After the whole ordeal with the De Rolos, they finally were ready to give their speech and become an ally to the Dark Isles.

"We're so glad you made it, Percy." Lily said honestly as she walked with the white haired man to the door. "And Cass?"

"Why are all you asking about Cass?" Percy asked confused and a little annoyed. "Am I not enough?"

"No, that's not what I meant." Lily explained. "It's just. . .I thought it was going to be both of you."

"And I already told Nora that she went off to cool down for a bit." Percy said as he rolled his eyes. "Since you're questioning me about my sister, could I ask. . .where's *your* other half?"

"Douxie's. . .on his way." Lily said. "But he'll be here any moment."

Meanwhile, Douxie was calmed down and was headed back to the balcony with Lavender.

"Thanks again for cheering me up, Love." Douxie smiled. "I have no idea what came over me."

"You were stressed." Lavender said placing her hand on Douxie's shoulder. "But it's fine now, the De Rolls are here so let's just get this over with."

"You're right, let's finish this alliance and. . ." Douxie started to say before noticing Cassandra sitting on the sidewalk alone. "Cassandra?"

"Douxie?" Cassandra asked in confusion before quickly standing up. "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be helping Lilly and Nora with the ceremony?"

"Well, yeah, but I needed some time to myself." Douxie explained honestly. "What about you? Shouldn't you be with your brother giving the speech?"

"Same answer as you." Cassandra said with a shrug before looking down in sadness.

"Lavender, you go on without me." Douxie said. "I'll be right there, promise."

"Okay, don't be too much later." Lavender said seriously as she gave her boyfriend a kiss and walked off.

Douxie then walked up to where Cassandra was and sat on a bench that was next to her before gesturing her to sit with him. The brown and white haired gave a small smile before walking over and sitting by the black and indigo haired boy.

"You know, your just as much of an ally as your brother is." Douxie stated. "You need to be up there with him."

"I know, but Percy said that he doesn't think I'm ready to take over Whitestone." Cassandra explained as tears formed in her eyes. "The disappointing part is. . .I can't help but kind of agree with him."

"I understand both sides of the situation." Douxie said honestly. "When I gave the kingdom to Nora, there were times I started to second guess my choice."

"What did you do?" Cassandra asked as she whipped her tears away.

"Well, I believed in Nora and our people. And she ended up being a great queen." Douxie explained. "But I also understand the feeling that you aren't good enough for your kingdom."

"I don't know what to do, Doux." Cassandra confessed. "I'd love to be an ally, but what if we fail you guys?"

"You won't fail us, I know it." Douxie said with a warm smile as he looked in Cassandra's eyes. "That is why you guys are our most important partners."

Cassandra stayed quiet for a moment before taking a deep breath and nodded as she stood back up. "You're right. Thanks, Hisirdoux."

"Anytime, Cass." Douxie smiled as he stood up as well. "Now, let's get you up on that balcony with your brother."

Finally, everyone was gathered once more and Hopelily smiled as she introduced the final royal family. "Sorry about the delay everyone. Without further ado, the De Rolos!'

"Thank you, Queen Hopelily and hello Dark Isles!" Percy said as the crowd cheered. "First off, I'd like to apologize on behalf of Whitestone for our tardiness. We had some. . . difficulty on the way here."

"But we are proud to stand up here today and say that we are partners with the Dark Isle." Cassandra said excitedly. "And we promise to do everything in our power to help protect the kingdom as they would protect us."

The crowd clapped as Nora gave the final brooches to the De Rolo siblings. "Thank you guys for everything you've done so far." She whispered. "Especially you, Percy."

"Of course, Lady Hevanora." Percy said with a small smile and bow. "It's an honor to alline with your kingdom."

Cassandra gave a little bow as well before the siblings headed back to their positions and Hopelily was at the mic one final time. "Thank you once again for giving us your trust and alliance." She said before turning her attention back to the crowd. "Dark Isles, please welcome. . . The Royal Alliance!"

The crowd clapped and cheered louder and longer than ever as the royal families walked up together and gave a bow.

With the royal families working together, nothing was going to be able to stop them. Or so they thought. . .
