

She then quietly sat in her office making her computer's initial setup and emails .

Exactly at 8:35 am whole office heard Boss's angry voice .

SHIVAAY : "Who the hell have guts to do this ???? "

he said standing at door of his office . Everyone gathered near him and Tia came running

TIA : "Sir , your new secretary "

SHIVAAY : "What ?? my new secretary ...... How dare she ??? send her in and everyone else disperse ."

Shivaay was fuming in his office when there was knock .

ANIKA : "May I come in SIRRR....RRRRR ?? "

Shivaay without looking said "Sure" in anger and turned to get one of the biggest surprise .

SHIVAAY : "You ? How dare you ? Out of my office immediately or else I will have my security throw you out " he said in one breath not able to tolerate the view in front of him . Why was this turning to be his worst day ?

ANIKA : "You called for me sir, your personal secretary- Anika Oberoi " she forwarded her hand which Shivaay completely ignored .

He dialed Adi "Adi , in my office immediately"

Adi was in his office in no minutes "What happened Shivaay"

SHIVAAY : "You hired this girl ? "

ADI : "Yes , Shivaay . She is very talented"

SHIVAAY : "yes , I know how much talented she is"

ADI : "How you know her?"

Adi got confused

Shivaay got alert of what he was speaking "Don't you see my office turned upside down Adi . Do I need to know more?" Anika all this time had a smile on her face and that was making Shivaay angrier.

SHIVAAY : "I want her fired immediately"

"We can't" Adi said

SHIVAAY : " why can't we? "

ADI : "she got contract signed for one year, she needed job security badly"

Shivaay could not believe how far she could go ???

SHIVAAY : "and what reason is it??? "

ADI : "she need to prove something to her husband sir. You know husband these days..."

Shivaay looked at Anika in anger "I very well know, husbands and Wife of these days" Adi got confused again

"how come you know Shivaay? " adi was getting confused .....

SHIVAAY : "Adi, you leave. I will deal with her" Adi left and Shivaay was fuming with anger , standing in same space as hers . In anger he came close to her and grabbed her arm tightly . Anika winced in pain ........

ANIKA : "Ahh Shivaay, it hurts"

he pushed her to the wall still holding her arm tight . His eyes boiling with anger "No Shivaay, Only Sir. You are just my personal secretary" he said in warning voice, pointing finger at her.

SHIVAAY : "And listen, you have started this game and you will burn in this . This is no Shivaay you are dealing with . It is Shivaay Singh Oberoi , always remember that , it will be better for you."

He was hurting her but Anika's concentration was on his face , so close to her. She could read the pain. She was lost looking lovingly at him ......

She touched his cheeks lovingly and intently lost in her eyes "Jalna he toh hai mujhe "

Shivaay jerked her away from him .

SHIVAAY : "Do not dare."

"And yes, I give you half an hour. Bring this cabin back to normal."

Saying so he left for his meeting .....

After he left Anika sat on the chair to calm herself . His angry face and fire filled eyes were flashing in front of her eyes .

What she had thought was not here ???? She had thought Shivaay was upset with her but he was Shivaay and Shivaay could be molded with some or more efforts from his ANI'S side .

When his parents had said it was impossible , she agreed to them but within knew, Shivaay was a simple man , upset with her but putting effort she could melt him but what she saw today was entirely different . This person was Shivaay from no where . He really was Shivaay Singh Oberoi and now things really seemed almost impossible for her .

But that was her task . She has changed him to this Avatar and she will bring him back . It was tough , almost near to impossible job but she have to do it . There was no option left for her . she cant loose him again .........

When Shivaay came after 1 hour , Anika was still lost in her thoughts .......

SHIVAAY : "What the hell is this Anika Raichand ? "

Shivaay shouted with anger seeing she has not fixed the cabin . Anika was about to correct him for Anika Oberoi , but seeing anger in his kanji eyes gulped her saliva . She could not believe this was Shivaay ??? his anger which could scare even the boldest and here she was the culprit .

Within minutes he started throwing all the flower vase and other decorations she had placed and floor was filled with broken stuff & he was no where to stop .

ANIKA : "I will fix it Shivaay , calm down please"

she said holding his hand to stop him , but he held her arm with tight grip and made her stand straight , pointing finger towards her.......

SHIVAAY : "its sir, this is last warning"

ANIKA : "ok sir"

SHIVAAY : "Get this fixed ASAP"

he left the cabin . With the help of cleaning department Anika got busy while Shivaay stood outside walking to and fro,.........

After a while , Shivaay was in his cabin and Anika in hers .

Anika was correlating things from past . How she had expected her husband to be a classy man with high attitude and position . She had in no case imagine that such a common man , simple with no high ambition , leading most traditional life will be her husband and here was Shivaay Singh Oberoi , very much a man she had thought , in case of power and attitude . But destiny , today she wished so badly to see that simple Shivaay, but she could not even get glimpse of him in this SSO .

Her heart almost cried .

PAST :

Anika was in her office discussing project details with board members .

MAHESH : "if you all could excuse us , I want to talk with my daughter."

ANIKA : "Dad but now"

MAHESH : "everyone out"

ANIKA : "Dad !!!!! "

She whined ...........

MAHESH : "Anika I have selected a groom for you ? "

ANIKA : "ohh dad, we could talk about this at home."

Mohinder forwarded Shivaay's pic which was from his IIM farewell , Shivaay offcourse was looking smart business like man in that .

ANIKA : "ohh wow , he looks great , I know you will select best for me dad, after all he is going to be heir of your business too along with me"

MAHESH : "Anika , come out of business dear, I am selecting a boy for you."

ANIKA : "See how concerned you are about the boy and this alliance , more than me , you will choose best dad , I don't want to waste my time in this matter "

MAHESH : "Still , its your life kid"

ANIKA : "Ok Dad , just tell me, is he classy ???? "

MAHESH : "Anika he has a class of its own . He is different."

ANIKA : "Good he has class then , now does he have attitude ??"

MAHESH : "Yes, he has, but its again in a very different way . Anika I think you should go in detail ."

ANIKA : "This much information is enough. I say YES. " She hugged him "I trust the choice of my dad, he will be unique."

PRESENT :

ANIKA : "Bad luck of mine , I did not see the unique one dad had chosen for me . I never tried to go deep and look into him . I shoukd have at least trusted Dad's decision , if dad had selected someone for me , he had to be special . My blind eyes did not see it."

She saw Shivaay from blinds , how deeply he was engrossed in work . She wiped her tears that was threatening to drop .

ANIKA : "No Anika , you have to be bold and ready to face a lot. It is not easy to win this SSO ."

Shivaay on other side was trying to concentrate .

Why she was here was beyond his understanding , but he will get the truth out from her. He needed to know her intentions but his heart slipped when he remembered how she looked like Ani , exactly same, but unfortunately this was illusion he knew .

His hands were itching to snatch away those bangles from her hand , but how could he ? his mother herself handed it to her the day she was leaving . Why had she asked for bangles from Maa he could not understand either ?

SHIVAAY : "Whatever be , she will regret joining this office."

Anika after few minutes got the call .

ANIKA : "hello ? "

SHIVAAY : "Get me my coffee in my cabin soon" and he kept the phone

ANIKA : "Coffee? Never heard anyone ordering me"

she made face "But Anika , this Shivaay is a complete bagad billa , get ready for anything.."

Anika immediately went to bring coffee for Shivaay . when she started making it , the thought that she was doing it for Shivaay , made her blush.

Blushing she entered with coffee .

SHIVAAY : "Why are you blushing ? Now don't act in front of me. I know you pretty well Anika Raichand "

ANIKA : "Anika Oberoi sir, I joined here with this name."

SHIVAAY : "Don't argue with me and now go, I want all detail on Noida bridge project, by today"

ANIKA : "By Today? "

SHIVAAY : "Yes, so better concentrate on work rather than planing for which you are here. I want my employees 100% attention in office . now leave"

Anika was looking into the file "Is this personal secretary's work, no way. But this bagad billa knows what I can work on and he is not gonna let me free."

Shivaay had sent her but Bangles in her hand led him to his past.........

PAST :

Pinky was near her cupboard arranging the jewelry when Shivaay came from behind and hugged her.

PINKY : "my son is very happy ??? you won another Match I guess ?"

SHIVAAY : "Hmm.. what are you doing with these ?"

PINKY : "This is all I have for your Ani , pata nahi yeh sab uske layak hai bhi ki nahi ?? "

SHIVAAY : "Are aise kaise.. your things will be most precious for my Ani " He took her pic out from his pocket "See how simple and innocent she is . Those money things doesn't matter to my Ani I am sure about that "

PINKY : "Accha.. so you know her without even talking to her. Why don't you call her once ???? "

SHIVAAY : "I don't need to talk to her to know how she is ?? Ussi din pata chalega usse ki kitna pyar karta hoon main usse"

PINKY : "Hmm.. fooling your mom haan you are getting shy iss liye tasveer se hi baaten karta hai "

SHIVAAY : "Nahi toh , how do you know ? " Shivaay went into defense mode .

PINKY : "Maa hoon teri , I know everything going in your mind" saying so she placed a soft slap on his cheek .

SHIVAAY : "Maa that bangle , you are not doing anything to it right ??? "

PINKY : "hmmm , so Ani's first gift?"

SHIVAAY : "You are my maa , you know me" and he tried to get hold of the bangles .

PINKY : "Ok , don't touch it I will get it cleaned."

He was brought in present by the ringing of phone.........

SHIVAAY : "What a fool I was ??? "

Thinking that he picked up the call ,

SHIVAAY : "Yes, what is it ? "

ANIKA : "Sir its call from Maa on other line"

SHIVAAY : " its Mrs Oberoi for you , got it ?? transfer the call ....."

Anika quietly transferred .......

She was looking at the files "How do I complete this ? its my first day and I have to work from scratch , upar se I have do his personal secretary's job too . Kabhi coffee , kabhi phone, kabhi file. " ufff babaji ....................

"Mujhe iss bagad bille se bacha lo ? nahi nahi , sirf unke gusse se baki sab toh main sambhal he lungi " she blushed while thinking about her bagad billa hubby !!!!!!!!!!!
