"Hah...hah...that was a c-challenging"

Amajiki was able to finish his hero exercise where each and every one of us should practice balancing and fighting at the same time.

This exercise was suppose to teach us to how to fight if there is an earthquake or if a villain was able to open the ground with their quirk so that we could maintain not just our balance but also our spirits just to avoid from panicking so much.

As for quirk users who can fly, like me, we are not allowed to fly but we had to rely on our secondary abilities or just fight normally with punches, kicks and etc.

My indigo haired boyfriend was able to pass the exercise which is thanks to his Manifest quirk since he ate takoyaki with me while we're heading to school.

He tried holding on while he's using his octopus tentacles while standing on one of the elevated platforms and managed to fight with ease, even though he was a bit clumsy at the start.

But overall, he did an amazing job and Mirio beside me couldn't stop clapping along with me.

"Nice one, Tamaki!!", Mirio exclaimed and ruffled my boyfriend's hair, "You did a fantastic job holding on that platform you're standing!".

"Yeah, Tama-kun! In fact, you maintain your balance at the end and even finish the dummy off by using your octopus tentacles too!", I added and clasped my hands together before giving his water bottle.

Amajiki blushed from hearing our compliments and replied shyly, "T-Thank you, h-haha! I just d-did what I could so I can p-pass the exercise. Although...m-my movements were clumsy though at the beginning. S-So e-embarrassing...".

I shook my head and replied, "It's okay! I mean, I nearly fell earlier when I was up there fighting those fighting dummies, haha!".

"O-Oh right! I-I got worried when I saw you but...I'm glad you were able to manage afterwards", Amajiki said and smiled at me.

Mirio just watched our moment and this was his cue to leave the two of us alone so -

"Well, I have an errand to run, guys!", Mirio said and winked at us, "I'll leave you two alone now".

Although, I'm still wondering if he really had an errand or not but just looking at his face is probably telling me that he's finding an excuse just so he could give us some alone time.

"W-Wait, it's our break time. You don't want to rest yet?", Amajiki asked and tilted his head.

"Don't worry!", Mirio reassured his best friend and laughed cheerfully, "Besides, it won't be that long so I'll be back as soon as possible".

The both of us nodded before our cheerful friend left us with his water bottle and towel, leaving the two of us alone.

"O-Oh, well. S-So, butterfly...", Amajiki said and smiled shyly, "D-Do you want to stay at the field for our break? Our sensei allowed us to h-have fresh air outside for a while as long as we come back on time s-so-"

"I would love to!"

Amajiki's face lightened up after hearing my positive response which in return, made him smile turn bright like the sun.

"Y-Yay-I m-mean, haha. S-Sorry, I get too excited when I'm with you, haha", Amajiki said and grabbed his water bottle and towel, "Come on, b-butterfly!".

TIME SKIP (Brought you by young Tamaki and Mirio trying to mimic the moves from a random but energetic Zumba instructor)

We got outside Gym Gamma and just like Amajiki suggested, we head over to one of the green fields located just outside the gym.

Both of us sat down at the same time and relieved a sigh before both of us drank some water.

"That was tiring but fun though! My dad and I used to have that sort of training before I got into U.A.", I spoke up and wiped my sweat from my forehead using a towel, "During that time, I really fell but thankfully, I was able to save myself from the fall which is thanks to my quirk".

"Oh t-that. I think I saw y-you two back then", Amajiki said and closed his water bottle, "I-If I'm n-not mistaken, you were at the park and y-your father asked someone with a quirk that can make rocky p-platforms so y-you two c-can have your own o-obstacle course, h-haha".

"Oh my gosh, you mean you were i-in the park too on that day?!", I exclaimed, eyes widening with surprise.

My indigo haired boyfriend nodded rapidly before covering his face with pure embarrasment.

"Y-Yeah, b-but I w-was only there f-for training too! I was with Mirio and both of us are jogging around the park", Amajiki spoke shyly but still not looking at me.

"Aww, really? You should have joined us, hahaha! It would be really fun, you know?", I said and giggled.

"T-That was actually Mirio's idea too when we saw you guys b-b-but, I wouldn't w-want to disturb your training with your dad so I told h-him, maybe next time, haha", Amajiki replied and laughed shyly.

"Pfft, it's fine! You should join next time and besides, my dad will allow it since he knows you to so much, hehe", I replied and giggled.

Amajiki just smile shyly in return and gently leaned his head against my shoulder before wrapping his arms around me.

"T-Thank you, my butterfly. I g-guess I didn't want to look too silly i-in front of your dad a-and stuff, haha", Amajiki said and laughed before kissing my cheek.

I blushed just witness him giving me sudden affection just now which is unlike him since I take first dibs on showing affection between the two of us.

Nevertheless, it was too cute that I ended up rubbing his head with my fingertips.

"Hmm? Huh, your hair is surprisingly soft today, Tamaki", I commented as I rubbed until I started playing with his indigo hair locks.

He slightly gasped at my touch but didn't show any intention of asking me to pull away so he just stayed in the same position and automatically allowed me to play with his hair softly.

"E-E-Eh, t-thanks, (Y/N). I never thought y-you would compliment my hair like that", Amajiki replied and blushed bright pink, "I j-just...happened to try on a good conditioner that's recommended by my mom and she said it would m-make my hair feel soft s-s-so...it looks like what she's saying is t-true then, haha".

"Wow, really? I didn't know that but then again...the last time I touched your hair, it was still soft", I responded and continued playing with his hair, "Oh, I know!".

Since Amajiki's hair is a bit long, I decided to bring out an extra hair tie and went behind him.

"W-What a-are you doing, butterfly?"

"Don't worry! I'm just going to try something real quick with your hair! Is it okay?"

"O-Oh...s-sure, okay. I-I don't mind"

I gently finger combed his indigo hair locks and tried my best to make a male pony tail with the length of hair he has.

Just touching his hair is a bit addictive in a way but of course, I don't want him to feel uncomfortable just in case.

After a minute or two of my efforts, I managed to tie his hair into a male pony tail, well, a small pony tail.

"There we goo~!", I said and looked at his face so I can have a front view of how my masterpiece looks like.

As expected, he actually looks handsome too with the small pony tail and I guess you could say it was inspired by how Link's hair looks in Breath of the Wild.

"Hmm? I-Is this a ponytail?", Amajiki said and started touching his hair, "O-Oh my gosh, it is. I remember Mirio tying his hair up like this a few years ago".

I nodded happily and placed both of my hands on my cheeks while admiring pony-tailed Amajiki.

"D-Do I look...h-handsome with t-this hairstyle?", Amajiki questioned me, still blushing.

I giggled automatically just hearing his response and I ended up kissing his lips for confirmation, making him jumpy for a split second but of course, he didn't hesitate to return the kiss.

I can feel his hands cupping face as we exchanged a few kisses then after a minute or two, we decided to let go before one of our classmates sees us.

"I-I'll take it as a yes, then? H-Hahaha...I'm glad", Amajiki said and giggled shyly before he kissed my lips again, "Y-You should teach me how t-to tie my hair like this n-next time. S-So, I can show it j-just for you, butterfly".
