felix sighed and looked at mark and jack, "i'll see you tomorrow jack" he said before leaving the two. jack sighed and tried to walk on his own again but was pulled back by mark. Mark couldn't help it, Jack tried to act like he was fine, but he wasn't. So, as soon as Jack tried to walk, Mark pulled him back, "I don't think you're okay. What's wrong, Jack?".

Jack looked away from mark, " the guy would hit me really hard on my waist every time i told him to please leave me alone. and when i tried to push him away he just kept trying to kiss me" jack explained.  Mark frowned, "You're safe now... right? Or do you need anything to make you feel better?" Mark wanted Jack to feel better.

Jack sighed again, "i-i'm fine mark" he said. He pushed mark away and tried to walk on his own again but mark grabbed his arm again and pulled him back. Jack turned around to look at mark, "mark I'm fin-" he didn't finish his sentence when he saw the serious look on marks face. "Jack, I-I know I seem like such an idiot and that just because I was kinda a jock and a jerk... t-that I don't care, but I do. I want you to be happy... You have no idea" Mark confessed, partly with sternness in his voice, partly with care.

jack looked away from mark as tears started to Fall from his cheek. Everything was happening so fast for jack to process what was happening. Mark saw Jack crying and his instinct kicked in, making him wrap his arms around the smol green bean. 

jack hugged mark back and buried his face into Mark's chest as he cried. Mark rubbed Jack's back comfortingly as Jack cried into his shoulder. He whispered things like 'It's okay' and 'It'll be alright', trying to make Jack feel better.

jack blushed a bit when mark rubbed started to rub his back and soon melted into the touch. He smiled softly to himself as tears were still running down his face. Mark felt Jack calm down a bit, then he realized... he was hugging his crush, his heart started beating fast and he blushed. He felt like he needed to protect Jack and never let anyone or anything hurt him.

 jack let go of mark and smiled at him, "thank you for making me feel better and for taking of the guy" he said nicely. "No problem... I... I'm sorry for kinda ignoring you this morning..." Mark apologized.

"It's fine" jack said looking at mark. Mark smiled and noticed how close they were standing. He blushed and chuckled awkwardly, "We're gonna be late for class".
