Anika's thoughts were broken by the phone's ring ...........

She has been very busy these days to make party successful and that to upto Shivaay's standards .

She laughed at her thoughts , how she would taunt him on his class and standard , that time he was aloof of this world and now that he was in this world, it was tough for anyone to match his class and standard .

These days Anika was so busy she did not get chance to go to 10th floor as Shivaay has placed her on 4th floor .

Only time she would see him , was thru her window which gave clear view of his elegant entry .

Seeing his style and attitude , Anika would get flirty and keep her hand on her heart "haaye main mar jawan , itna intezaar mat karwaoona"

Well she was happy that Shivaay allowed her to stay in this office and did not send her to London .

her phone was still ringing and Anika picked it coming out of her dreamland .

ANIKA : Hello ?

SHIVAAY : why don't you pick phone in one time ?

Anika did not know what to say and in hurry

ANIKA : sir I was in washroom, how could I come in between ?

SHIVAAY : bas stop it and come on my floor immediately .......

Ohh first time in so many days he have called her , Anika got big smile

ANIKA : washroom, I did not go but now I need to go .....

She went there, freshen her face, placed fresh lipgloss and liner . Did a light touch up .

She was on her way thinking :

ANIKA : I know he will lecture me for coming late , but what can I do ? my darling hubby remembered me after so many days , a little touchup is needed .

As Anika knocked his cabin "come in" he was all ready for lecturing her , exactly according to her assumption but Anika indeed was looking out of world with little touch up , jhumka in ears , curled hair on her face, Shivaay's eyes got stuck on her .

For few moments he got lost in Ani's world . But he soon came back to sense and got even more angry , how could he ?

SHIVAAY : Why the hell were you so late ? he roared.

Anika smiled , knowing he was lost in her . She herself wanted to be lost in him , seeing him after so many days , so near .

SHIVAAY : now why are you smilling ? I asked why are you so late ?

Anika got flirty ,

ANIKA : Just got little freshen up , you called me after so many days , aise kaise aa jati ????

SHIVAAY : ohh really ? Get to the point , how is party preparation going on ? Anika was not in mood to talk professional so soon , end the talk and get out. She wanted to spend some time with him .

ANIKA : if you have asked me to do something , I will definitely give my hundred percent to it but ........

SHIVAAY : BUT WHAT ? Anika got up from her chair and went near Shivaay not able to hold the distance ,Shivaay got up from his seat to go far away but Anika held his wrist ......

ANIKA : Shivaay till when is this going to go on ? I accept It was my fault , all and everything was my fault and I was the cause of our relation breaking , but you broke it and I know it was needed that time and that's why I accepted to go out for your life ........

Shivaay loose her grip from his hand.....

SHIVAAY : go to your cabin , tomorrow we have the party and I want you to be presentable as per our client and who knows better than you how to entertain the clients !!! it was bitter and painfull taunt in his words .

But Anika went in front of Shivaay , softly placed her both hands on his suit near his heart

ANIKA : I am your wife , you can't deny ME . You can punish me as much as possible but Shivaay we have already lost so much time coz of my foolishness and then your career but now ........

Shivaay's eyes got fixed on her beautiful face which was completely decorated like his Ani . He got weak whenever she came as Ani in front of him and he cold not focus on anything , nor her words but he was man of control now . He just turned his face , removed her hands

SHIVAAY : out , before I take some drastic step !

But Anika like a stubborn kid hugged him again , making things worst for Shivaay

ANIKA : Apne se dur karne ke elawa , do whatever you want to do . I am ready for all . I can't take this distance anymore ......

Shivaay closed his eyes tight and gather a lot of strength to separate her from him , this was so tempting , she like Ani in his arms , but no he is not going to fall in her trap .

He removed her hands and held her hands tightly & looked angrily at her

SHIVAAY : What makes you think , with what happened ? I should trust you even a bit . You did whatever you felt like , who am I to punish you ? I never had right on you so how can I have now ? Don't push things in other direction , got it . Come to the point , what you want so that we can be done with it and you can just leave me in peace on my own ........

ANIKA : What can the other reason be Shivaay ? I love you, I am madly in love with you trust me........

SHIVAAY : Ohh I can , I can trust you . Today I have power , money , name and fame and I am on top of all this . Why will you not be in love with me ? Come straight to point what you want in alimony ? how much money ? which factory of mine u want in your name ? which bungalow of mine u want in your name ? Do not play this useless love game with me . Come straight to the money part , so that I can give you and get myself free .......

Anika could not take it , yes she had done a mistake , but now her love was for him , just him .

She held his collar , angrily

ANIKA : I have done a mistake ,but you have no right to insult my love , it is for Shivaay only Shivaay .........MY SHIVAAY !

SHIVAAY : Why ?? only you have right to insult anyone's love ? I did a big mistake to not send you to London . I should have stuck to it then I would have seen your true colors ......

Anika laughed : you are scared you will fall for me if I come in front of you all the time .........

Shivaay gave her a taunting smile

SHIVAAY : Don't challenge Shivaay Singh Oberoi , Anika Raichand . Stay here in this office only , try whatever you can to make me fall for you but before that let me warn you ,be ready for pain of defeat .

ANIKA : True love can win any battle Mr. Shivaay singh Oberoi and it will help me win my battle ......

Shivaay smiled sarcastically and clapped his hand .....

SHIVAAY : wow , nice dialogue , but remember , it says true love and not the show of love . Now leave and concentrate on your job .

ANIKA : Ok I am leaving , Si-i-i-r and she lingered her walk , then suddenly got on her tippy toes , placed a soft peck on Shivaay's cheek and ran away before he could react .

It took a while for Shivaay to realize what she had done ? but when he realized he got so furious .......

SHIVAAY : I am not coming in your trap Anika Raichand .You will have to suffer for this mistake .....

Meanwhile Anika reaches her cabin and immediately called his mother .

ANIKA : MAA I am so happy today

PINKY smiled : I have never heard your voice this happy anika ?????

ANIKA : Maa I am so happy , Shivaay and I had a nice fight , a big fight today . It reminded me of our old days . Maa Shivaay bilkul wohi hain , only he is putting a mask . Maine dekhi Shivaay ki jhalak unme aaj , he will say no to everything but ultimately fall for my word and accept what I want .

PINKY : Beta it's not so easy now . But seeing you like this , I really wish Shivaay trusts you and accept you soon . My blessings are with you .......

ANIKA : I know its not easy , he will go to any extent I know that but I got some big confidence today .

Shivaay's all degrading words had no effect on her , as always she knows he is right but somewhere in fight she saw some light Or it was her love which was forcing confidence in her is really her path so easy? is it easy to crack Shivaay singh Oberoi ? only time will say .

PARTY :

It was an evening party , Anika wanted so much to dress up like his Ani but he himself has directed her to be presentable according to client and Party theme , which obviously didn't match his Ani .

He very well knew how she presented herself in these kinds of party and he expected her like that , Anika had no option but to select a pink glazed evening gown . It was off shoulder and had slit in the leg . It was simple yet classy . She had a bun on head , simple pearl set in ear and neck , high heel and light makup .. She definitely was going to be the most elegant host for the clients .

This dressing was normal for Anika but she knew Shivaay never preferred his Ani like this in public , though he himself would always get lost in her .

Earlier he had no right to stop her and today she was not his Ani and only Anika and he wanted Anika Raichand to be presentable for Clients .

Anika was there early , checking on all arrangements , but a little too early was Shivaay too , he wanted to make sure things from his own eyes . Trusting her completely with anything was something he could not do .

While Anika was already there , Shivaay came in and got lost in decorations and arrangements . Anika had worked day and night to match his level and standard and it showed .

Shivaay was lost in decoration when he bumped into someone and that someone loose her balance and Shivaay held her by arm to be straight and when he straightened her, he found his eyes just got stuck on the face .

Anika She looked like and elegant doll , he could somehow not remove his hand from her arm but Anika was herself lost in him and did not realized he being lost in her . He looked so handsome , and Party outfit gave him a different sexy look .

SHIVAAY : So this is one of your trick , throwing yourself at me? he straightened her .

ANIKA : No No , I didn't see you . I am sorry"

SHIVAAY : Really? There will be lots in party , show your charm there . It won't work here ......

Anika was hurt by his words but unfortunately it's the truth .......she signed heavily and left to check other things ......

Party started , Men and women started coming looking their best . Client and some of their top officials also arrived .

Everyone looked stunning but two people took most attention All girls and women Eyes went on Hot and handsome Shivaay Singh Oberoi . These days Shivaay was well aware of his effect on females and he was pretty comfortable with it .

While on other side , Anika was looking stunning and none men whose eyes went on her could remove their eyes from her .

People were from Shivaay's office , mostly from Anika's project , some higher officials and clients .

The office people were shocked and surprised to see Anika in her new avatar . Girls like Tia and some similar , jealousy ran down their spine seeing Anika and her effect on men . Their presence looked negligible infront of her ......

TIA : Who is she actually? Why Shivaay sir promoted her to head the project ? Does he know her from before?

Clients were all impressed by arrangement and by Anika too . Shivaay had taken comfortable position and was just watching the happenings , espicially around Anika .

Along with that he was easily handling girls who were crazily surrounding him like a bee near honey .

Anika also while entertaining the clients , her eyes kept traveling every now and then to Shivaay , who was surrounded by Females .

How cool , calm and composed he looked and how easy he was with girls , smiling - Shivaay has changed so much , earlier even village girls could tease him and now he handled all top ladies together at his one finger tip .

He was enjoying the party lazily flirting with girls while Anika had to do all host's job and all knew Shivaay Singh Oberoi just attended parties , but did not get much involve in it.

Anika knew this was internal project party for client and people recognizing her , seeing this avatar was least but one thing she did not know , where Shivaay's mind can go - Press were coming to cover up this party .

And soon as party picked up , snacks started . Press came and Shivaay addressed them and introduced client and then quietly directed them to the host of the party and took the side , off course to enjoy the scene .

The moment press saw Anika , Anika did not know what will happen now and what will she answer them ?

"Anika Raichand? "

"Anika Raichand here?"

"Anika Raichand hosting Shivaay Oberoi's party?"

The buzz started and then people in party realised Anika is Anika Raichand , but why she is here ?

Anika looked at Shivaay as Press started throwing questions . Shivaay gave a devilish smile to her and then soon got back with girls around him .

Press started with there questions :

"Miss Anika Raichand , how are you host in Shivaay Oberoi's project party?"

ANIKA : I am handling this project for Mr Shivaay She again looked at Shivaay with questioning and requesting eyes but he had his hands folded on his chest and was enjoying her plight , gave smile to her , let her answer why she was here ?????

"But How Miss Anika Raichand" another questioned "we all know Oberoi Group have many sectors on which they are leading but in construction , are the Raichand and Oberoi group not competitors ? "

Anika was not less smart ,

ANIKA : Go and check your stats first , before asking question . Oberoi group and Raichand group have never collided for any project .

She thanked tons to Shivaay in mind for never putting his hand on projects that Raichand group handled .

"But still two different groups , how come you are here and that too hosting the party "

She wanted to shout , Shivaay Singh Oberoi is her husband but after that , what will Shivaay do ? he will throw her far away.......

ANIKA : Its between families , I got chance to learn under Mr Shivaay and who will deny such opportunity ?

After letting her struggle for a while , Shivaay came in his work was done , he did not expose her but created situation to expose her as Anika Raichand . Now will be her test , how she works under him as Anika Raichand .

SHIVAAY : Ok , calm down everyone ..........

and there was pin drop silence as Deep voice of Shivaay came in .

SHIVAAY : Press is here to cover the project and not Anika , so if you can do your job properly it will be much appreciated .

And then focus went on project questions , which Anika handled elegantly , again winning everyone's heart while some girls there could only be jealous of her persona .

Anika then quietly went to Shivaay .....

ANIKA : Thanks for saving me

SHIVAAY : Do not thank ME ? I wanted there focus on my project and not on you . You love creating drama I know but I am concerned about my work

he gave her rough answer and again went to his cozy seat .

ANIKA : Where did I create drama ? you intentionally called the press Shivaay .......... I know but I will only bow to your wish .

Anika was surprise as how complex Shivaay's mind can go , he was not that simple Shivaay , she better learn it , sooner the better . But her mind was so used to old Shivaay that it easily slipped to take him as the old Shivaay and that was when Shivaay always surprise her . But unfortunately nothing was in her hand other than just keep trying to win his heart and trust .
