Camila POV

"I am awesome, I mean I always knew I was pretty cool but tonight is the first night I realize how awesome I was." Jake says as we slow dance making me chuckle and look into his eyes.

"Why is that?" I ask.

"Because you are the most amazing person I've ever met and somehow I convinced you to be into me. You're incredible, I'm done.. I don't want to be with anybody else.. all I need is you." He says and I feel the heat in my cheeks but a smile comes to my lips.

"Then what does that mean for us?" I ask looking into his eyes as he smiles and pulls me closer.

"Camila Lopez.. would you like to be my girlfriend?" He asks and I couldn't help the grin on my lips as he asks.

"Yes, I'd love to be your girlfriend Jake Puckerman." I say making him smile a little before he leans in and kisses me. The feeling was amazing and it almost felt like time just froze in that moment. We slowly pull away smiling at each other as he rests his forehead against mine.

"Sorry to interrupt the sweet moment but, Camila you're on." We look to the side to see Tina.

"Right.." I say before looking at Jake.

"Come on." I say taking his hand.

"I want you to really listen to this song because this was the song I wrote when that happened to me.. I don't want to feel like that again." I say and he kisses me sweetly one more time.

"You won't, I promise." He says and I nod before getting on stage and in front of the mic.

"Hi, I'm Camila Lopez and this is the last song of the dance. This was the first song I ever wrote so I hope you enjoy." I say and the piano man started playing before I start singing (video or song up top). When I finished singing the crowed clapped and I smile at them bowing a little.

"We all hope you had an amazing time during this dance." I say as they cheer.

"Alright, we have to raise $400 to pay for the bus to get to the competition in Indianapolis. I propose a bake sale, I mean it worked last time." Finn says. We were all in the glee club room discussing about our competition, Jake was sitting next to me with his hand around my shoulders. 

"Well that's because Puck spiked the cupcakes with Mary Jane." Artie says.

"I know exactly how we're gonna get the money." Tina says getting up and standing next to Finn facing us.

"'The Man Of McKinley' calendar. Let's face it, this is the cutest bunch of glee boys we've ever had." Tina says.

"That's actually not a bad idea." I say.

"Yeah and it's January so it's the perfect time to sell them." Marley says.

"There are 6 guys so each one can take 2 months. I think Blaine should definitely be December, you can do a santa thing but Sexy. Sexy Claus." Tina says.

"You have to be October." I say looking at Jake.

"Why?" He asks chuckling.

"Well for one it's Halloween and it's the month I was born in." I say making him chuckle again and kiss my head.

"Alright." He says making me smile hugging him.

"When I get a text saying 'Emergency, meet me in the auditorium.' I assume that you're on fire or being attacked by a pack of monkeys." Jake says and I chuckle.

"If that was to happen I don't think I'd text you I'd either call you or the police." I say making him chuckle and stand in front of me.

"I want to sing something with you and if I don't like how it sounds then maybe I'll write a song for the two of us." I say looking into his eyes. These past few weeks with him have been amazing and.. I think I love him.. but there's no way I'm telling him that.. at least not now.

"I like this tune. It's super romantic." He says putting his bag down.

"Is it?" I ask acting as if I didn't know feeling my heart beat fast as the pianist starts the music.

"What? There's something you want to tell me I can tell." He says when we pull away from the kiss.

"I.. I love.." I can't tell him..

"I love the song but it's not right for Regionals." I say walking away from him biting my lip and opening my notebook.

Jake POV

"I thought Kitty was going to jump you right in here." Ryder says hitting me with his shirt.

"Dude you wanna know the weirdest thing? If the girl in the next room is into me I can feel it. But since I've been seeing Camila it's like there's not another girl on the planet." I say putting my shirt on and taking a seat next to him.

"Wow, that is hard core. You're really into her huh?" Ryder asks smirking at me.

"The other day we were singing, like, this romantic song together and then right at the end I thought that.. she'd say it to me." I say sighing. I so desperately wanted to hear her say she loved me after we sang that song together.. but she didn't.

"Say what?" Ryder asks and I look at him raising an eyebrow waiting for him to figure it out.

"Oh! Oh.. it. What would you have done?" He asks.

"I would've said it back.. I mean that's the way I feel." I say.

"Then you have to tell her first." Ryder says.

"N.. I can't do that.. that's.. terrifying." I say.

"Chicks dig hot guys who are willing to get naked for a calendar, but what they're really looking for is a guy who will get naked emotionally." He says and I look down.

"It's just.. we barely started dating at the dance and I feel like things are moving a little too fast. She's been through a lot and I don't want her to think I'm doing this or saying it to her just because." I say.

"Which is why it's important you say it first, if she says it first and you say it back then that can make her think you're just saying it to not make her feel bad about telling you.. you need to make the first move." He says and I nod softly.
