You woke up still feeling a bit sore after the battle.

You didn't feel like getting out of bed, but you expect to arrive at Vale on time, like every other day.

What you didn't expect this morning, however, was the following call on your scroll.

"Hello?" you said groggily.

"GOOD MORNING Y/N!!!"

As soon as you heard that voice, you jumped out of the bed and hit the floor headfirst.

As you got off the floor, you rubbed your head in agony.

"6:45 A.M., and already that girl ain't right."

Nora: "How'd you sleep? Have any good dreams? Were me and my friends in them? You want to go out on a mission today??"

You continued to rub your head.

Nora: "Did I startle you?"

"If by 'startle', you mean 'scared the living daylights out of me early in the morning', then yes. You did."

Nora: "I was just wondering if you were awake."

"To answer your questions: I slept okay. I did have one. You guys were in them. And I'll meet you by the mission boards."

Nora: "Great! See ya!"

You put your scroll away and slowly, slowly got out of the bed.

Upon reaching Vale, you headed to the mission boards and saw Nora waiting for your arrival.

Nora: "You doing okay, sleepyhead?"

"Don't ever wake me up like that ever again."

Looking at the boards, you saw a "Search and Rescue" mission that involves retrieving a data drive from a downed airship.

Nora: "Well, we know what we're doing."

"This is something we can handle."

You and Nora took on the mission and headed to the site of the downed airship. Along the way, you encountered Grimm, Beowolves, Ursas, and even a geist at one point. But still, you were able to eliminate them and keep heading to the mission site.

After hours of walking, you and Nora finally reach the downed airship. You headed towards the ship and Nora uses Magnhild to break open a door.

Upon entering, you saw that the floors are covered with scattered belongings.

"I guess they left in a hurry," you commented.

Nora: "Hopefully they all got away."

You reached an area that had stuffed toys everywhere.

Nora: "Hey, this kind of reminds me of the time I had to help Jaune break free from a Nightmare."

"You fought a nightmare?"

Nora: "Yeah. It was drawn to Jaune because of his heavy self-doubt. But we got rid of it and he started having more confidence in himself."

"Good," you stated. "It's okay to have confidence. You just have to be careful to make sure it's not arrogance."

Nora: "For real."

The two of you reached the storage area where it looks like they were transporting medical equipment.

"Was all this for the Vale Hospital?" you asked.

Nora: "Either that or they were going to sell this to them."

You reached a terminal and see it's holding the data. There was a scroll plugged into the terminal and you pulled it out.

"Come on, let's get out of here," you said, now slightly scared.

Nora: "Right behind ya!"

As you escaped from the ship, you saw a pack of Beowolves surrounding the airship. You looked down and saw your footprints.

Nora: "You know what to do?"

She pulled out Magnhild.

"Always," you said as you pulled out Xero.

The attack went like this: you sliced the Beowolves up while Nora smashed them up.

During one instance, Nora smashed a Beowolf and fired a grenade to smash another one.

You threw Xero and it cut through multiple Beowolves before going back into your hands.

Nora: "You always have to show off with that trick, don't ya?"

She fired a grenade into the Beowolf behind her and blasted its head off.

"I think that's all of them," you said after finishing off the last of the Beowolves. "Let's head back."

Nora: "You don't have to tell me twice."

You and Nora headed back to Vale and turned in the Scroll you picked up.

Nora: "That's another mission in the bag".

"It wasn't easy, but we managed to complete it."

Nora received a text on her scroll.

Nora: "My teammates are calling for me. They've got food and want me to join them. See ya tomorrow?"

"Yeah. Later."

Nora headed for her home.

"She is a free spirit," you said to yourself as you watched Nora run off. "I really like that."
